Booked an Uber to get there. The start was not very good Driver said I would need 50 ruppie to pay for parking or something for the hotel at the door. At the gate, I didn't have any Indian ruppie cash with me, so I gave him $1 usd. He wasn't happy but no other choice. Had no idea what it was about. Arrived and checked in early. The receptionist asked me to sit and wait for 5 mins. I waited for nearly an hour and finally decided to come and asked. The room was ready long ago. He just totally forgot about me. Saw a lady staff just walked around asking and leading other customers to the desk (kinda useless since she couldn't do checking in). At least, welcoming drink would be nice.( we saw drinking tap and wondering should we asked for it) The room was good size. Clean and tidy. No bathrobe. Nice breakfast and dinner. A lot of security to get back to the hotel every time. Kinda good and bad at the same time. Restaurants and shops next door on the left (walking to Aerocity shop)

I enjoyed my two nights stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy for metro,bus and train to the airport, the staff were friendly, and the service at the free breakfast was fantastic, I would book this hotel this hotel again without hesitation.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near airport. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in delhi

Fantastic choice if you need to take a flight because it’s really close to the airport. All the rest is rather far away though. Large and well appointed room and bathroom. Great breakfast buffet. Good WiFi. They also have a fantastic Asian restaurant in the hotel

Nice clean little hotel located near New Delhi train station and not far from Paharganj. You probably can't find better hotels in the area for the price. If hygiene is an important factor to you in choosing a hotel, this is it. It's not squeaky clean, but you will be surprised when you see it. The room is a bit small, but if you're a solo traveler, the space is sufficient, at least to me. Breakfast is good, all Indian style. 작지만 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 파하르간지가 가깝고 교통이 편리한곳에 위치해 있어서 tuktuk driver 와 말싸움을 할필요 없이 조그만 걸으면 열차나 지하철을 이용해서 원하는 목적지까지 무난하게 갈수가 있습니다. 방은 작지만 1층에 아담한 courtyard 가 있어서 필요하면 조용히 앉아서 쉴수도 있고 커피(free, instant, but tasty)를 마시며 친구와 이야기를 나눌수 있어서 좋습니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 아침식사는 인도식이어서 우리의 입맛에는 맞지않지만 안심하고 먹어도 되는 수준입니다.

Nice Hotel, and had a wonderful stay. Location was convenient, and the room was very neat & ideal in size. The breakfast was nice & as expected in such a hotel, but what stood out for me was the staff that was taking care of everyone. They were all extremely polite & helpful. Building next to it had a food court in the basement. Just hope that the check in process can be a bit smoother & faster, as there were multiple counters & there are people lining everywhere. Keep a standard line so everyone can get their stuff done one by one, rather than guessing which line to be in. And if someone from the hotel team can get in touch with Google + Uber, so that the proper drop off location at the entrance is shown on google maps, it would be very helpful Right now you end up at the back exit when you take an uber.

Fantastic hotel, ultra modern, super cool vibes, nice room with a funky shower room! Breakfast was great, good variety and they also make you various omelettes to order, all included in the breakfast buffet! Staff are attention and helpful, would defo stay here again and highly recommend it! Coming from London and seeing a hotel like this, loved it!

The check-in counter staff is unprofessional. First, they will tell you we can't find your reservation, and will take around 1 hour for them to find the reservation. Even after check-in, I had pre-paid the room and they said it was prepaid. While at checkout they informed me that your room was paid by 2 nights instead of 3 nights. While informing them that the check-in time it was already clear that this reservation is for 3 nights. They informed the check-in time they didn't know. Totally ridiculous and finally took my credit card authentication. Please be careful they are scamming. If you check in please ask them that time to give you the bill otherwise they will mess up at the time of checkout. I was so hurried and I had a flight they took advantage of this and forced me to give preauthorization of card. Not recommended at all.

Overall experience was good. I liked the hollow design of the hotel. The breakfast was great with range of choices and everything was delicious. I liked the choices of European style breakfast. It has a lot of guests and had to wait to check-in. There was no hand towel, shower floor towel or smaller towels, only bath towel. It was little disappointing. I would love to have all the steel and shower glasses clean, but it wasn't. Hope they will focus more on the deep cleaning. Overall i would recommend.

Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

I always enjoy this Aloft location. Sukanya always take excellent care of our team. She is very attentive to details and gives us her undivided attention when we check in and out. She is a credit to your hotel.

I would love to have all the steel and shower glasses clean, but it wasn't. Hope they will focus more on the deep cleaning. Overall i would recommend.

I would like to Share Something it’s apart from all above We have Stayed there for two Nights service cleaning other things all good but I forgot my laptop charger and power bank in room I called them about as they confirmed with me yes They received lost and Found from room now I sent My Friend to collect but problem is Here reception staff saying they Didn’t receive anything I could possible Why hotel doesn’t have any Lost and Found policy

The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.

Property's location is nice as it is situated away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic. A very large and maintained lawn. The food tastes good however if you are adding a meal package ***** with your stay, they would not give you options. Amenities are good but very costly like just an ice bucket would cost you Rs. 100- and a bottle of mineral water would cost you Rs. 180. Let's not get into the services part, all the staff is rude.

The hotel location is great but the entrance itself is not the easiest to find, as you have to find the staff who is stationed near the airport signboard (wearing the hotel shirt). Service staff is well-trained in procedures and facilities are pretty much no-frills, good enough for short overnight stay. Still waiting for deposit to be released by hotel for over 3 weeks, even though amount has already been prepaid.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist mam & night shift sir and staff (specially mr. Bablu & mr. Mo-nu & mr. Shef, i was stay in 4 nights and 3rd time in stay in this hotel. Rooms are quiet spacious, clean and good servicsfood is also very good. This hotel stay is lovely and great. Overall it was a nice stay as per the price and looking forward to visit again.
