I would like to share my accommodation experience. Unfortunately, this hotel is not sufficiently modern, and the quality of service is low. There's not even a bellboy to carry the luggage, which can be really tiring especially after long journeys. Another disappointment I had with the hotel staff was their attitude and behavior. Even a simple greeting was left unanswered, and they didn't have much of an expression on their faces. This was not a pleasant welcome experience at all. Considering its location and the quality of service it offers, the prices of the hotel are high. It's possible to find many other hotels in a similar area that can provide better service for a more reasonable fee. The service I received from this hotel created dissatisfaction and unfortunately, I will not choose it again.

It was in a very central location. We found it easy. It was close to everywhere. The breakfast was very rich. Our room had a large double bed. It was silent. The lack of private parking is a big shortcoming. Our vehicle on the first day. We left it in the paid parking lot. On the second and the next two days, we parked our vehicle in a free parking lot in front of the hotel. We left the hotel satisfied. I recommend it to those who want to stay in Kavala.

There are not so many hotels in the area, and although my boss didnt enjoyed it, for me its was a nice deal. Cheap breakfast, limited but decent intercontinental one, and yummy. A lot of space for parking, a swimming pool i could not use, and yes, extremely hot room with air conditioning that takes a while to cool down. Overall, probably I could return.

The breakfast was amazing. All staff are very nice and helpful; they even helped us for an early check-in. It is just a bit far away form the city center but apart from that everything was perfect.

Hotel ***et is centrally located. There is no parking problem. If you prefer the main building in winter, you will not have a problem with the temperature. Breakfast may vary depending on your expectations. If you say that basic breakfast items are suitable for me, I can say ”sufficient”.

Odalar ferah, temiz, yataklar kaliteli, kuş tüyü yastıklar opsiyonel değil her yatakta bir adet kuştüyü bir adet elyaf yastık var. Kahvaltısı fena değil, otel merkezde, her yere yakın, sakin ve sessiz. Daha ne olsun, bizden 10 üzerinden 10 aldı, herkese öneririm, Dedeağaç'a gidecekseniz burada konaklamalısınız. Herşey için teşekkür ediyorum.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, it is close to the beach, it is a complete sadness to buy a hotel from trip com again. It was a disappointment.
