The room environment is very good, the breakfast and lunch are very average, the main reason is that there are too many people, and you have to queue up to eat The italian restaurant dinner reservation was perfect and delicious Tucao: The contact information of the hotel is simply a decoration. I sent an email to book a pick-up ten days before the trip. Sharm El Sheikh has no rental, so I can only rely on the hotel to book a car. After sending more than a dozen emails, the first reply I received It turned out that they transferred it to their colleagues, and it was passed around, but no one resolved it. I had no choice but to ask Ctrip for help, but the dramatic result was that Ctrip couldn't even contact the hotel? I was convinced, thinking that I had to call this hotel as soon as I arrived in Egypt. When I arrived in Cairo, I used an Egyptian card to call the hotel, but no one answered, or it was a wrong call. I was very speechless. I traveled for fifteen days. This is the first time the country has encountered such a situation, and finally received an email confirmation. Then we arrived at Sharm El Sheikh Airport. We couldn’t see the driver who came to pick us up. We waited for 20 minutes. We couldn’t contact the hotel. We had to wait at the airport, speechless.

It is a very nice resort, everything looks great. The appartments are very clean. There are so many different activities you can do for example volleyball or you can go to the gym. There is a very nice spa area with massages. The food could be better though, or maybe I just have high standards. The animation team is the best they show you everything you can do there and they always help you. Especially Abram was a really good guy he came to the partys with us and we had so much fun together. So if you want to go to a party you dont have to worry about anything the animation team takes care of everything like the taxi etc. I had a really good time there and I would recommend it. Dominik

The hotel is very cost-effective. The price of more than 300 yuan includes three meals, swimming pool and small water park. It is very friendly to friends who don't have a very high budget. But the price determines the quality. The facilities in the room are relatively old. Everyone should have psychological expectations and look at it objectively. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very nice, recommended

swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

Just to be clear this holiday was booked for me by someone else I hadn’t seen the pictures only that I was told it was a 4* hotel in Sharm el Sheikh SOUNDS GOOD RIGHT 😂😂😂 LITTLE DID I KNOW. I was FUMING at the time but I can have a laugh about this now as: 1. It didn’t spoil my family’s whole holiday (just 1 day) as it was booked from inside Egypt 2. We went to a FANTASTIC hotel 24hrs later (15 minutes away in Shark Bay) My children are still revelling about it. Just annoyed ‘The Tivoli Mistake’ costed us a whole day. I don’t know where to start. Let’s start right at the beginning, it was through the coach window I first laid eyes on Tivoli and my heart sank. The place looks so run down I knew it was only going to get worse the closer I got. I just wanted the coach to take me away as I was taking my luggage off the coach I felt like I was being sentenced to prison. The girls they’ve hired to take pictures at the front of the hotel is definitely an attempt to distract from what lies ahead. (You have to check the pics of the girls advertising ‘themselves’ 😂). As trustworthy as my gut has been the dreadful feeling grew when I walked in the run down reception that felt more like an old people’s home than a vibrate hotel in Sharm el Sheikh. It was just BAD what made things worse was our rooms weren’t ready. We arrived on time (off peak- hotel was empty) and the rooms weren’t ready? They said we needed to wait 5 hours with very young children which were knackered from travelling. I was fuming at the person who booked it but they assumed it was 4* 😂 I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE IT 1 STAR I called up the booking company we used (internally in Egypt) and asked them to change the hotel but they said they had already paid for that day. So the plan was to stay for one day and change hotel 24hrs later THE WORST 24HRS OF MY LIFE… I DIDNT CARE HOW MUCH EXTRA IT WOULD COST I NEEDED TO GET OUT (I hadn’t even seen past the reception and this is how I felt) imagine when I saw the room and the food 🤢🤮 We booked it as ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ but it’s not, you have to pay for many things and the things that are inclusive I wouldn’t feed to an animal. The room was full of old furniture and the bed was rock hard. The toilet was leaning to one side. The cleaning staff were polite and almost embarrassed that’s where they work but they need to make a living. The restaurant staff, chefs, servers were apologetic and tried to help but they were a good few of them that were REALLY rude and ended up swearing at one of my family members and needed to be held back by other staff because they were offended we didn’t like the food??? That’s how they treat paying guests. We ended up eating feta cheese with hard stale bread (on chipped plates) until we were able to escape the very next morning. I was lucky in a way that the holiday was booked in Egypt but if I had been booked outside of Egypt then the holiday would’ve been paid for and I would’ve had to stay there until my sentence was up. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. All staff want the please very willing to assist and want guests to be happy. Hot Food could be hotter, and quite repetitive. no choice of cereals for breakfast, geared for the Egyptian taste. Staff taking food from the breakfast buffet in front of guests, (using their hands) not using utensils provided. Even cleaning staff, to Supervisor levels including some chefs. Was a theme hotel previously so still remnants of that, but have been told the new administration will be changing many things and updating the hotel. It is a lovely sized hotel just far enough out of Naaama Bay that it is quiet, but close enough to walk within 30 minutes. The position is under the inbound flight path, which on certain days can be a little loud. The staff make the hotel, nearly all of them always smiling and likes to see you.

The room is clean and quite large. From the balcony door, you can go uphill to the swimming pool No. 5. The main restaurant is in the beach wing. It takes about seven or eight minutes to walk there. You can also call for a shuttle bus to pick you up.

A very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !
