Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. All staff want the please very willing to assist and want guests to be happy. Hot Food could be hotter, and quite repetitive. no choice of cereals for breakfast, geared for the Egyptian taste. Staff taking food from the breakfast buffet in front of guests, (using their hands) not using utensils provided. Even cleaning staff, to Supervisor levels including some chefs. Was a theme hotel previously so still remnants of that, but have been told the new administration will be changing many things and updating the hotel. It is a lovely sized hotel just far enough out of Naaama Bay that it is quiet, but close enough to walk within 30 minutes. The position is under the inbound flight path, which on certain days can be a little loud. The staff make the hotel, nearly all of them always smiling and likes to see you.

I really enjoyed my first time here , it was a nice hotel a good location and very pleasant helpful staff ,Ahmed the porter/all-rounder was always there to help in anyway. my room was maybe a bit dated and a little rough around the edges , but it was clean and was cleaned daily and acceptable. The restaurant yes is a little bit repetitive but the food was nice and there was always something you could find to eat , and If not , there was Osama the restaurant manager who I have to mention and I,m grateful to , who would always try to make sure that I was taken care of , and accommodate you and your needs !! . Pool/towel assistant was always pleasant and cheerful and kept the pool clean . The beach which is a short walk away is nice clean and plenty of lounges. If you like high end and fine dining then this is probably not the place for you. I personally wouldn't have a issue in returning to this hotel and intend to if/when I visit sharm again .

He is very good person and he has high quality skills in his work! All the stuff is doing his best really! Mahmoud (reception) , Ased, Mahmoud, Mr Mahmoud Hassan, Mr ABD Elnaby and Wessam we are impressed with Your work! The whole place is so Clean! The beach is excellent for both sweeming and for snorkelling. In Sharm it is hard to find a good hotel like Promenade, that has good beach good service good price good location and excellent staff! Even the beach security is doing his best! Animators have also been improved! Nice and cute show!! We will come again surely only here! Only please update the ”beds” on the beach they are old.

The hotel is perfect services foods and atmosphere The only problem is it take time in checkin no early checkin available also the checkout at 12:00 but the lunch at 13:00 which means you need to stay at the lobby for 1 hour

Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh, the concept of the hotel is a great choice especially for those who love sports activities, the hotel has many facilities such as a fitness center, spa, sand volleyball court and its proximity to the sea is very good, wifi can be used at a very good level in the entire hotel area. The hotel generally tries to provide the best service in terms of cleaning, including the maintenance of the surrounding green areas, and the staff do their job at the best level. The hotel is located in a remote area, but it is not a disadvantage for a resort hotel. The hotel arranged a noisy room facing the street with no view when checking in. Since I didn't stay for long, I didn't complain to the front desk. I booked two orders for two days and informed the front desk in advance, but the next day I couldn't find the order and asked me to wait at the front desk for an hour. During this period, I contacted the supplier to help solve the problem. Although the order was found, they continued to delay and did not help to redo the room card, but greeted other European and American guests with a smile. The beach is located in the same group hotel, which is a five-minute walk away. The hotel is under overall reconstruction, so it is quite noisy. It is expected that it will not be completed in a year, so reservations should be made with caution. In addition, the hotel's catering is quite outstanding, and the service staff in the catering area do not discriminate against Asian guests as much as the front desk area.

Just to be clear this holiday was booked for me by someone else I hadn’t seen the pictures only that I was told it was a 4* hotel in Sharm el Sheikh SOUNDS GOOD RIGHT 😂😂😂 LITTLE DID I KNOW. I was FUMING at the time but I can have a laugh about this now as: 1. It didn’t spoil my family’s whole holiday (just 1 day) as it was booked from inside Egypt 2. We went to a FANTASTIC hotel 24hrs later (15 minutes away in Shark Bay) My children are still revelling about it. Just annoyed ‘The Tivoli Mistake’ costed us a whole day. I don’t know where to start. Let’s start right at the beginning, it was through the coach window I first laid eyes on Tivoli and my heart sank. The place looks so run down I knew it was only going to get worse the closer I got. I just wanted the coach to take me away as I was taking my luggage off the coach I felt like I was being sentenced to prison. The girls they’ve hired to take pictures at the front of the hotel is definitely an attempt to distract from what lies ahead. (You have to check the pics of the girls advertising ‘themselves’ 😂). As trustworthy as my gut has been the dreadful feeling grew when I walked in the run down reception that felt more like an old people’s home than a vibrate hotel in Sharm el Sheikh. It was just BAD what made things worse was our rooms weren’t ready. We arrived on time (off peak- hotel was empty) and the rooms weren’t ready? They said we needed to wait 5 hours with very young children which were knackered from travelling. I was fuming at the person who booked it but they assumed it was 4* 😂 I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE IT 1 STAR I called up the booking company we used (internally in Egypt) and asked them to change the hotel but they said they had already paid for that day. So the plan was to stay for one day and change hotel 24hrs later THE WORST 24HRS OF MY LIFE… I DIDNT CARE HOW MUCH EXTRA IT WOULD COST I NEEDED TO GET OUT (I hadn’t even seen past the reception and this is how I felt) imagine when I saw the room and the food 🤢🤮 We booked it as ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ but it’s not, you have to pay for many things and the things that are inclusive I wouldn’t feed to an animal. The room was full of old furniture and the bed was rock hard. The toilet was leaning to one side. The cleaning staff were polite and almost embarrassed that’s where they work but they need to make a living. The restaurant staff, chefs, servers were apologetic and tried to help but they were a good few of them that were REALLY rude and ended up swearing at one of my family members and needed to be held back by other staff because they were offended we didn’t like the food??? That’s how they treat paying guests. We ended up eating feta cheese with hard stale bread (on chipped plates) until we were able to escape the very next morning. I was lucky in a way that the holiday was booked in Egypt but if I had been booked outside of Egypt then the holiday would’ve been paid for and I would’ve had to stay there until my sentence was up. Frankly, nothing to say, everything is great whether it's the food, varied, good, the cleanliness of the rooms  and I thank the entire crew of Self Hassan Ahmed he is super very competent, always smiling, always listening and even the others nothing to say without forgetting Mousad Kerolos Wahebe and Houssam Salah, Tony, without forgetting the staff who work at the swimming pool they are too kind smiling always caring nothing to say everything is great. I recommend with my eyes closed and the magnificent view of the hotel they have a really wow panoramic view

My other half and I stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2024 and we bloth had a great time. Works were going on to the top swimming pool, but they didn't affect our use or enjoyment of the hotel. It should look great when it's finished. My first mention is Ahmed the chef in the main restaurant. He was fantastic. I am a vegetarian who doesn't eat tomato. On many nights Ahmed would cook me a special pasta with all the things I love in it. There were also many nights when I could easily eat off the the buffet. If there was anything I wanted, I just had to ask. Ahmed also cooked up some wonderful meals for my boyfriend. I loved the chocolate fountain and there was always a supply of lovely strawberries and bananas to dip in it. My next mention is to another Ahmed who served in the restaurant. A very lovely man who helped to make our holiday special and was always on hand to help with anything. We rarely had to ask for another drink. The swimming pool attendants were also always willing to help with anything, and the staff behind the downstairs bar were always friendly and helpful. We hardly used the upstairs bar. There was always nightly entertainment, almost all of which was good/excellent. One night was not the usual standard, but it gave us a good laugh. Our room was a good standard and was always kept clean and well stocked. There are lots of steps, which is not surprising when a hotel is built into a cliff, but there was a regular cart going around the resort transporting people and you could phone for one as well. I am a diver and spent many days diving with Dive Inn. The reef just off the beach is fantastic with many different types of fish. The dive staff were wonderful and the diving was excellent. I will review them separately. We will definitely go back, and we would say that whilst the resort was excellent, it really was the people who work there who made it such a great holiday.

it is 15 minutes to airport Room is old , staffs are very friendly in reception. it is 5 star hotel but rooms are very old especially toilet is very old in room . İts sea side hotel . We buy all full package. They use very cheap coctails and alcohol because they give free .

Advantages: The hotel can only check in at 2pm. We arrived at noon. The front desk stored our suitcases and hung a sign for us to go to the restaurant for lunch first. After lunch, we went to the room at 2pm. It was ready. A waiter took us to the room and delivered the suitcases to the room. The food in the restaurant was OK. Chinese stomachs can be picky. The hotel staff, especially the restaurant water bar, were very enthusiastic~ The key point is: the room is very clean! The toilet is also good~ The facilities are modern and clean, which is very important for girls! The beach is really very big, very big, very big, and I didn't dare to go down. The hotel has its own swimming pool, and the cocktails in the water bar are very delicious. There are yoga classes and various courses. I didn't go to them. I saw someone taking them

When you come to the hotel, it is clean enough, you can find any variety you want, there was food suitable for every culture. The sea was full of colorful fish and coral. It was a very different experience. The pool was big enough. The rooms were cooled by 2-story air conditioners. As for alcohol, the local drinks are not very good, you can drink draft beer. It is enough if you get full board. In general, it was a pleasant hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the Red Sea and the farsha cafe with stunning views! The staff were very welcoming and even gave us guava juice to drink when we checked in! There are a lot of activities at night, and things get quiet after about 11 o'clock. If you want to go to bed early, you may need to prepare earplugs.

The location of the hotel and the sea are really beautiful. When I stayed at another hotel in the same week, it was very good to compare the hotels and services of the region. The variety of food was low and the taste was mediocre. As for cleaning, the dinner plates in front of our next room were not taken away for 2 days. The leftovers dried out in that heat. Therefore, the cleaning staff did not even visit the area where we stayed for 2 days. Our room was located in the central area right next to the pool. It's not a hotel I would choose again.

Our stay was amazing! The Hotel is huge, with many buildings, 3 restaurants, many pools, a gym and a spa. It is located on the main shopping boulevard of Naama Bay and the beach is very close, you can reach it on foot. We had an All Inclusive package so we had all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and drinks included. Food was very good and with a large variety of products from cooked meals to vegetables, from fruit to very tasty desserts! Every day we had a refill of water bottle, tea and coffee in our room, as well as nicely perfumed toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion). Gym and spa were small but equipped with the essentials. Very good massage service! We recommend it. The place is very clean and well kept but it would improve a lot if the rooms were renovated with new furniture and bathrooms were updated a little. I would suggest newcoming guests to sleep with earplugs because from the rooms you can hear very loud noises, probably from the conditioning system. All the staff was great! Special thanks to Ahmed Mohamed at reception, ”Biro” for spa treatments, Osama and Moustafa at the restaurant. All of them were very nice and helpful and they always wore a big smile on their faces. The hotel environment is beautiful, with a desert oasis style. You can snorkel and see coral reefs and marine fish by the beach. The buffet tastes good, and you can find dishes suitable for Chinese stomachs. The hotel service staff is polite and enthusiastic. We asked for an extended check-out time and were given convenience and preferential prices. Because we were catching a flight and had no time to eat lunch, we could prepare lunch boxes. The experience was very good and cost-effective. I would stay again if I had the chance. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and some rooms are under renovation. It will definitely be better after renovation.

The hotel is a bit further away from all the hustle and bustle of Dahab center, I find this very nice and relaxing. The rooms are beautiful and relaxed. There is a television and air conditioning. You can see the sea or the mountains from your room 🥰 I saw and heard the sea, this was beautiful! The sea is literally 5 to 6 meters from the hotel and the mountains even less. The reception staff were super mega mega helpful which I admire! The breakfast was also delicious and a genuine 10 plus for all the hotel staff. If you are looking for a relaxed, natural vibe, I recommend this hotel! The suite is great! It has a wonderful ben and bath, I wanted to upgrade when I was there, but unfortunately I couldn't because the room was already booked. There is also a room to do yoga, and a kind of chill area with cushions where you can also eat and relax. Dahab center is about 10 to 15 minutes by car from the hotel :) and of course I found the cats and dogs in the area super sweet, nice and cozy.
