This hotel in Huaguoyuan is absolutely amazing! The design features a lovely natural wood style, beautifully incorporating elements from Guizhou's local Miao and Dong ethnic cultures. I especially loved the butterfly motifs; the staff told me they symbolize blessings. They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out, which just reinforced how happy I was with my choice. Originally, I booked a different room type, but after an upgrade, I stayed in the 'Shan Muyun' room, which offers breathtaking high-altitude views of the Twin Towers and the 'White House' at night. The view was absolutely spectacular! I honestly felt like I wanted to stay even longer. I highly recommend it!

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The transportation couldn't be more convenient, with the subway and bus stops right downstairs. It makes getting around, whether for sightseeing or business, completely hassle-free. The lobby is clean and grand, and the living environment is very comfortable. The breakfast was the biggest surprise—not only were the flavors unique, but they also extended the dining hours until 1 PM, which is incredibly flexible and a huge plus for travelers with a more relaxed schedule. The shower pressure in the room is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower, and the hairdryer is good quality and doesn't damage your hair. Overall, it's great value for money.

Located within the ancient city scenic area, right by the Jinjiang River, this hotel boasts a lovely environment – peaceful yet close to all the action. It's a charming, antique-style Chinese traditional dwelling. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with modern facilities. The breakfast was also excellent. I was very satisfied with this hotel; the service was great too. The front desk manager even upgraded my room for free upon check-in. There's also a large underground parking garage, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's lovely to take a stroll along the pedestrian street in the evening and enjoy the night views.

The hotel's location is great, with everything conveniently nearby. I had originally booked another hotel, but was shocked when I arrived. So, I quickly switched to the Pullman, which wasn't much different in price, but the experience was miles apart – the Pullman was so much better! While the facilities might be a bit older, they are very clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied. You can really feel the quality service just from the professionalism of the lobby staff. I want to praise a small detail: in the breakfast restaurant, there are little signs indicating whether a table is free or occupied, and there are lots of small animals around the restaurant area. Here's a small suggestion for improvement: if a honeymoon suite is being used for a wedding, it might be better to locate it away from the general tourist areas to avoid disturbing other guests.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Exit H of Fountains Station, which is directly accessible by subway from both the high-speed rail station and the airport. The front desk staff are professional and attentive, and there are refreshments available in the lobby. Luggage storage is also provided. Breakfast offers a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the service is always delivered with a smile ☺️. They even offer a takeaway service if you're heading out early. The newly renovated rooms are clean and comfortable, well soundproofed, and feature smart controls and USB charging ports for your phone. The bathroom amenities are also excellent. There are washing machines and dryers available next to the restaurant, which was very convenient as we stayed for 6 days. If you don't want to venture far, there are plenty of restaurants right next to the hotel. For a taste of local cuisine, Minsheng Street is within walking distance.

All the amenities nearby are great for both sightseeing and business. What's more, before we even checked in, Janice from Guest Relations added us on WeChat and sent us a handy guide to all the local facilities. Every single staff member was polite and genuinely friendly. Cat also provided outstanding service. We felt so comfortable and at ease during our stay. I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Guiyang.

I found out they had just been listed on Trip.com. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures – my photography skills don't do the room's beauty justice! From the moment I booked, someone thoughtfully asked about our high-speed train tickets to arrange a pick-up. At the station, the young man eagerly helped us with our heavy luggage. Everything felt so warm and welcoming. I'm willing to spend time writing an honest review so more tourists can see this amazing hotel and help those who are undecided. Haha! I love staying in new hotels, and the overall experience truly makes it the top choice for a trip to Libo. We stayed in a room type that's unique to the entire hotel. Compared to other hotels near or within the scenic area, the price is genuinely not expensive at all, considering the room is large, new, and you can see the distant mountains from your bed, watching the clouds change. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk to the East Gate of the scenic area, and you can even see the scenic area's ticket office from your bed. It's not noisy at all; I usually have trouble sleeping, but whether it was the comfortable bedding or the super quiet environment, I slept soundly until morning. The lobby design is simple yet grand, with an elegant style – I particularly loved it; it felt soothing and relaxing the moment I walked in. The room was meticulously clean, with attention to every detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making sleep especially restful. It's worth mentioning the staff's thoughtful and proper service, with gentle and polite attitudes. Especially the manager – I've never seen a hotel professional so passionate about their job. They were full of energy throughout, incredibly patient at all times. The check-in process was smooth, and they even gave us directions, making our travels convenient and saving us a lot of time. On the day we left, May 3rd, it was raining heavily, and we had a lot of luggage. Several staff members at the front desk, without umbrellas themselves, braved the rain to help us load our luggage into the car and took us to the high-speed train station. At the station, the manager asked me to help my elderly mother while they again braved the rain to move our luggage to a sheltered spot right at the station entrance, ready for boarding. It was so heartwarming! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Every young lady at reception was meticulous and promptly responded to any needs, making us feel respected and warm. The young lady who helped us check in on the first day was also super nice; I loved interacting with her. I mentioned wanting to see other room types, and she enthusiastically showed us two other Loft styles. Next time, if we're with more people, I can bring my family to stay. One of them even had a small pavilion on the top, perfect for having tea, very comfortable. I didn't see her on checkout day and wanted to say goodbye. Thumbs up to the welcoming staff and the children at the restaurant – their service was absolutely fantastic, super enthusiastic. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, with complete and practical facilities, embodying both quality and warmth. I hope they'll have long-stay packages so I can come back for an extended period during the off-season. One ticket allows free entry for seven days – so worth it for just over a hundred yuan! The scenic area staff were also super enthusiastic, patiently explaining routes when we were unsure. Even during the busy May Day holiday, they patiently explained everything, making the experience excellent. Vehicle management was orderly; there was no traffic at all. We went to the East Gate on May 1st and 2nd at noon, and there was hardly any queue. I'm writing this on the high-speed train and at the station. It's worth noting that every platform at Libo High-Speed Train Station has scenic elevators, which is another bonus point, making it friendly for large luggage, seniors, and children. Okay, I won't write any more. In short, for my first time in Libo, both the hotel and the scenic area service were superb. I'll definitely come again if I have time. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with complete and functional facilities. The hotel's location offers convenient transportation, and underground parking is easily accessible. Anshun's urban development is impressive, making it a great city for living and traveling. I will definitely return and stay at this hot spring hotel again next time.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to popular snack streets and landmark attractions, saving us the hassle of taking taxis. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively helped us plan a two-day itinerary and recommended affordable yet delicious local restaurants. Our lake-view room overlooked the lake, and after the rain, the green mountains and clear waters made the air feel exceptionally fresh. The only minor downside was that the bathroom drainage was a bit slow, causing water to pool during showers.
