We booked a hotel over looking the city wall and we only paid $60 AUD but we got a beautiful room with breakfast included. I could not fault this hotel, the staff are so nice, they gave us welcome snacks and also gave us snacks to take with us after we checked out. There is a convenience store located downstairs and a metro station located nearby. We used didi pretty much all the time and was easy to locate this location when typing Chang an residence. Highly recommend this place!

A five star rating for a local three star hotel. Everything was good from the hotel location which is within 2 km from Bell and Drum Towers. Staff were friendly especially the kitchen's chefs who packed breakfasts for us on the day we went on an early excursion to the Terracotta Warrior sites. The hotel has good amenities: It is surrounded by food and convenience stores and even a supermarket. The washing machines and heaters are really helpful as my family were staying there for a week so clean laundry was definitely a plus The housecleaning service is also prompt and helpful whenever we have additional requests. The only negative is the wifi connection which went off intermittently. Oddly this issue only happened on our mobile phones while it worked ok for my laptop.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

Stayed here for our Xian trip. Hotel was modest but adequate. Staff did not speak english but we used the translator apps so that was not a major issue. Room was big and comfortable. Self-Service Laundry is available. Halal restaurants are available along the streets. Location is near to the Lumoushi Pedestrian shopping alley and about 15 mins walk to the Huimin Muslim Food Street. Very close to the metro station. A special mention to our housekeeper Ms Xiaoxiao at Level 8 for keeping good care of our room and the other staff for their warmth service.

There are multiple exits from Zhonglou station. I tried exit B，exit 9 and exit 1. All of them are similar walking distance towards the hotel. The hotel is located on the “ground” level, underground level are made up of souvenir/drinks/snacks stores which you can easily access via a short staircase. The hotel is in between a row of little local shops. The easiest way to navigate is download Baidu maps and enter 宜必思尚品酒店(西安钟鼓楼回民街店) 西安市莲湖区. A public square right under the hotel comes to life from morning to evening with people setting up little stalls with a mat/stools selling little souvenirs. There are also multiple message therapists providing their service for just 20yuan. Super convenient to reach the Drum tower just by 1mjns of walking, it is right there when you step out. Muslim quarter is 2mins away, while convenient avoid the main street like plaque. If you see roujiamo stalls with oddly long queue when everyone else is nonexistent, those are fake queuers engaged to fool tourists

The location is good and nearby to a lot of attraction, walkable, the service is also good where suitable for stay if you come to Xian. Near to a lot of eatery place and even arrived after mid night there are still stalls around to have quick bites.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel. They served delivious breakfast with a good variety. The location of the hotel was good, easy access to the Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower, shopping malls and train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and shops outside, both at the right and left of the hotel. There is one pastry shop at Lian Hu Lu selling freshly baked and delicious pastries. It is a must try. The staff of the shop were friendly too. The people we met in Xi'an were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed directions. We enjoyed our stay and had a good time in Xi'an.

Hotel looks very grand. Only problem i had was with room being too warm as no air-conditioning. Room had a window but it appears to be too small for any wind to be felt while inside the room. Fortunately I was there for 2 nights only and will be sure to keep a look out next time if no-airconditioning is offered again. Thank you for the service and hospitality.

I was going to give this hotel a very high rate cause the customer service I was in touch was very reliable, typed in English and helped me to get a shuttle bus. The problem was that the shuttle bus has no space for luggages. Which kind of defeats the purpose since this is a hotel that is used for airport transfers which means everyone is going to have lots of luggages. So there is no space to seat and is very dangerous as well to have all these bags in the middle of the way inside the shuttle bus. Either you have a bigger bus or two shuttle bus, but it is not safe the way they do it. Also we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast cause we had to take the shuttle bus at 5:30am.

We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights in Dec 2024 at CNY425 per room per night, inclusive of daily breakfast and high tea. Food: Simple breakfast and high tea, but good enough to warm our stomach to start our day. Coffee was better than expected (I thought it would be 3 in 1 type), the breakfast consist of fruits, salad, noodles, rice, porridge, bread, etc. Tea break has some simple snacks like portuguese egg tarts, mochi, mini cakes, cookies, fruits, chinese tea and coffee. Room: There were no connecting rooms, but we were allocated nearby rooms. We had clean white towel and sheets. The toilet and sink were clean, but if you're staying with friends it's a bit inconvenient due to lack of privacy. Although there are doors for the individual toilet and shower stalls, it would be better to have another door at the entrance to the changing area just before we enter the shower stall. This is a minor issue as we are more conservative. Tour bookings: The hotel has staff that assist with daily tour bookings, thus it was very convenient. We booked our day trip to the Terracotta Warrior and the coach came to pick us up at the hotel. I would suggest that you spend the extra CNY 298 per pax to watch the performance, it was worth it. Overall we had good night rest and enjoyed the stay. Thank you again to the hotel for exceeding our expectation.

Took a second to place the lobby (it’s really just elevators), as soon as I got up to Reception I was very impressed. It’s gorgeous, it smells nice, my room was beautiful with an even better view. The location was why I booked this hotel. A perfect spot within walking distance to many city sights. All the extra bundles were worth it, too, highly recommend the late night noodles. And the staff were very friendly: 小徐 (Xiao Xu) and 小胡 (Xiao Hu). My Chinese isn’t the best, but a translator app is all you need.

Huge 5 star hotel on the Main road, Main advantages are close metro and shopping mall. Otherwise hotel it self is rather old fashioned and little bit tired. Executive lounge doesnt pay off, food there is very avarage. Breakfast was good but very cold hall. Ability to speak english very limited:-).

The looks and feel of the hotel is nostalgic. A bit old in terms of the room that we stayed in. As Xi’an is known for its spicy food, it’s a reprieve to have some non-spicy options provided at breakfast. The spread for the buffet dinner is nice and filling. Overall it’s a great place to stay-in and relax.

I love this hotel, the staff were super nice they even gave me some souvenirs when I check out, help me load my very heavy luggage to the taxi, the house keeper also super nice I ask for some extra tea once but they gave multiple time and very considerate too, I take a tissue box from the bathroom since I didn't see any tissue on the working table and the next they they put another tissue on the working table for me😆 , the only downside that I feel is that they don't have food delivery robot that can deliver food right to your room, they have the ** food cabinet but unfortunately when I use they they didn't work for me since I don't have local phone number so I'm not able to retrieve my food, the front desk try to help me by calling the customer service but no luck. Other than the robot food thing oh and the metro also a bit far, this Hilton Hotel a pretty good place to stay

Highly recommend this hotel!!!!! All the facilities are new and the rooms are super clean and spacious. No doubt it was a five star stay. We only stayed for 1 night, but have decided that this hotel will be our go-to-hotel every time we come to Xi’an. My parents enjoyed their stay too. My hubby was very happy that the front desk staff were able to communicate in English. Also accepted the international payment. Oops, did not take any photos of the room.

My wife and I decided to visit Xi'an for her birthday from November 30th to December 4th, 2023, and we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an during that time. In short, it is an exceptional hotel, offering super delicious breakfast with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. For examples, the gentleman in the front door of the hotel always welcomed us with very beautiful smile, the lady who took care of our room every day, displaying meticulous attention to detail that never failed to surprise us. The employees at the Italian restaurant were exceptionally kind, going above and beyond to provide extraordinary care and respect. When they discovered it was my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a small cake, decorated our table with balloons, and even offered us complimentary cocktails. Furthermore, the staff in the Lounge went out of their way to help me arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. They decorated the table with great care and passion, and even presented her with a thoughtful gift and a postcard, sharing their kind wishes with us. I almost forgot to mention that they also surprised me by offering a birthday cake when I was in my room. So, we ended up with three birthday cakes in one night that gave us the opportunity to share our joy and share a slice of happiness with the incredible staff. These are just some examples of their great team of their staff. Without doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Xi'an.

We were upgraded to an even bigger room with a separate lounge area and a massive bathroom!The location is situated directly by 大唐不夜城!I will definitely come back and stay at Wyndham Grand again!

I stay at this hotel every year when I take my kids home to visit relatives. I have been staying here since before the epidemic, and it has been three years in a row. The reason for choosing this place is that the room is large and the sanitary facilities are good. It is next to Wanda Plaza and Chaoshi Lane. There is also a row of small shops on the opposite side of the street, which provides a one-stop service for eating, drinking and having fun. During the May Day holiday, the room type was upgraded for free. It has almost become my second home in Xianyang. There is also a minibar for free drinks. Bingfeng is so refreshing.

The hotel front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful. The guest rooms are in good condition. Many facilities in the room are automated and can be reached with one click. The hotel's services are quite satisfactory. There are many choices of hot springs, which are clean and hygienic. I especially praise the housekeeper Ma Qiaorong, who is attentive and thoughtful and answers all questions. I will choose here again if I have the chance in the future.

The room is relatively large, and Xiao Yang's service is also very good. If you need anything, it will be delivered to your door. It is very convenient to the subway and bus. The room you booked also comes with breakfast. Parking is convenient. It is a very satisfying stay. I am very satisfied! I’ll choose the Boyd Hotel next time I come!

The receptionists and hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We ran out of drinking water and they already send new bottles of water to our room. The hotel indoor swimming pool was really long. The hot spring room is not that large but adequate. There were not many people when we were using it . Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of juices and choices. However, the buffet dinner was nothing special.

I was attending an exhibition at Linkong Convention and Exhibition Center. It was convenient to take a taxi here and there was no traffic jam. The hotel is quite new and the room is clean. I don't know why there was noise from some electronic device in the middle of the night. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, and it is quite rich. There is no business around, so it is not suitable for tourism.

The hotel was super clean. OMG you would not believe how clean it was. The hotel staff was super nice and even though they were not able to speak in English, they still made sure that our stay was as comfortable as it can be. And the restaurant near by was so nice and so sweet. We had flight at 9 am so we had to leave early, and so they had a bus to the airport. And had the breakfast in to-go box so that we can enjoy it in the bus or at the airport. Overall, definitely recommend. It is a must stay hotel if you want to rest and enjoy your time.

Stayed here for one night and was very impressed for the price and the services that provided. Front desk staff are friendly and professional. The room size is just as the website indicated. The bed is hard but very comfortable. Pillows are soft and fluffy. Bath towels are liked new. The laundry room equipped with 4 sets of LG washers and dryers. Laundry detergent and fabrics softeners are also provided. Breakfast was exceptional; many choices to choose from. Location is remoted. This hotel is great for airport transfer. They offered airport pickup or drop off.

My husband and I, two elderlies, stayed for two nights in this hotel after we completed a 10-day tour with our friends in Xian and Xianyang, cos we had failed to book the direct flight back to Hong Kong on the day the tour ended. We chose this hotel simply because at time of booking we knew not if there was anymore place in Xian for us to go after our tour, hence we thought the hotel's free shuttle service to the airport would be beneficial to us, plus the hotel rate was attractive. In the end it is truly unexpected that with only around HKD830 we paid for two nights, we had come to a hotel with such good amenities and services provided ! The hotel is located in a newly developed district, about 10 mins drive from the airport. Its location is not attractive, but the small community nearby offers banking service, a small supermarket and sufficient choices of small eating venues. The hotel lobby is stylishly furnished, the hotel room is clean and newly furbished, and the bathroom amenities are excellent (with electronic bidet installed). The free buffet breakfast is good with choices of freshly prepared noodles as ordered. A cup of Americano can be picked up from the Reception free of charge at anytime of the day. In the evening the hotel also offers a simple light meal which can be brought up to the room for enjoyment. On our second day of stay, we chose to go to Dayan Pagoda which we hadn't been visited in our group tour. The staff was so very helpful as in providing us with all the directions in WeChat how we could travel by underground from airport to go there, and thereafter how we could contact them from airport for their pickup service on our return (on the condition that we had no local phone number and no wifi installed in our mobiles!). All in all we are truly grateful to all the staff, including the driver, who had helped us so much during our stay in this small lovely hotel. It is truly a good hotel in terms of its value!

The next day's itinerary was early, so we arrived at Xianyang Airport one day in advance. The convenient hotel was economical, the service was considerate, the hygiene was clean and tidy, and the room was not noisy, which provided convenience for travel. It is worth recommending!

I usually stay at Boshe Hotel when I go to Xianyang on business trips, mainly because of its good location, right next to the ancient covered bridge, where you can take a walk at night, and the service is quite friendly and attentive. As a result, I was really disappointed this time because there was a large-scale construction nearby, and the traffic was very congested. The construction was even started in the middle of the night, so I couldn't rest well the whole night. The sound of pounding the ground didn't stop until 6 o'clock in the morning, which seriously affected my spirit the next day. Then, before 8 o'clock, they said they would go out at 8:30. The valet parking didn't bring the car until 8:30 because of the construction nearby. If the hotel knew which side was under construction, they should have arranged rooms on the other side for customers. I probably won't stay here again in the short term, because the scope of the construction doesn't look like it can be completed in half a year or a year.

This may be the best hotel in Huayin City. The room is nice. The front desk lady has a sweet smile and a friendly attitude. She showed me the delicious and fun places in Huayin City. She also upgraded me to a superior king-size bed room for free. There is a guest room with a return tour route. There is a large supermarket downstairs. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Huayin City and is not far from anywhere. In addition to these, I need to thank the hotel a little bit! Because of my planning error, the time of going down the mountain from north to west was later than expected, and I might not catch up with the high-speed train returning at night. When I asked the hotel for help, the hotel responded positively and helped. The hotel arranged a driver to take my stored luggage to the tourist center, so that I could get off the bus and take a car directly to the high-speed rail station. The hotel is in a prime location, right at the foot of Mount Hua. You can see the scenery of Mount Hua from the room. The parking lot is spacious, suitable for novice parking and charging piles are available. It is within walking distance of the tourist center, which saves parking fees. You can also order a lot of takeout in the county, which is a good place for self-driving! The hotel public area is very large and there is a children's play area. The room is exquisitely decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, clean and tidy, and the details are superb. The bathroom is large and separated from wet and dry. After climbing the mountain, I also went to soak in the hot spring. The water temperature was just right and the water quality was clear and clean. Soaking in the hot spring, it was steaming hot, and the fatigue of climbing disappeared instantly. The overall check-in experience was very good, and the service was excellent. The hotel is very close to the highway exit. I stayed in Beijing for one night. The hotel should be a high-end hotel in Hancheng. There are ground and underground parking lots. The rooms are very large. The hotel is decorated in a dark luxury style. It is dark everywhere. The decoration is high-end. However, the shower water is hot and cold, and it is impossible to take a shower. I only stayed for one night and did not ask the waiter to check. The breakfast is Chinese style, very simple, and the coffee is instant.

Ctrip searched for five stars online and pushed this one for me. I actually asked the front desk to be a four-star standard. I left the store at 7 pm and wanted to make a half-day room. 出差第一次來渭南當地，在網上搜尋了一下看評價挺不錯，入住後確實感覺酒店整體管理還是很棒的。房間衞生特別乾淨，配套的設施很齊全，酒店一樓有平價餐廳很方便，居然還有免費的健身房，和免費的高鐵接站服務，確實驚艷。前台接待李華熱情的我都不好意思，虛寒問暖，熱茶水很暖心。

Weinan Jianguo Hotel is really nice. If I hadn't been away on business, I would have wanted to stay here for a few more days. The room is decorated in a grand style, with mahogany classical furniture, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and has a superior location. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and Wuyue Plaza, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. The service attitude is excellent, and welcome fruits are sent in the evening. The service can be said to be super good, whether it is the girls at the front desk, the brothers at the door, or even the sanitation cleaners, they are all equally good, very worthy of praise, and even more worthy of recommendation.

Brand new facility but the staff is not yet trained to welcome foreign guests. The registration to the police is their duty but they sent us the WeChat link to do it by ourselves. We had to insist so they do it. The swimming pool is great. 👍 Dining service can improve too (why spoiling the food by pouring the wasabi sauce in front of us without instead of leaving the sauce in the pot for us to add the suitable flavor). They are trying their best and we can feel their efforts but the result is yet to achieve. Better management should be provided to guide the team..

I don't know why the rating is only 4.5. If it were me, I would probably give it 4.9. I drove from Beijing to Xi'an and took a break. This hotel was a surprise (although the price was a little surprising). I brought small toys for my child when I checked in. The staff were very enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel facilities were also up to date. I was amazed at the vegetation coverage rate of the hotel park and even the entire Hancheng... The room had everything it should have, it was very thoughtful and comfortable, and it was very suitable for bringing children. The most important thing is that this is Hancheng, not a first- or second-tier city. It is OK to be able to achieve such a standard. At night, I went to the ancient city and the amusement park at the door to let the children relax, and came back to eat a bowl of noodles until late at night. What else can I ask for?

The only complaint is that the air conditioning heating effect is not good. It turns out that the filter is too dirty. I took it out and cleaned it myself. The heating effect immediately improved.
