The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

It was a 12-15 minute walk from the bus terminal, and quite easy to find. There was a convenience store, souvenir shop, and buggy rental shop on the way. There was a cat that happened to greet us. Maybe it's a family-run business, but all the staff were very kind. Breakfast is available for an additional fee. It's a buffet. The room was clean, with a large kitchen and cooking utensils and appliances, and it seemed like a good place for a long-term family stay. There was a balcony and a place to hang out the laundry, but it seemed like there were baby birds living there, so they were noisy and there was a bit of a feces smell. It wasn't a problem if you kept the windows closed. The room was on the second floor and the windows had automatic shutters. There were also security cameras on the premises outside, so it was guarded. Although it was a short stay, it was a very relaxing time.

The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good..

Staff at ambience suites were responsive and pleasant. Breakfast was provided and it was a decent spread. However, location was ~20mins walk from Fira main bus station (it says 10mins on gmaps but its uphill + we were carrying our luggages) so it was slightly inconvenient. Slightly noisy at night as well and the room does not use blackout curtains so the sun shines into the room at 6+ in the morning.

Caldera Premium Villa is located in the center of Oia, overlooking the volcano. It offers a swimming pool and accommodation with Cycladic décor. Room balconies offer Caldera and Aegean Sea views. The accommodation and views are great. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. The breakfast provided by the hotel was outstanding. My only complaint is that the location of the hotel is halfway up the cliff, which requires a lot of stairs before you get there. Staff will greet you on arrival and take your luggage, but you may find it difficult to navigate if you have bad knees etc. Other than that, an amazing place in the world.

Opposite the hotel is the Blue Church, and you can watch the sunset in one minute. If you are obsessed with sunrise and sunset, you must book this hotel. You can watch the sunrise from most rooms and by the pool. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is recommended that those who are physically fit can complete the 10-kilometer hike from Fira to Oia. There are beautiful scenery along the way. It is recommended to start walking slowly after lunch, and you can have a drink and watch the sunset when you arrive in Oia.

Great stay near the centre. Good location, everything is just within walking distance, groceries, cafes, bakery, restaurants and food is everywhere near. Room is very cosy, spotlessly clean & spacious.. Reception/ check-in was swift/efficient. I managed to get my rest and slept well, the bed is very comfortable. I recommend this to anyone who loves to be conveniently located within centre of Fira. Great local bakeries: EROTOKRITOS , MYLONAS, ZOTOS Cafes : STOA, VALES, COFFEE CLUB, GRAFFITI Great restaurants/ Taverns: KOKKALO, FAGITO, KYRA NIKH, PELICAN , HAVE YOUR COCKTAIL AT PALIAKAMENI, FACING CALDERA. I've been into Santorini since 2011, in all seasons, this being my 7th time. It is good to explore everywhere in this island, give yourself time to enjoy this magical place.

The room is great. Living in this area is not as lively as Oia and Fira. We stayed in 104 and the view is also very good. If you want to watch the sunset, it is not recommended to stay here. The water in the pool is always warm.

The breakfast variety is not very much, but overall it is okay. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is in a great environment. It should be a good hotel in Fira. The room is large. The equipment is generally not equipped with a socket. The tap water is salty and has a relationship with the whole island. There are only blankets for quilts that no one likes. Overall it is recommended to stay.

A very, very good hotel! The driver who picked us up at the airport sent us to the location in Figure 1. The car can only drive here. The hotel owner came to pick us up in person. I guess the driver contacted the hotel owner after seeing the hotel we were going to, so he came to pick us up in advance. He helped us carry our luggage. We had to go up a few steps. It would be very difficult to carry the luggage without him. I wanted to give him a tip, but he didn't want it. After checking in, he asked us to fill in the breakfast dishes for tomorrow. Then he took out a tourist map and told us where the various attractions were and how long it would take to walk. He also took out a book to show us pictures of the ancient monuments. This honeymoon suite has a double bed and a sofa. The sofa is very wide. The sofa I slept on was as comfortable as the bed. The view from the balcony is beautiful!!! The water in the balcony bathtub is circulated day and night, warm, and my son didn't want to come out when swimming in it. In the morning, someone put breakfast on the balcony, set it up, and called us. It's amazing to eat breakfast while watching the sea view! It takes 20 minutes to walk to the blue-domed church in the town of Fira. I don't know how to take the bus. There are many black taxis in Fira town. It costs 30 euros for us to take a taxi to the black beach. You have to eat seafood in Santorini. This fresh seafood is completely different from the live shrimps bought in China! Their seafood has the freshness of the sea! However, standing on the hotel balcony to the left, you can see an open-air restaurant, which is actually a bar. Don't eat there. We waited for more than an hour before the food was served, and three dishes cost 92 euros, which was expensive and unpalatable. After we checked out, someone came to pick us up at the airport. But we didn't know where to wait, so the hotel owner personally took us to the location in the first picture. He was so nice! I took a photo as a souvenir, the second picture. I really recommend this restaurant!

It's pretty good. Next to it is a blue-domed church in Fira. There is a rich breakfast. There is a private hot tub. A bottle of champagne was given. Someone will help with the luggage. The lady boss is very nice and will reply to messages on WhatsApp in seconds.

Nice hotel near to santorini Airport(10 min by cab). For those who dont have a car might need to call cab or walk around 1.1miles to reach Fira town centre. Food is really delicious and fleshly prepared. Staffs are really friendly especially Nicoll, George, Amalia and other staffs in kitchen(apologies forgot thir names).

Hotel is very close to the most famous blue domes, can take good photos from the hotels. Hotel, rooms, and the pool are clean, new and nicely decorated. Everything is well designed and vibe is superb. Our room has a terrace with a panoramic view to the caldera, and a pool facing to the blue domes. The price was at premium but it’s worth the price!! All the staffs are superb, polite, helpful, responsive, mindful, and considerate. Food and drinks, we had breakfast and lunch in our room, and dinner at the restaurant, all the food and drinks were fabulous, one of the best catering services we had in Greece for my trip, we didn’t expect that!!!! Love it! Thanks you for giving us such memorable and unforgettable memories.

Absolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈 The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋 The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide. I took a bus nearby and walked to the hotel. I went there using Google MAP, but it was difficult to find the place. I walked for about 7 minutes with a large carry-on bag, but it was very difficult as the roads were bad and there were many stairs. The room was smaller than I expected, and the toilet and shower were open. I booked the jacuzzi looking forward to it, but I couldn't see the view from the jacuzzi. Even though it was cold, the hot water was lukewarm and I couldn't get it in slowly. The friend I went with didn't get in. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from. On the way back, the staff carried my carrier to the bus stop, which was very helpful. I think the staff were friendly and very nice.

Hotel which has nothing to do with the photos which are 3D simulations.. so it is still under construction, no access to the spa. Really modest vegan breakfast ok but really not worked there is very little. Rooms different from the photos but the bedding is great. The extras are not worth it because they are very expensive (2 orange juices €18) Well located however quite noisy roadside 24/24 truck motorcycle Quite unpleasant manager, the woman is much more friendly and understandable (we didn't have hot water the first 4 days)

The location is good, not far from the bus stop! The disadvantage is that the bed is in a small loft upstairs in a building-within-a-floor layout. People with higher heights will definitely hit their heads. It is troublesome to go up and downstairs to use the toilet.

When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel upgraded us to two rooms, each with a welcome drink, and then a bottle of champagne and fruit in each room, it feels really good. Breakfast We went to the restaurant to eat, gave a menu, order form, each dish is very large, it is recommended that only one per person is enough. In particular, the hotel's bed is super soft and super comfortable! The only downside is that there is a little distance from the town of Oia, and there is no sunset at the hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

All of the staffs were super friendly . This is my first time in Rhodes and I will definately come back for sure. The building of hotel itself has very antique vibe and well decorated and actually has some history of some decades. Especially beautiful in the morning . If you book sea view room , you can see sunrise above the sea. It’s fantastic. Recommend to take a walk around hotel. Also breakfast was very nice. They got buffet style but also make you freshly cooked menu as well.

The room was perfectly renovated with a perfect view but its temperature with the air conditioning at the maximum was between 27 & 29 degrees The mini bar had no cooling When I complained they told me it was not a refrigerator ironically in the reception and after it found it Technical not corrected until we left The room was as a supply to the coffee shop but we were paid at the end of the coffee in a 5-star hotel with a price-high price at night The elevator had no air conditioning and was a gas chamber up to the 17th floor which we stayed The supermarket of the hotel cost me an extra 10 minutes the cigarette package I bought because it does not give me a card as he told me and showed me a handwritten note General culture of the decade 70-80s which in no way justifies the Category 1

I'm currently lying on a lounger by the pool, our plane leaves in a few hours, so I'm using this time to write a review. Check-in after arriving at the hotel (last Sunday around 9:00 p.m.) went smoothly and we even managed to have dinner, which is served until 9:30 p.m. In general, the food here is varied, everyone chooses what they want, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, a snack was also served in the morning and afternoon. Sometimes it happened that some food was missing, but they replenished it within a few minutes. It happened once or twice that we waited for a table for a while. The housekeepers and the staff in general were pleasant and kind. Drinks, beer and wine were served in the bars until 23:00 as part of all inclusive, after which you had to pay. Once we had dinner in a Greek restaurant where an aperitif, appetizer, main course (choice of 4 courses) and dessert were served. I personally liked it, but there was too much of it. We were accommodated in bungalows on the first floor overlooking the pool about 30m from the place where the evening program took place. The music was blaring, so it was not possible to fall asleep until about 11:30 p.m. Although the bungalow has been through a bit, we are not renting. There is also a shower and a bathtub, but there is no curtain in the bathtub, and when someone enters the bungalow, they practically immediately see the bathtub. They had to replace the air conditioning on the third day of our stay, as it hardly cooled at all, after that it was fine. Towels and bath towels were changed every day, and they also replenished shampoo and shower gel when it ran out. The room also has a small fridge, hair dryer and TV, but we never turned it on, electric kettle + tea, safe. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach were already included in the price, but the sunbeds had to be reserved in the morning. Most of the beach has poor access to the water due to the rocks, just on the edge of the resort near the harbor is a sandy beach with sunbeds, a shower and a buffet. The reptile could sometimes be cleaned of algae, otherwise it was fine, the bottom was sandy, shoes for the sea are not necessary, and the snorkel is also useless. Beach towels can be changed up to 3 times a week, but you have to go early in the morning, otherwise you're out of luck. We rented a car from the local rental company for one day (a Fiat Panda for €60 including insurance) and went to see the valley of butterflies in the morning (the children loved it) and in the afternoon we went to see the city of Rhodes - a beautiful city, I recommend going for the whole day, it's there what to watch. I can't go without mentioning the cats that can be found throughout the area, including the restaurant. Wifi worked quite well, except for one day when it dropped quite often. Overall, I would rate the satisfaction and stay at 4 stars. What I appreciate is that although check out is until 11:00 am, we could still go for lunch today and use all the hotel's facilities until our departure at 5:00 pm.

The stay was fantastic. The food and the location are the basis for a dream vacation.

The breakfast is rich and delicious. The Greek yogurt is very good. The orange juice is freshly squeezed by a large machine. The dinner is also very exquisite, but the price is not cheap. It is a bit troublesome to go to the Center. The taxi costs about 30 euros in cash.

The hotel upgraded our room for free. The room was tidy and clean. Because it was the off-peak tourist season, most of the restaurants on the island were closed. We ordered food at the hotel in the evening. The food tasted really good, especially the yogurt. We left the next day. The hotel also specially arranged free airport drop-off service. The service was in place and I was satisfied!

The interior decoration of the hotel is very stylish and comfortable, but it is a bit far from the sea and not on the beach. Also, you have to take a bus from the central town, and the bus and taxi times are not fixed, so traveling is a bit awkward. It is proposed to provide free transport to the town centre. Not good value for money.

One of this hotels that welcome you with open arms and happy to kick you out when you leave on your knees. The pool staff were pleasant as was housekeeping but reception need a pep talk and more training as to how they come across asking for TIPS, TIPS, TIPS....I would only stay here again if I had no other choice

Beautiful hotel with 2 main pools overlooking Psarou beach. Short walk to beaches and restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast with plenty of choices and good quality, serving staff at breakfast very friendly and always made sure the guests were OK. Free transfer to port/airport. Bus stop to town just down the road.

The location is not bad, and the nightlife of Mishima may be a bit noisy. Walk to the main town for about 7-10 minutes, the sea view is not bad, you can watch the sunset. The hotel has a breakfast for 25 euros. Choose from the menu. Recommend greek omelette. The added material is very good. But one thing, the room has no kettle and the hotel is not equipped. This is not very convenient, but you can call them to send hot water.

Opposite of hotel is sea view. Very nice view and location is very near to the town. Walking distance to the town and port. Restaurant just beside the hotel. Nice !

Hotel is at a amazing location, the staff is really friendly and they explained us all important things we needed to know, on arrival. I would love to stay again in future.

This hotel was very good, the views from the pool area were excellent and the sunset was amazing - would recommend although the steps and the walk from the town centre could be challenging for some - got used to it after a couple of days though.
