The staff is very friendly. I forgot a few things after checking out and they were so helpful and helped me send the things to Beijing. The location is perfect. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walking from the nearest metro station. Some famous Suzhou gardens and the Pingjiang trip are within walking distance. The room I stayed in was small but very neatly and well organized. The hotel style is very cozy. If you stay here, please do try the hotel's bakery and cafe located on the ground floor. I really love their coffee. I'll definitely stay here if I come to Suzhou again in the future.

We stayed for 4 nights and its one of the best hotel we stayed! The service from the front desk by Yu Xing was very good. He was very polite and friendly. He was also very prompt with our request to make a room change (to one with a better view) and gave us a few options. Liu Xiao Qing from room services was also very kind and helpful - she helped us booked food delivery because we were unable to do so (no china number). Huang ahyi/ Huang auntie also helped to clean the room and provided washing detergent and washing bag such that we can wash our clothes and hang in the toilet! The room was also super clean and she is super friendly. Will totally recommend this hotel if you ever visit Suzhou. There is also free panmen access for hotel guests and I think its super worth. Panmen was beautiful!

Andu Hotel is very clean, New and contemporary designed. We have 3 adults and booked the correct size of accomondation type with 2 rooms inside. We are very satisfied with its design as it is so privacy. Me and my husband staying in 1 room and next room is my sons'. We 3 share same toilet, wardrobe and pantry . Cons is the toilet is bit see through though is frosted. No lift to 3rd floor where our room is. So we have to carry all my luggage from reception 2nd to 3rd using staircases. Those who travelling with elderly or little baby might need to request for other floors may be 4th floor which got lift. Surrounded by eateries and shops. I will come back to stay Andu Hotel again. Last not least , friendly front desk staffs and free usage of washing machines and dryer before 12pm which I don't think tourists will have time for it.

Warm service, good location, quality toiletries and amenities, bright and comfortable room. I would give it a 6 star. Things to highlight: •Dyson hair dryer •Nespresso machine •Soft drinks and biscuits that were replenished everyday • Quality bathrobe, bedroom slippers • bedsheets feels like a 900TC quality • AI butler in the room • Vanity dresser with mirror • Massage shower head with good water pressure • Warm bidet toilet that was much appreciated during our stay in winter • Complimentary fruits, dessert and porridge at the lobby every night • 5 mins walk to Nanjing South Station, both train and metro station are located at the same station. • Lots of food options surround the hotel. I highly recommend UrCove by Hyatt.

The hotel is situated very near the Chayuanchang Metro and the walking street. It's not far to the places of interest by train or bus. There are lots of shops and eateries around the hotel. The room was large and comfortable, except the room window cannot be opened out for fresh air. There was a small fan in the room to circulate the air. Breakfast spread was good and some of the dishes on the menu changes every day.

The manager Peter ‘s hospitality was excellent n so was his team of colleagues . They were helpful in assisting us with the using of Nanjing public transport n he even went out of his way to help us to register our flight matters as we were unable to access our Google n WhatsApp . The lady cleaner was good n neat in her cleaning of our hotel room. The female staff who did the early morning shift was very helpful in teaching our to use the China baidu . The location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the Shanghailu station which can connect you to almost all the metro lines to all the famous tourist attractions . We had a good stay in this hotel .

Got a room on the 14 level. Nice big window with good view. Really enjoy the stay at the hotel.

The hotel has 2 towers, a newer one and older one. Make sure to book the newer tower as the rooms are new and bigger. Jim Xu at the front desk was a great help at the check-in. He made sure small details are considered. Sally Xu & her team also ensured the check-out was smooth & fast.

Location is great and within walking distance to Ping Jiang Street and Shuang Ta food building. It's easy to get transportation via didi app to travel to various unesco sites such as Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou museum, Master of the Nets etc. Accommodation is great. Staff asked if we prefer the room facing the bustling street or the residential area which was serene with birds chirping in the mornings. Hotel breakfast was sufficient and mainly local fare. No laundry service but hotel has a laundry room which is great! Service staff team are attentive; the chambermaid, laundry room lady and reception were very polite and service oriented. I'll return to this hotel again!

the hotel is very near to T2. It only took me around 5 mins walk from T2 arrival door 2 to reach the hotel. The room is decent and clean, well equipped with amenities like slipper ,tooth brush, razor, etc. The breakfast was great, with tasty made-to -order beef noodle soup. The staff are politely and friendly to.. One minor area for improvement is the front desk staff is not very familiar with various visa-free requirements for different countries. As recently china has initiated several visa free agreements with Southeast Asia countries like thailand , malaysia and singapore, it would be great if the front desk staff gets familiarized with those visa-free knowledge, instead of asking for visa blindly. overal i give 97/100 for my stay here. well done.

Facilities: Very classical, full of Jiangnan garden atmosphere Hygiene: I didn’t find any hygiene dead spots. The hotel is not new, but it is very clean. Environment: Those who like garden atmosphere will like it very much. The swimming pool is also divided into indoor and outdoor areas. It is very big and very good. Service: The lady at the front desk is very kind and polite. She was the only one doing the processing and she was very comfortable👍 The hotel also includes tickets for Panmen Scenic Area. You can enter the scenic area directly from the hotel with your room card. It’s really great. Panmen is also super fun.

Very good Hotel and excellent location and great service staff. Special mention to Cici and Chloe who are very very helpful. Room does need an upgrade as some of the things are too old. Hotel is close to 20 years old and will undergo renovation but does not affect the staying experience. Will return to stay at hotel next time in October

Hotel is perfectly localed beside big shopping mall and the lake. Staff very friendly, even got a room upgrade for free. Breakfast is huge and very good quality. Anyway, the windows are locked and can’t open. AC didn’t work properly, only turns on at the highest wind level which is too noisy to have a good sleep.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

Check-in was efficient. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Moreover, we had a good selection of English language television channels to watch. Access to public transport is easy, as the subway station is very close, and there are share bicycles in the vicinity. My only complaint about the hotel was the duvet. Despite the air conditioning, it felt too hot with the duvet on. Staff should have put on summer duvets. Over all, however, we had a very good experience and recommend the Hilton.

It was my first time staying in this kind of apartment-style hotel. The overall feeling was like being at home. I was upgraded to a suite for free. I felt that I would be sorry for the facilities here if I didn't cook a meal. The main feature is that you can take your kids out without going out. The swimming pool, children's playground, and cinema are all open to the kids for a long time. I didn't check in at any scenic spots because the weather was too hot, but there are still many scenic spots around. I went to a shopping mall opposite to have a meal. The hotel also has some activities from time to time, but there are too many things to play, and I didn't have time to participate, so I just ordered a bag of fish food and fed the fish in the Zizhi Garden for a while. The hotel's waiters are very kind and polite, all young ladies and brothers. The kids said they would give a five-star rating 😺😺😺The only drawback may be that the breakfast is not very satisfactory. It may be the owner's canteen, and it is impossible to meet the standards of a star hotel.

We stayed at Citadines Suzhou Jinji Lake for two nights. There is a shopping mall right below the hotel, with lots of restaurants to choose from. The room comes with a washer/dryer which is very handy. However the nearest metro station (Dong Huang Road) is around 800m, which is quite a distance to walk. The room size is very big which has a living area and a separate bedroom. The breakfast menu is limited but the dishes are delicious. We chose a room not facing the overhead highway, avoiding the noise from the high traffic.

I chose to stay at Artyzen Suzhou this time because I had a good impression of Artyzen Macau, and I saw that the hotel just opened in 2023, so I wanted to experience it. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic on the day I checked in, and she even upgraded me to a suite. I quickly entered the room by swiping my card. The room is large and has a strong sense of design. The overall decoration style is simple and practical. Some details are very pleasant, such as the plush slippers provided, which are perfect for this season. However, maybe because of the large number of guests during the holidays, I felt that the entire room was not very clean. From the desktop to the floor, from the bathroom floor tiles to the floor drain in the shower area, it was not the hygienic environment that a hotel of this level should have. After looking at it a little bit, The comments resonated with me, and I hope Suzhou Artchen can improve its hardware and software services so that it can truly stay and stay new.

Exceptional service. Conveniently located. Loved that they offered loccitane products. Also did a tour of the hotel given it’s a historical site. Our guide Ms.Guo did a great job.

Extremely pricey but great location. It's probably the most iconic building in Nanjing after all. One very unacceptable thing for me is that the bathtub was just broken. If you wanted to enjoy sitting down in a tub of water and relaxing for a while, too bad.

I decided to change my stay to Nanjing Xuanwu Hotel, which is accessible by subway. It was a wise and lucky choice. After calling the receptionist Xiao Zhu for the first time and listening to our needs, we reserved a free upgraded lake view room. When we arrived, we found that the bed type was not suitable and asked for extra money to change rooms. Manager Xue at the front desk applied for an executive room on the 17th floor for us, and it was actually a free room upgrade. The room is very clean, worthy of the old five-star rating. When checking out, I gave my child a Ctrip Travel amenity bag. I accidentally discovered that this store also has a special check-in channel for Ctrip members, and the points can be discounted for 197 yuan on the room rate. There is a large shopping mall similar to Vientiane City next to it, and there are many convenient dining options. If there is no fruit, you can choose it from the box for delivery, and there is a takeaway rack for collection. We had breakfast in the hotel's revolving restaurant, overlooking the hazy Xuanwu Lake in the distance. It was said that on a nice day we could watch the sunrise. After dinner, I took the subway to Line 2 and went to the Memorial Hall of the Victims of the Nanjing Massacre by the Japanese Invaders. In the afternoon I took a taxi to the Yangtze River Bridge.

Always a good stay. Only one concern is the odour in the room what i assume is the sanitary system. I think the building is quite old and depreciation has taken its toll on infrastructure. Aside from this the lounge is great and the guest services manager is always obliging and very courteous every time I visit. Breakfast was noticeably better this time too. More condiments and food quality seemed fresher too.Many thanks.

Awesome location and extraordinary services!! Especially when we need to change the room from our first booking to second booking (with different family members so we have 3 different bookings), REN JUN DANIEL provided extraordinary services!! This hotel is the first Hilton (changed to Grand Metro now) in Nanjing, 10 minute from Zhong Shan Landmarks, close to every where. Although not brand new, but the services and location make up every thing. Buffet breakfast has all kinds of different style gourmet, and changing every day. Beautiful view from the window!

Amazing hotel experience. I was staying there with my girlfriend for couple days. The hotel is in a very nice area and the room was clean and modern. My girlfriend had her birthday during these day therefore the hotel made us beautiful birthday cake for free! For this reason thank you to the manager Na Pan!

Good location to visit main landmarks in Nanjing. The hotel staff was very friendly. We arrived a bit early and they had no issue giving us the room. Even got an upgrade. The room was clean and quiet. Would recommend for stays if visiting Nanjing.

Surrounding of the hotel is very nice. Location is highly less busy area so you can walk peacefully. Difficulty to get to the metro by foot. Nearest is around 2km away. Hotel staff is excellent and supportive. Breakfast is good and had many choices. Overall peaceful and good stay.

The Octonauts themed room was perfect for my 5 year old, who loves the show! It put him and us in a great mood. The hotel is also so close to the historical street and you don’t even need to cross any streets to get there so it’s very child friendly. Would highly recommend it to families.

Great location and super cheap rate! It is close to metro entrance and a very large mall with many great eateries.. My room was large and clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was included with the room rate and was decent. There was enough varieties for both Chinese and western guests. Overall, I was happy with the stay.

The hotel has a perfect environment and is very suitable for staying in this weather. The transportation is convenient and it takes 20 minutes to get to the station. The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and it combines Chinese and Western styles. I will stay here again next time!

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

I stay at 50th floor, nice view. No building have taller than you. The staff here also do their jobs, which is very good. Shopping around for sight seeing and hang-out after work. Close to the main railway station. Good.

Room was better than what I had expected. Stayed on the 42nd floor with astonishing view of the vibrant city. Location is good, breakfast could be better. I would definitely love to come back again for future trip to Wuxi.

We were upgraded to a lake view twin room with a wide view and a great view of Liyuan. The Ferris wheel at Lakeside Park🎡. The housekeeper Xiaolu provided great service and pushed the surrounding tour information as soon as possible. In the afternoon, we followed the instructions to check in at Taihu Star Park and Liyuan near the hotel. The hotel environment is very good, and there was a wedding on the lawn in the afternoon. The Chinese restaurant tastes good too. The breakfast buffet is also good, with a full range of varieties and Wuxi specialty breakfast. In short, I will stay here again next time.

The hotel has a good environment inside and outside. The rooms are large and clean. There are seasonal fruits for free. It is also very close to the airport. The free pick-up service is very convenient~ It is high-end and classy. The price is very affordable. The services in the hotel are all Very good. The breakfast in the morning was very rich. Even if you arrived very late in the evening, you could order food in the restaurant. The taste was also very good. The lady at the front desk in the evening (forgot her name) and the girl Wu Tianyu the next day were very good at service. The attitude is great~ It’s the best choice to stay here when you come to Wuxi~

Hotel is new and clean, with sofa bed, desk and chair but lacking intelligent control， smart TV or smart toilet. It is conveniently located above hi speed train and subway station, traffic is heavy in front of the hotel do allow extra time if travel by car. Staffs are polite, breakfast offers sufficient choices with some local delight. The only downside is I did not sleep well, room temperature is too high, the hotel provided an electric fan in room but it’s not helping with the temperature.

The kids room and the bed was super cool. Other then that the service was very friendly and we can highly recommend the Hotel. On arrival we got some fresh fruits, the furniture was great, breakfast had everything and all was fresh. They allowed us to have a late check-out without being charged. All in all great experience for a family
