The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely reception team, who made check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. Hotel location is very good. It's near 32 sector Government Hospital Chandigarh. It's collaboration with OYO rooms, so he first denied to give me hotel but after that he give me room. Receptionist told me next time i book hotel with OYO otherwise he will not give me rooms. Rooms are clean but AC remote is not working. Toilet is Smelly. Water bottle is not sealed i think they refill the Water. Not very good experience just over all ok.

Excellent service and hospitality. Friendly staff and very helpful. The food was amazing, I especially recommend trying their Black Dal and Sarson ka saag.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But please be mindful of room selection while booking, a single bed room is very small which may disappoint you. I did mistake selecting one bedroom, however on my request the owner of the hotel upgraded my room to a complimentary double bed.

The property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional. My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

The hotel is very near to elante mall and They have given me the elante mall facing room also they help me for morning buffet breakfast as I am allergic to many things . The chef prepared special food for me which is very delicious… If I get another chance I will definitely stay there

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The Sky Light Garden Bar/Restaurant food was the most amazing. Amazing, delicious meals, ambient atmosphere, good staff, good service. The hotel breakfast menu was okay. The bedrooms were good sizes, clean, smelled lovely. Felt like luxury.
