it was a last minute booking and it was so rewarding to end our trip here coz the hotel boosts mountain themed atmosphere and rooms. we also had the opportunity to early check in so we were thankful for that. Room was nicely decorated and clean as well.

Bathroom is extremely important to me, so I’m glad that it is well maintained. It’s small for me (170cm) but I had no problems doing my business. I stayed on the 6th floor and there’s a 4 man sized elevator. The area is convenient, theres restaurants along the streets and around the block. There’s also a convenience shop that’s open till 1am right beside this hotel. There’s no aircon but they provide a huge Asian floor fan ❤️.

We showed up a bit early but the person at reception invited us to wait in the lobby and enjoy the free WiFi and coffee while they made up our room. The location was just outside the main train station so getting anywhere in the city was a breeze because there are Trams, S-baun and U-baun all in one location.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Munich, and I was thoroughly impressed! The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast—delicious, affordable, and offering a great variety. From freshly baked bread and pastries to tasty local dishes, everything was perfectly prepared. The coffee was excellent, and the overall atmosphere in the breakfast area was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Munich that doesn’t compromise on quality, especially when it comes to breakfast, this is the place for you! I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Not much to expect out of this hotel except for the location. The Italian lady who checked us in was very nice. Can’t say the same for the Turkish guy who refused to let us have the vacant room because it was before 3 pm.

Hotel was nice and modern. Room was on the smaller side, and a shame the smart TV wasn’t actually a smart TV and they only had German channels. Hotel air con wasn’t the best but kept the room somewhat cool. Shower has no conditioner but has shampoo and shower gel.

Location is very close to Munich Hbf,just across the road. Shared kitchen was well equipped. Our room has ensuite toilet.. But was quite small. You will need to put on the bed sheet, pillow case, etc your side, and at the end of trip, u will need to bring everything down to the laundry cart. They have happy hour at the bar.. Music play thru out the night till 2plus am. Extended check out time after 10am will be extra euro per pax which I think is very reasonable. Cleaner came into room at around 10am, everyday. There was once we will still in our room, we got a shock, as she did not knock the door, just open with her access card. Only then we realised she came everyday. Overall quite nice. If u are looking for budget accommodation, can consider. Btw, we are a group of 4 gers,having the room to ourself, so no experience about mixed sharing dorm.

Love the building, design and the location (the physical / hard part). The soft part (people), more efforts required. They misplaced 1 of my luggage and I need to beg them to find it (as if I was lying that I have 3 begs). They pushed me around, asked me to go and ask ”that guy at the door” and asked me to go to the luggage storage room even after I clearly described my beg (not with a typical colour). And apparently, the beg was at the reception behind the counter. Wasting 1 to 2 hours.

The hotel is at the opposite of the main train HBF but depends with entrance you come out. We blessed that the breakfast provides Prosecco on Sat & Sun free flow from 6-11am. And of course wide spread of breakfast, mainly bread. We enjoyed our stay

I seldom give bad reviews to the service staff because no matter in which country the service staff is hard and will face a lot of unfriendly guests. But this time in Westin made me feel very bad. Total three days of breakfast, first day because I went with my dad and I could see well with my baby. The second day dad was too tired to join us. I was the only one to babysit a one year old baby. While I was ordering tea with the waitress, she accidentally knocked over the milk and spilled it all over the table. But the first thing I did was apologize to a lady server and assisted her in cleaning it up. Of course it was not clean as new. When we went back on the third day, an older male waiter came over to chastise us before we even sat down, presumably meaning that he had soiled the dining chairs yesterday and told us to sit in the baby chairs. I stated that there was no problem and apologized again. Surprisingly he shrugged it off and left without bringing me the baby chair and without serving me tea. You can imagine how embarrassed I was. The person who came to enjoy the service was scolded. That wasn't enough. This time I was with my dad and the baby wasn't creating extra trash and I could make sure the table was clean. The way normal polite people would bring it. The man ended up coming back to chant as we were leaving and kept saying we created trash.????? You didn't have a single crumb from your meal? If you don't want to serve customers, you have the option of changing jobs. Several other lady waiters were very friendly. What was a very good impression of the hotel was ruined by this one person. We will be going to Munich often but are not going to choose this hotel again. No one wants to be stared at by a mean person while eating breakfast.

Munich Magnificent left people speechless. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days on Ctrip for 9.3-9.5. The order clearly included breakfast. When I checked in, there was a girl with dark skin who looked like an Indian at the front desk. She told me that breakfast was not included. I showed my Ctrip order, so she called and asked me to send her the Ctrip confirmation email. After some operations, she told me I can do it. The whole process takes a long time. When I checked out on the 5th, it was the same girl who showed me the breakfast bill in Figure 1, totaling 558 euros. I said that the order included breakfast, so she said that there was a mistake in the breakfast fee for September 5th and she would not charge it. However, the printing time of the breakfast order for the 4th is 11:01, and including lunch, the charge is 332 euros. We pointed out that our order time in the morning was 9:40. Even if breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, using this as an excuse to charge me a lunch fee does not comply with the standards of most hotels. We insisted on asking her to communicate with the hall manager. She said it would take 20 minutes for the hall manager to come over, so we insisted on waiting. At this time, a German girl next to the girl, who was also the front desk, said to her: Cancel this order. German girls speak German. My friend has lived in Germany for 30 years and understands her well. Then the order was cancelled. The whole incident is very illogical. The waiters in the hotel are all young and courteous with a bright appearance. The corridors of the hotel are in a dark curtain style. The rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms are very well-designed. The breakfast is the best I have ever eaten. Standard, the only complaint is that it is a little far from the station, and the lights in the room will automatically turn off after a period of time due to power saving, which is very annoying

The location is really convenient. You can take S8 from the airport to City Hall Square and it's only a two-minute walk away. The room design is really homely. However, the shower water temperature was unstable and the water pressure was not good. After a few hours, they gave us another room to shower. An engineer came to repair it the next day. The service in the restaurant is very good, and I also met a young lady who immigrated to Munich from Shanghai. If there were no cold front desk service and water pressure problems, it would really be a good hotel

Excellent service from concierge and reception despite Corona measures! Got an upgrade to a larger room. Unfortunately the hotel bar is still closed, but overall I was very happy with my stay.

I booked a hotel for my colleague at the company. There was an exhibition in Dongbudong, Germany. We needed to book in advance, otherwise the price would skyrocket.

Location is opposite the central train station and next to city centre. Hotel has an old vintage flair, if that's your thing. The small room is pretty small but will work for short trips if you don't have a lot of luggage.

I loved age location of the hotel. It is near the Salzburg ZOB bus station and Salzburg main train station. It is also walking distance to lots of restaurants and the old town. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are polite and helpful.

This was the perfect place to stay! It is centrally located. The kids loved the bunkbeds. The entire hotel is clean and orderly including the rooms. It rained while we were there so the pool kept the kids happy. The breakfast had something for everyone (I am vegan). The service was 5 star as well. No complaints at all!

The hotel's room is so big and it has a swing and a resting area, sofa.... Cause we are going to the exhibitions, so it's pretty convenient to go to exhibition, but far away from downtown. If I want a different food option. I have to take a taxi to downtown.

It is located in the center of the old town, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, the town is paved with cobblestones, so moving a large carry-on was quite difficult. The hotel staff were very helpful and I was able to process the check-in smoothly. There were some minor issues, such as the door being hard to close, but the room seemed to have been renovated and was very clean. There was no air conditioning, and the balcony was connected to the next room, so security is important. We were given a room on the second floor (actually the third floor), and the view from the balcony was great. Having bread and coffee at the table outside was great. I didn't have breakfast this time, but I would definitely like to have it next time I visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Wifi was terrible. I checked in and the front desk gave me a room card after a long time. When I opened the door, a man in shorts appeared... I went down to the front desk again and they said that there was probably a problem with the system. Then both of them said sorry without any apology and upgraded my room. I was so tired that I didn't bother to argue with them. The upgraded rooms have the same facilities, but they are larger and have a bathtub in the bathroom.

Melter was the best place I stayed in throughout my Germany trip. It was in the centre of the old town, right above the Lorenzkirche U-bahn, 3-5 mins walk from the Hauptbahnof, and only steps away from everything you might need - bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and all the highlights. It's a 10-15 min slightly uphill but beautiful walk to the Castle. The property was extremely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and stylish. Was given an upgrade by Jacqueline (or Jackie) to a studio with a kitchenette overlooking a quaint street; good for cooking. Spacious room, comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom with nice soaps. Only complaint could be that some rooms (216-219) are not accessible by lift, and require a winding (confusing at first) walk through long corridors to reach, but it was OK for me. Laundry room also had detergent provided; gym was adequate. Did not have breakfast, but had lunch twice at Monki downstairs - impeccable ramen. Overall, this would be a great choice when in Nuremberg. Affordable, beautiful, comfortable, and convenient; and lovely staff - everyone of them took great care of me. Even granted late checkout. Will highly recommend this place.
