Everything was perfect. I definitely recommend you to see this concept. The employees are very friendly. They literally competed to serve. The rooms and towels were clean. We requested a late check-out and they welcomed it without any hassle.

The hotel describes elegance and luxury. Sadly this is very far from the truth. The hotel is separated into two sides of a busy street. The mountain side is 2 star at best. After the reception staff promise you better rooms for under the table bribes, we got the most disgusting room. Balcony door won't close or lock. 50% of the floor tiles were cracked or loose. Bits falling off everywhere. So got moved to a 3rd room. Breakfast was aweful and couldnt be worse if they tried. No cups, no plates, nothing nice apart from eggs. Tables dirty and if you are in a wheel chair and have any mobility difficulties, this hotel is not for you. Stairs, stairs and more stairs. No lifts. All your luggage must be carried. They offer to take luggage to your room, but after 30 mins waiting for it to arrive, I collected myself. £550 later upgraded to the beach side. This side is better, at an honest 3 star at the very best. Rooms are spacious, but old dated furniture, not luxurious bedding ,but does have a mini bar. Pool area is really nice and beach 20m away.. parasols around the pool broken , but usually empty and plenty of space. Not all squashed on top of each other. Beach loungers must be reserved before 7am or you will not get anything. Restaurants and drinks. Breakfast ok, omelette, salads, some fruits. Not really cater for English taste. Always waiting for cups but mostly have to use 5 star paper cups 😕 Dinner very bland and always the same. All inclusive.. No snacks during the day. 1 x beach bar, but only serve 5 x alcoholic drinks, sort drinks and coffee. . 10am to 10pm only No pool bar or all inc hotel bar. Location good with a nice prominade to walk to main naana bay shopping square Positives Pool area, gardens, beach and animation team Negatives Food, hotel outdated, cleanliness and daytime facilities.. needs upkeep and replace things that are broken, not just leave it there Generally Overrated, underwhelmed

One of the few hotels in Sharm El Sheikh that cares about its reputation. They try to make your vacation perfect. You can use the hotel grounds across the street The animators are great The only thing missing is its own reef

Very very good service. Everyone is extremely helpful. I was sorted out with data (wifi isn't free). There are a lot of mosquitos in the room so bring some repellent. There is a bar on the property that plays unbelievably loud music until 3.30am on a Saturday morning. When I was woken at 2am, the staff moved me to another room which was really great. There is often loud music at the pool - nice if you're into that. Not great if you're not. All in all, it was a good stay. The rooms are spacious (but need some upkeep) and it's clean.

Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh, the concept of the hotel is a great choice especially for those who love sports activities, the hotel has many facilities such as a fitness center, spa, sand volleyball court and its proximity to the sea is very good, wifi can be used at a very good level in the entire hotel area. The hotel generally tries to provide the best service in terms of cleaning, including the maintenance of the surrounding green areas, and the staff do their job at the best level. The management quality in this regard really offers a high level of service. Definitely a quality hotel for a quality holiday. Thank you for everything Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice restaurant with buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, nice swimming pool, within walking distance to the beach for snorkeling not only swimming. Stayed 5 nights. Good value for money.

Stayed here for 8 nights with my friend, staff was friendly but it gets annoying when they ask you to stretch and massage about 3 times a day when your sunbathing but I understand it’s business but I’d expect to have a bit more of a peaceful time, apart from that they were very friendly, medhat (the towel man by the pool) is very friendly and made my stay a lot better, told me if I needed help with anything just ask him which made me feel more at home, room service was okay but they did not change the towels which is a bit dirty, one time we realised the cleaners went into our room without us putting the sign up for room service which was a bit weird, the room card kept not working and we had to keep going to the front desk to get it checked but that wasn’t a problem, the shop inside the hotel was a bit overpriced compared to shops outside, the guy was acting like he was doing me a favour and a discount but he was overpricing me, avoid that shop, even buying cigarettes he will rip u off, but he was friendly and I enjoyed talking to him, the poolside was decent with music a bit too loud pumping out the speakers, the food inside the hall was not the best, but the food they cook in front of u was okay, my favourite was eggs and chicken Shwama, food is a bit repetitive but it was okay because u can’t expect them to be making new things everyday, they have a pool table and ping pong which is good entertainment for the night, but overall I’d say my stay was decent and I met some very lovely people, if you’re someone with not a lot of patience and want peace a quiet this place probably is not meant for u, on the street u will get people asking u to go into there shop which can be annoying, if you are buying anything out there, hustle the price down to at least 50%, another thing I realised in the hotel is that all English channels on the Tv has no audio, I’m not sure if this is a thing where they don’t like the English but I’m not sure, thank you for the very kind staff

I recommend with my eyes closed and the magnificent view of the hotel they have a really wow panoramic view

The room is clean and quite large. From the balcony door, you can go uphill to the swimming pool No. 5. The main restaurant is in the beach wing. It takes about seven or eight minutes to walk there. You can also call for a shuttle bus to pick you up.

An incredible resort with clean rooms, beautiful views and lovely staff. Everything you need is available at the resort from shops to SPA facilities and activities (some of which are at extra cost e.g. boat tours and water sports). Definitely recommend snorkelling (free but need to bring your own equipment, which you can also buy at the resort shop) as the coral reefs are breathtaking with colourful fish swimming everywhere. The pools are very nice and Ahmed by the heated pool was absolutely lovely. The food was very tasty with various theme nights and lots of choices in general. Everyone from the chefs to the waiters was super accommodating and the service was very fast. La Casa pizza restaurant and Calamari seafood place both had delicious food and fantastic staff. Special thanks to pizza restaurant manager Khaled who took extra care to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. Ramy from the Lobby Bar also deserves a mention as he made the most beautiful cocktails and always had a big smile face on his face. Overall, could not recommend this resort enough and would like to thank all the staff once again for making our stay special.

Advantages: The hotel can only check in at 2pm. We arrived at noon. The front desk stored our suitcases and hung a sign for us to go to the restaurant for lunch first. After lunch, we went to the room at 2pm. It was ready. A waiter took us to the room and delivered the suitcases to the room. The food in the restaurant was OK. Chinese stomachs can be picky. The hotel staff, especially the restaurant water bar, were very enthusiastic~ The key point is: the room is very clean! The toilet is also good~ The facilities are modern and clean, which is very important for girls! The beach is really very big, very big, very big, and I didn't dare to go down. The hotel has its own swimming pool, and the cocktails in the water bar are very delicious. There are yoga classes and various courses. I didn't go to them. I saw someone taking them

Currently sitting around the pool writing this review. We fly home this evening and been here for 9 nights. Honestly I've read some rubbish reviews but we can't fault it really and I'm a bit of a holiday sob. Food has been hit and miss but was introduced to Essamm executive manager he was lovely and told us not to go hungry if we wanted a certain meal to what's app him and he would get the chef to prepare what we wanted and the time we want it. We ate out a couple times at naama bay and soho square which was lovely. Building works have not affected us at all they have to renovate in quieter months. But it's really not bothered us. Music played at both main and dolphin pool so actually forgot it's going on. Staff are second to none and can't do enough for you. It's been my birthday whilst here and the pool loungers where decorated, room and got brought up a chocolate birthday cake which was so tasty. They constantly bring drinks around to you. Never have an empty glass. Sayed at the pool is lovely always put our towels out every day so we got our loungers, his absolutly amazing and really made our holiday fun. Mina at the bar is fab and never leaves u with an empty cup, tbh no1 does they are constantly bringing fresh drinks. Staff really try hard here and some have been here over.12years which says a lot. My partner and i have Not been ill once neither has anyone we have made friends with. Entertainment is none existent of a night just a small show at 9pm but we made our own entertainment with friends or went into naama bay, soho square and old egypt. We really cannot fault this hotel and 100% will return. You get what you pay for if you want luxurious 5 star then you need to pay at least over £1200 pp else where but for us it's been a wonderful break and will defo look to return in the future. Also recommend Tina Hartley tito travel for trips absolutely amazing service all round.

Recently returned after a week spent at this wonderful place. The room was clean and great view over the pool. The staff were absolutely amazing and could not fault the service they provide to ensure you have the best time. Special thanks to Ahmed the restaurant assistant manager and the two guys serving the pool bar all day long(sorry did not catch their names )! The pool was clean and the recreation team were great always have your towels laid out on your bed ready for you each day. The selection of food we found was quite similar everyday and wasn't to our taste but we didn't go hungry, deserts were tasty! It is worth visiting the Italian restaurant onsite we had a lovely 4 course meal which was included in the all inclusive. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you Naama Waves.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the Red Sea and the farsha cafe with stunning views! The staff were very welcoming and even gave us guava juice to drink when we checked in! There are a lot of activities at night, and things get quiet after about 11 o'clock. If you want to go to bed early, you may need to prepare earplugs.

Good service,and good environment, the swimming pool is fantastic, the deepth is 185 cm, good for swimming, and the beach is very good for snorkeling, a lots of colorful fish,and clear water,the food here is also good, dinner is changed every day ,free shuttle to the city center,4,times everyday,the room is with the balcony and good ocean views, really an osias in Dahab.

The hotel is a bit further away from all the hustle and bustle of Dahab center, I find this very nice and relaxing. The rooms are beautiful and relaxed. There is a television and air conditioning. You can see the sea or the mountains from your room 🥰 I saw and heard the sea, this was beautiful! The sea is literally 5 to 6 meters from the hotel and the mountains even less. The reception staff were super mega mega helpful which I admire! The breakfast was also delicious and a genuine 10 plus for all the hotel staff. If you are looking for a relaxed, natural vibe, I recommend this hotel! The suite is great! It has a wonderful ben and bath, I wanted to upgrade when I was there, but unfortunately I couldn't because the room was already booked. There is also a room to do yoga, and a kind of chill area with cushions where you can also eat and relax. Dahab center is about 10 to 15 minutes by car from the hotel :) and of course I found the cats and dogs in the area super sweet, nice and cozy.
