"The hotel is actually on the slope, and the place you navigated to is down the slope. The car can park on the side of the road for free, and the hotel is monitored. Ring the bell uphill to open the door to enter, pass a small flower courtyard and a long corridor, and check in on the second floor. Our room is on the fifth floor. The two bedrooms are separated. There is a separate bathroom. There is a large terrace outside. It is great to sit outside on a sunny day the next day. There is a door on the fifth floor to go directly to the upper city of Ragusa. You can swipe your room card, which is very convenient. In the morning, the breakfast was quite rich. The front desk of the dinner hotel introduced a restaurant not far from the city. In the 16th-century house, the dishes, environment and service are very good. In winter, there are few people, so we will book a meal during our meal."

"It was a pleasant stay. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Wide selection of food from the breakfast buffet. There was a play room for kids and of course the swimming pool. Good location not far from the town center and from the beach. Well recommended! Hope to stay there again."

"I was lucky to have chosen Ibla Rooms.
First of all, the location is excellent, in Ibla, close to the upper city, convenient for walking to the attractions.
Secondly, the house is built on the mountain, with a large upper and lower span, with elevators inside, and three entrances and exits on the upper, middle and lower floors. Our guest rooms are on the uppermost floor, and the scenery outside the balcony floor-to-ceiling windows is infinite. Go out of the door, open the door, the monuments on the big rock wall are left, there are people and nature.
What I prefer is that the small door is big and clean, and there is no big difference between the house and the left and right neighbors outside, and the inside, structure, color, light and shadow, luxury,...perfect collection.
On leaving, the owner helped us to arrange a taxi to Caltagirone. After delivery, the taxi driver gave us a discount."

"A friend recommended this hotel, and it gave us some wonderful memories in Baringo. The hotel's location is also quite easy to find. We arrived early and were even allowed to check in early, which was great overall. The only downside was the paint smell in the second-floor hallway, but not inside the room."

"Grand Hotel Baia Verde is a nice resort hotel. Unfortunately we came in the off season so some amenities like the pool and access to the sea were not available.
Our room was a recently renovated room and was very clean with a balcony. The views in the morning were fantastic watching the sun rise up over the sea.
It’s about a 20 minute drive into the centre of Catania. Mount Etna is about a 40 minute drive
Would not recommend staying here unless you have a car, there isn’t much in walking distance apart from other hotels.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the hotel bar was also nice.
Hotel grounds were well kept and very scenic. Parking is onsite in a secure lot."

"The location is excellent, about 5 minutes from both the train station and the bus terminal, and about 10 minutes from Ortigia Island. I arrived from Taormina and made a day trip to Noto during my stay. After Syracuse, I went to Palermo, and this location was very helpful.
The staff are warm and have a homely atmosphere.
The facilities are old, but the hot water was good and the room wasn't cold, so I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again next time."

When I gently pulled the bathroom door handle to close the door, the entire handle system fell out 🚪💥

GGuest UserThe room has an unbeatable sea view, facing the sea with flowers blooming in spring, and you can also see the misty Mount Etna in the distance. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. It is a bit expensive to take a taxi from the train station to the mountain for 25 euros. Young people without large luggage can try hiking or taking the bus. The uncle at the front desk is very friendly. The sleeping bag left in the room by my companion was immediately delivered. I stayed for two nights. It is suitable for a daze vacation

AAurora PietrosantiMy companion and I wanted to give a trip to Sicilia, Palermo, Agrigento and Catania. At Agrigento was impossible not to go to see the Valle dei Templi, so we chose this hotel, we were enthusiastic about all the points, the structure is excellent but perhaps the people working on it are the most, They were very kind and very friendly.They knew to answer any question with expertise, and then the dinner, which I could say, great, I didn't imagine the restaurant of a hotel was like that!
The care in the pieces served is certainly 10, they have a cook or cook beyond any expectation, I repeat not only in cooking, but in serving, advising, telling and explaining the pieces, It was not only good food but also aware that the gentlemen of the servicemen had been able to tell simple foods.
In the future we will come back to you

We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.)
Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need.
Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows.
To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy.
Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

We loved it from the very first minute that we walked in! 🥰
It has a very playful and colorful ambience and lots of light! We were welcomed super friendly by Giovanna, had a very nice chat, and were helped with the parking that turned out to be quite convenient and almost right in front of the Hotel entrance with the use of an App that Giovanna recommended us to download. Giovanna also gave us a great recommendation for dining which we followed the next day and were very happy with.
Our room was beautiful and super clean as was the bathroom (sorry no pics) and the view from the balcony was as you can see on picture #2 & 3.
The tree on the left was fantastic! 🌳
And on the left side behind the tree there was a Café that had the best coffee granita we had during our stay on Sicily! 😋
We spent two nights at La Chicca. The breakfast place was super stylish - you can see on the picture, and the breakfast itself was simple, yet very typical for a Sicilian breakfast and completely satisfying. Definitely made us happy as well! I like it when there are fruits and eggs and yoghurt as well ...
After the first night, we took the ferry to Lipari, one of the Eolian Islands. It was an amazing day! In the evening, after a delicious dinner at Ristorante Panzakina - Giovanna's recommendation - we returned to the hotel, had a fun and long evening chat with lovely Giovanna, and were invited to have a Grappa together ... A perfect day! Actually, two perfect days at La Chicca in Milazzo on Sicily! ❤️

DDarek ŚląskSomething fabulous. Bungalows right on the beach. A wonderful sunrise. Beautiful view of Etna. Clean tidy. A very nice employee - a great person. The breakfast was modest but the coffee was delicious. 12 minutes to the airport. Open 24 hours. I am very satisfied. This place probably benefits in the summer, during the season. Nice infrastructure. Cottages in a wooded area, sandy beach, parking, 24-hour service. Just go there.

AAntonioOverlooking the Ionian Sea, the Grand Hotel San Pietro is a beautiful hotel with landscaped gardens and excellent amenities. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.
Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice.
The staff, as mentioned, are very courteous and helpful - and it is quite easy to become friends with them. Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them.
This hotel is highly recommended and I certainly look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. Servizio professionale e sempre attento al dettaglio. Il ristorante è di ottima qualità e varietà di scelta. Potrebbero secondo me sfruttare la zona piscina anche la sera, visto il tanto spazio e la presenza del chiosco bar, con della musica da sottofondo, e luci soffuse per un bel aperitivo o cocktail bordo piscina con vista panoramica. Creare una situazione tranquilla, rilassante, dove poter interagire con gli altri ospiti, semplice ma efficace. La posizione infatti, un poco fuori mano ti obbliga la sera a prendere l'auto o una navetta e andare a Palermo. Un consiglio, il ristorante è un po' caro, soprattutto in rapporto alla quantità delle porzioni, anche se la qualità è alta. La pizza è nella media generale. Potrebbe invogliare più ospiti a restare a cena, anche se poi devi creare qualcosa, come detto prima, per far vivere la bella struttura anche nelle ore serali. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, dopo il check out delle 11, sei obbligato ad andare via. La maggior parte delle strutture invece, ti consente di restare un'altra mezza giornata in piscina, dove tra l'altro è facile prendere delle consumazioni al bar. Questa cosa va migliorata secondo me. Volevo restare fino alle 14, per godere un'altra ora della Jacuzzi, ma nonostante ho chiesto varie volte, la cosa mi è stata negata e non insistendo, sono andato via. Tornerò sicuramente, perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda le mie considerazioni, non come critiche, ma come consigli. Per il resto tutto veramente ottimo

CClaire MThis hotel was kinda still in baby shoes, only seven rooms were ready for guests, but it was extremely nice! Very inviting entrance area, nice breakfast place, comfy room, practical bathroom, ... Everything was super new, super clean, the towels smelled goooooood, ... We also had a parking place outside in the courtyard (sorry, again forgot the pix 🙃)
Even a bubbly welcome mini bottle 🍾 with a pop! was waiting for us in the fridge and two champagne glasses 🥂 on the table!
But I must say, the best was Alberto, the owner!!! He amazed us! He was super SUUUUPER kind and so warm-hearted and helpful ... Unbelievable! He sent us a list via WhatsApp of the most important things to see in the area, how to get there, where to eat, where to park in case the car was needed to get somewhere (which was useful the next day when we went to discover the Valley of Temples) ... The list was very well-prepared, everything was thought of, and we used it right away to choose our dinner place and the place for our ice cream 🍨 afterwards ... Alberto even had a Spotify list of more than 87 hours of music for the guests to enjoy! What a grand idea! And good music taste ... 🎶
Next morning, it was the breakfast that took our breaths - all kinds of Sicilian specialties arranged beautifully and with love (here I did not forget to take pictures!) - it was very delicious and we wished to have had space for more food ... 😂
