Very good experience and comfortable stay👏,the counter service is very good. Not much noise for us, we are able to have good sleep, they help clean room daily if you hang the clean room card at door handle. We have many small request they have help us manage them, they make sure we have a good stay, glad that we have book this hotel first time travelling to Suzhou ❤️❤️! Will visit again!

Love the aesthetics of the hotel! Location was relatively convenient too but we took Didi everywhere. Many lovely photo spots and complimentary try on of the hanfu was a bonus! The staff were polite and helpful. Even helped us to reheat one of our packed food and taught us how ti use the washer/dryer. Room temperature was nice and comfortable too. Only two complains were that the bathtub was very badly maintained and we didn’t dare to use it as there were mould. And the most shocking thing was on the second last day, I decided to let my toddler juggle from the cup provided. The water turned really murky and disgusting. I thought it was the cup issue. Changed another cup and tried again and the water really turned colour into soapy water right after! See attached. Hotel, please look into the water quality… tried the water at other hotels but have never encountered this before..

Their service is 100%! We had an oversized luggage sent to the luggage and we were rushing to the station. The staff was so nice and patient to help to solve the issue, cause it was too huge that we couldn’t get to the airport. The restaurant they recommended was so good too, just around the hotel. We had most of the best meals from this trip in Suzhou ! Will definitely stay this hotel again when I visit Suzhou next time!

We had a great stay at this hotel. We love the convenient location next to the Railway and Metro station. We were being served by staff, 谢云, who was such a sweet and professional girl. We totally enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit again.

We were returning to Zhenjiang from our holiday in Harbin and Mohe. Our flight was late, but we had booked our room in advance using the Trip app. This was our third time staying at the Pullman Hotel. We were greeted politely and efficiently. We arrived at our room. The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, fluffy towels, sofa, desk, and even a nice selection of tea. We will definitely stay at Pullman again. Thank you

We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. Both accommodated us in a friendly manner and kindly arranged our rooms to our liking, patiently answered questions, and even went as far as to recommend places to eat after overhearing our discussion on lunch. The check-in process was speedy and efficient; we were soon showed to our rooms after only a few minutes of waiting. The rooms were cosy and homey, and the breakfast is decent taste wise with a wide and healthy selection of different cuisines. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with exceptional service. It featured a separate living room and bedroom, which allowed my son to have his own space to play while I could relax or work in peace. The bathtub overlooking the lake was a lovely touch and provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring. The view of the lake from the room was stunning and added a serene atmosphere to our stay. However, I did notice some stains on the floor, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and luxury feel of the room. While it didn’t ruin our stay, it was something that stood out and could be addressed to maintain the hotel’s high standards. The location of the hotel was a bit of a downside. While the lakeside setting was beautiful, there wasn’t much around in terms of dining or entertainment options. We had to travel a fair distance to find good restaurants, which was inconvenient, especially with a child. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered to both my son’s and my preferences. This was the first hotel in China that made a strong impression on the exceptionally great service back when I was living in China back in 2009. Everything is effortless yet well thought of. I stayed at the Jinling Hotel 15 years ago with my wife. 15 years on we came back with our young children and the service remains as exceptionally impeccable. You can tell right from the GM (Mark) through to the front desk (Leo Huo) the service comes from the heart. Thank you Leo for taking care of me and my family during our short stay in Nanjing. Keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

The beds are comfortable, and there is enough space for six of us in the two bedroom apartment with three beds. Location is good, quite a distance if you want to walk to the famous Shantang street, approx. 20 mins walk. There are a few nice cafes in the same building. It is right opposite Tianhong CC Mall. Within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. Breakfast was alright, you can find the usual items like porridge, soya bean, eggs, highly recommend the suzhou noodles from the noodle station. There is heating in the bathroom and bedrooms, which is essential for cold weather. I personally loved the washer and dryer plus the dry styling unit (used it to sanitise our winter jackets). There are also two bathrooms. Staff Wang Haoran was very helpful and made us feel welcomed.

The hotel is in an outstanding location around the lake. Also close by are some shopping malls. The metro is a foot walk away that you can go everywhere. The bar inside offers good cocktail for a reasonable price. The highlight is definitely the breakfast. Large buffet and everything is offered from western style and China style. Will go there again.

First and foremost, this one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited. Every corner is decorated exquisitely, every detail taken with the utmost care. The location is acceptable, with a shopping mall with some restaurants at a 12 minute walk, where you can also take the metro, which is the recommended way of transport given the traffic in the city. However, if you want to DIDI into places, it is a bit far from major shopping centers and tourist attractions (30-45 minutes depending on traffic). But if you don't mind the brief walk to the metro then this is the perfect choice of beauty, comfort, and service. The rooms are spotlessly clean, great views from the balcony, good breakfast, and excellent service form staff.

A beautiful hotel, modern and stylish with lovely gardens and surroundings, worthy of IG photos. The hotel gave me a free upgrade, an executive suite with a private garden!! I was so surprised with the garden, such a delightful space with seating. Bed was very comfortable, free mini bar on the first day, and a stylish bathroom with bath tub. Breakfast was sufficient. The front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful in booking my boat trip, also thanks to Peter who was very courteous. Location is excellent, metro is a few metres away, and there is a new shopping village with some lovely western restaurants plus lots of stylish bars. The gardens are also nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good food compared with its' price. Survice is fabulous. Waiters in restaurant can tidy up dishes been used at once and room service also respends fast. The only dilemma is that the bathtub has not been cleaned carefully. Totally, good.

Citidines Midtown is a reasonable budget hotel. There's a basic but functional service, I believe they do breakfast but I didn't eat there, theres a bunch of restaurants outside McDs next door and a couple of coffee shops. The hotel is part of a mall. My room was on the 25th floor, had a kitchen, TV, Bose sound system. All good, but the shower pressure was very weak and the whole place is dated and a bit worn out. For Business travelers on a budget, its fine and the location is good. If you like Chinese street food, there's a selection of vendors outside. The pool is swamped with kids during the holidays so don't bother with that. 6-7/10

The third stay for me in this hotel. I keep coming back because everything works very well here. The staff is friendly and professional. Location is great, there is a big shopping mall across the street and metro lines 3 and 1 are also nearby. I liked the large breakfast buffet, especially the noodle station. The room was maybe a bit old but large and quiet. Excellent price/quality.

We were very pleased with our 3 nights stay at the Shangri-la Nanjing. The service was excellent with turndown service every night and free fruits. It has a smart toilet that kept the seat warm - great for our winter experience - and an automated bidet with a click on the button. We had our breakfast buffet at the executive lounge which also offered high tea and evening cocktail. The pastries such as the plain and the Danish croissants were very well-made. Strongly recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing time in Nanjing. If you’re looking for a place close to the riverside , beautiful scenery, some peace and quiet environment. Best believe this is the hotel for you. The hotel price very affordable, there is room service with a given menu until 10:30 pm. So convenient for late arrivals. We had the balcony riverside view, what a view it was….

This hotel’s location is really good. It is located right next to a major shopping mall with lots of good restaurants and stores. It’s located within walking distance from Xuanwu Gate 玄武门 and Xuanwu Lake 玄武湖. It’s right next to a subway that provides easy access to other parts of Nanjing like the Nanjing Museum 南京博物院 or the Confucian Temple area 夫子庙. The rooms were clean and everything in it felt high quality. The view of Nanjing from my room was beautiful. Although the hotel staff are very friendly, I marked the service and amenities as 4/5 for a few reasons. First, laundry is relatively expensive whereas at Atour 亚朵 it’s free. If i remember correctly, they wanted me to pay 35 or so rmb per article of clothing. Secondly, the hotel allows delivery of takeout but they do not send it to your room like they do at Atour 亚朵. You have to go to the lobby and pick it up yourself. These are the only two things that stop me from giving all 5/5s. Other than that, I loved this hotel especially for its location and comfortable rooms. If you dont care about doing laundry or having takeout ordered directly to your room, then those two criticisms are relatively minor things. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel regardless.

The hotel is a bit old. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to something not working in the room. Room temperature is set by the hotel so it can get hot. Fridge didn’t work. They won’t deliver your food to your room. This means you need to go downstairs to pick up your our food. Bad way to provide a service at a five star hotel.

It is wonderful hotel with friendly receptionist and nice deco room. The breakfast and executive lounge foods very delicious. The location is in the centrum and near metro station. The room is quite big and with beautiful view. The indoor swim pool is big and clean. Everything's I met is good memory for me. I am sure I will come back when I visit Nanjing again.

I found that Nanjing also has this Huamao Ascott Apartment, which is the same as the one in Guangzhou. Geographical location: It is right next to the Xinmofanmalu Station on Line 1. There is a special passage to the B1 floor below the apartment without exiting the subway station. The apartment is very close to Xuanwu Lake and Nanjing Railway Station. There are also many places to eat around, which is very convenient. The interior is very clean and hygienic. I hope the apartment management and service staff will continue to maintain it. I think it should be a super six-star hygienic level. The bed, mattress and quilt are very comfortable and worth recommending. In addition, I feel that the water in the room is very small, especially the shower water is small, and the shower is uncomfortable. It is beyond my expectation. I hope I can get a room with normal water supply next time. The indoor electrical appliances are very complete, including refrigerators, washing machines, and electronic stoves. I especially praise the receptionist at the front desk for being very enthusiastic, which really reflects the level of Ascott

Overall it's a wonderful experience staying at Central Hotel. I would like to call out the following amazing staffs: 前台 佳佳 小董 陈鹏 孙晨曦 陈鹏 very patiently and kindly helped to register for 南京博物馆 using her own mobile number. I am very grateful for such action. 佳佳 is very polite performing room check-in for me. 春梅 - 客房经理 王主管 - 客服主管 Housekeeping team is amazing. 王主管 responded to us very fast, when we provided feedback that the internet is very bad. 春梅 bothered to review the feedback that I have provided that the room is very stuffy. She contacted me the following day, and suggested to change to another room. I am greatly impressed by the teams involved. They really look at all feedback and comments.

The hotel is rated as a five-star hotel, but the interior is very old-fashioned and mediocre. The TV is equipment from 15 years ago, and the foreign signal cuts out every five minutes. Although we brought children and the hotel description mentioned child-related amenities, there were no children's bathrobes or slippers. After calling, we were given adult versions instead. The mattress was okay, but the water flow in the bathroom was almost non-existent, and the ceiling shower was basically unusable. When checking in, they directly informed us that there would be no hot water starting from 8 AM the next day, with no apologies, just saying that if you need hot water, don't use it after 8 AM the next day. This is the quality of their five-star rating.

My third stay in this hotel. Overall it's a good choice though hotel is not new and rooms could be renovated actually. Beautiful location with park on hotel's territory and scenic view on a lake. Breakfasts always tasty and various. Staff service very good.

The service is good. I made a note of the early morning arrival and flight number. I had never planned to make an appointment for pick-up because I arrived at 01:00. Thinking about it, many hotels are not within service hours! As a result, the hotel front desk took the initiative to call shortly after getting off the plane and immediately arranged a pick-up. In addition to upgrading the room, the entire hotel is so clean and the room facilities are so complete! !

This is the 4th time we stay in this hotel, will choose to stay there again when we need to visit Wuxi again. Needless to say to say, it’s located just right at the high speed rail and metro, and many food options in the station. The new and big shopping mall right beside should be ready by now, but we did not go to the mall, so we are not exactly sure. Our colleague said that there’s also a f&b street with drinking pubs just 5 minutes walk away. But do ask for directions if you are interested. This time, the hotel was really nice to upgrade us to the suite rooms, despite us only booking the standard rooms. The room has very big and nice bathroom, wardrobe, with separate bedroom and living room space. Definitely highly recommended.

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

I had a great stay here. Very nice hotel. Easy to find. Great breakfast. Great service. Excellent room. I Loved the room and the bathtub especially. The tv had a great mix of foreign and Chinese shows. The shower was amazing as well. Tons of good places nearby to order from as well. Stellar for the money.

A true smoke-free service apartment. Service of staff is good. Reception went the extra mile in assisting to help book a cab when didi rejected our booking. Not fascinated by the breakfast, though it does get you fill-up. Liked the fermented beancurd with porridge. My kid likes the playroom located next to the breakfast area. He had a short session daily there after we had our breakfast.

Hotel is 10 minutes taxi ride from Wuxi station. 100 metres from Center 66 luxury mall with many eateries nearby.

Very beautiful and big room. Breakfast spread is wonderful too. The service staff 小张 and 小李 at the reception counter are marvelous with superb service.

I don't know why, but the room was upgraded as it's different from what i was shown. It's spacious, cosy and the bird eye view was spectacular. The room has a huge TV soft and comfy queen bed, jacuzzi, separate toilet and bathroom. What was even cooler was the robot that delivered our water when we requested for extra bottles. Breakfast was continental and yummy! I really would love to relive the experience in the nearest future.
