I thought Whiz Hotel has very small room but it turned to be okay. With the price we paid, it is more than okay. It has king size bed (i thought it would be queen size) and the room is very clean, the shower is good. Water pressure is very good and hot water run well. Located very well in the city, easy to find food and market. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended...

reception service that originated so. marketing that does not emphasize guests. breakfast that is cared for a trained child. I asked about 13 rooms one floor for that management spending with full payment capacity. and I had already solved 4 days before . In practice I gave 3 floors. When I was asked, the answer was all that was left. And all the management throw each other's responsibility. imagine a child under 12 should be different floors with his parents. very not. Recommend for group booking. @ottend

We were very well welcomed at the hotel. We were happy from cleaning the rooms to relaxing the beds.The water was full of eyelids with big gliders with a very large area.The animation fun that was held in the evening revived both our eyes and to spend time It was very well thought. The staff worked and interested very well, I thank you for the interest and interest that Sezgin Brain showed us.

During our stay at HW Hotel we felt comfortable. Fast check in process, clean room, food was delicious - delicious, there was a bakery shop which was delicious too, close to the city center, and the view from the pool was lovely because it was directly to the sea. Next trip, if you go to Padang on vacation again, you will definitely stay at HW Hotel again.

Hotel located in the middle of the countryside.. close to many places to eat.. many culinary nightclubs in front of the hotel.. hotel service is quite satisfactory. The hotel cleanliness is also quite awake.. breakfast variance is also quite a lot..

The location definitely in the central. Make us easy to explore the city. Known as an old hotel, but it was renovated and really looks like new hotel. The room is big and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice, have quite lot of variety. Recommended...!!!

Despite the air-conditioning, the presence of smoke can be a deterrent for non-smoking guests who wish to enjoy their meals in a smoke-free environment. Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking. Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels. In summary, while there are areas for improvement, the unique offerings and quality service make zhm Premier Padang a worthy choice. The food is very good The location is very easy to go anywhere Very good service The facilities need to be repaired again, like the towels in the room need to be exchanged for cleaner and nicer ones (my towels in the room were torn and looked too worn), there was no hot water for bathing, the floor was wet, there were mosquitoes

Can't recommend this hotel enough. A truly delightful experience from check in to check out. The friendly staff were always smiling and making sure our experience here was of the highest standard, especially Alfano who appears to have been born to be a hotel manager. The rooftop pool provides a fantastic view of the ocean, surrounding jungle and the sprawling city of Padang. The food was great in the restaurants and the basement bar and pool room was a great way to relax with cold beers and a game of billiards. Definitely coming back.

SURFERS BEWARE. If you are booking for a surf trip, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. This hotel is completely unorganized, will lose your bag, and tell you ”too bad” with 0 compensation. Mercure Hotel gave me a claim tag for my surfboard bag with my name all over it, and still managed to mess that up and give my bag to someone else flying to another country. You will see walking into the hotel how unorganized the bag situation is. It took 5 days for them just to recover the bag. When the bag was returned, stuff in my bag was stolen including all of my fins which were needed to surf. This hotel single handedly managed to ruin a surf trip I saved up and planned for a year in less than 12 hours of me staying at the hotel. What is even more pathetic, they also refused to reimburse me for only a few sets of the fins, which is all I requested. I was incredibly patient, waited 11 days for them to get this figured out all for them to tell me sorry, we'll comp your room upon return. Comically bad experience Also, they play thumping music until 5am which other reviews have alluded to, so if you do not want that, find lodging elsewhere. One of the managers deletes their messages every 24 hrs, but here is a screenshot showing the basis of their communication, responded every few days with ”checking” or ”I'll let you know later”.

One of the best Hotel back then 20 years ago, I was just a little child but clearly remembered how the good service was. This polished Hotel located in the most strategic place in Padang, everywhere else is near. I do really want to experience it once more if I ever revisit Padang someday, and also the Hotel near the beach, so worth it.

C/I 4th - C/O 5th July 2023 room 210 Terrible experience: very poor bath-hot water services. We are showering with cold water in the middle of Bukittinggi cold weather. Poor drainage also. Bed mattress quality need to refurnished. Food quality are excellent

TV in the kmr all the broadcasts are covered with SDH and lporkn k fo but GK at FU is exhausted. When going to the pool TDK officers are stmby. The breakfast is normal. GK is the same time as Novotel

Booked this hotel for one night. Checked in- no problem. Staffs were nice. Got in the room tried to connect to wifi with password on the table but unsuccessful. Unable to call as the phone line disconnected. No other choice than to see the receptionist in person and investigate about the wifi login. Apparently Password listed in the room was not updated. To get wifi u have to sit outside in the balcony with mosquitos. No chance to get wifi at all inside the room. The room was spacious but old and dirty. So many maintenance need to be done. Loose tap in the toilet, leaking shower hose and no pressure, dirty mirror in the toilet, shampoo was not provided, the curtain was broken.. on top of it, the price of the hotel doesnt reflect the service being offered. Avoid it if you can.

Decent hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff. The room itself is showing a bit of wear and tear. For example, the sink in our bathroom was leaking on the floor.

The facilities are good, at this price you can also get breakfast directly, close to the hour, you can go around in the city center, the waiters are friendly, but it's a pity because the old building is so how the decoration is.. Over all it's good

Absolutely loved every aspect of the hotel. Our room was amazing with a huge, super comfy bed, great pillows and luxury linen. The bathroom was great with hot water and high pressure shower. Awesome views over the sweeping rooftops typical to this area with misty mountains in the background. The breakfast was incredible - HUGE range of both local and European food, super friendly staff. We stayed two nights and loved it. The pool was great too and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and a good range of places to eat.
