"First off, the email from the hotel was incredibly polite and considerate, making me feel their hospitality even before my arrival. When I needed a taxi during my stay, they called multiple companies for me, which was a huge help. The cleaning staff were also very cheerful and always greeted me with a smile. I stayed for several nights, and when I requested only a towel change without room cleaning, they left new towels along with a mineral water exchange ticket at my door, which I could redeem at the front desk. I thought this was a really excellent service. The room itself was clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. It was also great to have a Plasmacluster air purifier. Although I didn't use it, there was also a De'Longhi kettle. The shampoo was POLA, and the hand soap was KOSE (it smelled lovely). Toiletries like toner, body towels, cotton swabs, and pajamas were available next to the front desk, where you could take what you needed. The shoe deodorizer and extra pillows were a particularly nice touch. The cafe au lait served in the lounge next to the front desk was absolutely delicious, and I had several cups during my stay. The room felt like a standard business hotel single, but the staff's service was as excellent as you'd find in a city or resort hotel. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Takamatsu Station, or a one-fare taxi ride. There's a drugstore and convenience store right next door, and a large, lovely shopping arcade across the street, making the location very convenient. This shopping street was impressive. It was my first time visiting Takamatsu, and it's a well-maintained, beautiful city. I'd love to come back again, and when I do, I'd definitely choose to stay at this hotel."

"I was surprised by how small the room was for a hot spring ryokan. With two suitcases, there was barely any room to walk. There was no Wi-Fi signal in the room, and the explanation given was that too many guests were using it simultaneously that night. Wi-Fi was only available in the hallway and lobby. Although the staff tried hard to resolve the issue, there was no solution, so we had to use our own mobile data (as an apology, they gave us a small souvenir when we checked out). Additionally, the 'one night, two meals' package... At over ¥2200, it was ¥1200 more expensive than just the room, but both dinner and breakfast were very mediocre. Compared to a hot spring ryokan I stayed at previously on Shodoshima (which wasn't great either, but at least the food was refined), the meals here were far inferior. There were only three small slices of sashimi, and there were even fish scales on the fish. For ¥1200, two people could have had many better dining options outside. The hot spring was decent, but nothing particularly impressive."

As a solo traveler, I found the space more than sufficient — cozy, comfortable, and a fantastic value for the price. It truly struck the perfect balance between affordability and quality. A special mention goes to the amenities: the hotel provides a well-stocked amenity station at the reception, where guests can freely pick up whatever they need — a detail that reflects the hotel’s attention to guest convenience. While the location is a little removed from the city center, this wasn’t an issue at all for me, as I had a rental car. The added bonus? Free parking on-site, which made my stay even more convenient and budget-friendly. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. With its blend of elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and thoughtful touches, it became a peaceful and comfortable base for my journey — one I would gladly return to and wholeheartedly recommend to fellow travelers."

"The room is specious for keeping 2 medium sized suitcases. The location is convenient with a Lawson and a supermarket downstairs. Staff are friendly. The only imperfect thing is the public bath is so small which could allow 4-5 guests to use."

"It's a 5-minute drive from Takamatsu Airport. I called and drove to the hotel. It's about a 20-30 minute walk. It's an uphill ride to the airport. Is this the only airport hotel? They have a large communal bath. I added breakfast, but the selection was limited for the price. They serve udon noodles. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable for some reason. Apparently, APA Hotel members can check in smoothly. The beds were soft, but the pillows were firm. It was a typical business hotel. The only nearby attractions are Toyota Rent-a-Car and a park with facilities for grass skiing. It's quiet."

"他の人のレビューにも有るように、15時～23時までのウエルカムドリンク無料があり、2回ドリンクを飲みに行きました。 コーヒーは豆から抽出タイプでアイス、ホット両方あり私はアイスコーヒーを頂きました。 こちらのアプリからの予約が一番安く、しかもツインベッドが広く感じた。 部屋も清潔で、駐車場広く、飲食店が近くにあるし、スーパーも車で10分程の所に2箇所あり。 国道から少し入った立地良好。 チェックアウトの時のフロントの2人の方の笑顔も、来てよかったなと☺️思った。 チェックインの時の近くのスーパーの事を尋ねた時もフロントマンの方の、丁寧な説明に感謝🙏てした。 旅の終わりに良い思い出が、また一つ出来ました😊。 また泊まりたいですね。 スタッフ一同様に感謝。"
