KARAVANSARAY Turkistan Family Hotel - Free FLYING THEATRE Entrance
4.9/54 Reviews
There are two KARAVANSARAY hotels on the property - one which is a family hotel with children's activities and the other, more luxury style hotel. We were upgraded to the duplex room at the luxury style KARAVANSARAY. To say that the amenities and service of the amazing staff are top-notch is an understatement. There's a spa, steam rooms, Turkish bath, and massages available. The bar and 24 hour room service were a pleasant surprise. My only regret is that we only stayed one night in this fabulous hotel, but we will definitely return. My one critique is that our room was exceedingly hot; we couldn't adjust the thermostat and ultimately resorted to opening the balcony door to cool down the room. Other than this minor issue, KARAVANSARAY hotel far exceeded our expectations!

I just returned from Hampton by Hilton Turkistan and my experience was incredibly positive. From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt a sense of comfort and hospitality, which was incredibly pleasant after a tiring overnight flight. Check-in at the hotel was quick and professional thanks to the caring and welcoming staff. The amazing surprise was that despite booking a standard room, I was upgraded to a Presidential King Suite for free. In the room, fruit slices and a warm letter from the hotel were waiting for me, which created a special atmosphere. And the view from the window was amazing. You couldn't ask for more from such an upscale room. In addition, all the staff, starting with Almas and the girls at the reception, were extremely friendly and attentive. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had the privilege of having. Hampton by Hilton Turkistan pays attention to every detail and it shows in everything. The hotel service is truly beyond praise, and I want to express my deep gratitude to all the staff for creating such an unforgettable atmosphere. I would like to especially emphasize the hospitality of Almas, who made my stay especially comfortable. I was treated with such care at Hampton by Hilton Turkistan that even during my short stay I felt at home. This hotel is an ideal place for those who value comfort, a high level of service and a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend Hampton by Hilton Turkistan to anyone considering a stay in the region. I'm looking forward to coming back here again. Thanks to all the hotel staff for such an unforgettable experience. See you soon, Hampton by Hilton Turkistan!

The other day I was in this hotel. I settled in a room on the 3rd floor. I note that in the rooms a lot is no longer suitable for use, for example the soap dose is just broken and, as I understand, long ago. The cleaning is very surface. But it is also tolerable. The ventilation in the rooms is made of a saving purpose so that the hearing in the rooms is just mad. I can clearly distinguish even a whisper from the next room. I arrived on the work train the other day, wake up at 7 a.m. In the next room a whole company (huel 7-8, not less) gathered and got with alcohol so loud and careless that there was a persistent feeling that behind the wall of the sports bar. When their fun had already passed all the permissible standards, at 2:40 a.m. I tried to call the receptors and ... was busy. Also, all my subsequent attempts to call within an hour were busy. And all because the administrator slept sweetly in his shift, pre-careing his sweet sleep and disabled the phone on the recept. Here is the service in the hotel 🤷🏼‍♀️

We stayed two nights at the Karavansaray Khaganate Hotel in Turkistan in late June 2024 and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is in an excellent location in the very walkable pedestrianised Karavansaray shopping-and-entertainment complex. This is right in the heart of a new, largely pedestrianised development in the city centre, and right next to the complex of the Khoja Ahmed Yassawi Mausoleum, the primary tourist attraction of the city. This made it very easy and enjoyable to walk from the hotel to the mausoleum area. The hotel itself is also very nice, with nice decor and rooms. However, the hotel has two separate buildings. One, the main and fancier hotel building, is right next to the main parking area and overlooks the ”lake” which is a focal point of the complex. The other hotel building, less expensive, is at the other end of the Karavansaray complex, making it about a 10 minute walk between the buildings. This second one is not as nice, the rooms have only a view of nearby apartments and streets, and it is next to the family fun centre. The main one is a little more expensive and has nicer rooms with balconies overlooking the complex's lake, where there are light shows. However, both are nice and have attractive rooms with nice showers, beds, and toilets. One just needs to verify which area one is booking for. This was not clear when we booked, so we got a more expensive room for ourselves with a balcony overlooking the lake and and we got a less expensive room for our adult daughter which happened to be in the other building. It was fine, but helpful to know in advance.

Clean hotel with large rooms, friendly staff, and free breakfast. I had heard that ”the only place to stay is the Rixos” but I was pleased to find this lower-cost option (especially after stopping for a drink at the other hotel and being charged $6 for a sparkling water). The location is great, within walking distance or a short taxi ride to most everything in the city.

Living in a luxury in the winter. In general, normal room: furniture and plumbing are not old, good WiFi, comfortable bed. Enjoyable bedding. All clean, bedroom is spacious. I liked breakfast: Swedish table with a good choice – there are both hot, dessert, and milk. Coffee, however, so for yourself. What didn't like: 1. The luxury is strange layout: the living room is narrow, and the clue from it is not much. 2. The electric chest is nowhere to put except on the floor, as all the sockets in the room at the level of the plintus. 3. In room 4 the balcony and everything with concrete floor, dirty (it may not be dirty, but it does not look very and without shoes to come on it). 4. Windows on the balcony are not open and the glass is not washed in them, so you will not enjoy the view of the city. I thought to make photos of the city, but it didn't turn out. 5. Batteries are not enough room heating – at minus five in one couches on the room. I turned on the 32-stroke conder to be comfortable 6. The floor in the bathroom is cold, not heated. The snake was not hot. So it was cool to get out of the shower. 7. Noise isolation is not important – Neighbors I didn't hear, but the conversations in the corridor and the vacuum cleaner were heard quite clearly. From the street, however, noise did not interfere, although the windows went out to the avenue.

Had a good stay. Hotel is well-located in the center, not far from Park Abay and the Arbat. The staff was excellent. They helped me find a power cord for my laptop and allowed me to check out a day early when I needed to. Some will have issues with the thin walls. I had a youngster in the next room screaming. And maybe with the road noise. However, I travel with a white noise machine that makes rain sounds and so was able to basically drown both noises out. My main and really only issue was the lack of air in the room. There is a window that you can open, but if it is closed, the air is hot and dry. The air conditioner/heating system seems to only make it more hot and more dry. The breakfast was pretty good. I ate both nights in the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but they were sometimes out of some things, and it is a bit expensive. Wifi worked very well. Overall, a good stay.
