I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Despite the late hour, they greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. As a foreigner, I felt incredibly welcomed—their kindness and professionalism stood out. The room was clean, comfortable. And their restaurant is so beautiful, the food was also nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a truly hospitable environment.

The hotel is opposite to Guiyang North station. The AI butler in room could open/ close curtain, turn on/off lighting, air-conditoon, TV, etc with voice command. It even responded to Goodbye! The breakfast is superb, facilities well kept and the bed is very comfortable. The staff work as a team to provide good hotel service. The young and service-oriented team always reach out with great enthuiaism and proactive initiative. That is the distinctive culture of the hotel. Special mention goes to manager, 黄珊 and 小周 who took extra effort to ensure and arrange for our transportation and tour needs respectively。The breakfast team ushered guests to table instead of leaving guests to work things out. DIY laundry services is free. Based on our DIY travelling style in the last 3 decades in different parts of the world, the hotel is definitely on our highly recommended list.

It was a very happy trip. The front desk service was very good and enthusiastic. They could help with basic small requests. The service in each department was very good and the breakfast was very rich. The location was also very convenient to various check-in points. They also upgraded us for free. I am happy to choose this place next time I come to Guiyang! !

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. We had a very wonderful stay! Excellent location for walking and exploring Guiyang. Endless shops and restaurants nearby. The room was just as pictured and very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

Hilton Garden Inn Guiyang Nanming Jiaxiu is a hotel that has only been open for a year. The check-in procedure at the front desk was very convenient. I was also upgraded to a suite with one living room, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The wardrobe can be opened in both directions, and the lighting control is also a combination of overall and partial. The meticulous management and warm service I experienced in just two days gave me a lot of surprises. First, the hotel's decoration style is avant-garde, fashionable, elegant and comfortable; Second, the room facilities are complete and very convenient and reasonable. The bedding is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the toiletries are also Hilton's exclusive brand ”Peter Roth”. The room was cleaned very cleanly, and no hair was left. The room is equipped with a Midea double-door large refrigerator, a capsule coffee machine and a microwave oven. It is very friendly to tourists and business travelers. The breakfast variety was completely worth the price of 68 yuan per person, and the local characteristics were integrated with the public's preferences. The sour soup beef noodles were great, and the siu mai were great. Fourth, the service was warm and thoughtful. Since it was the cherry blossom season, I asked the front desk if there was a one-day tour product to Pingba. A gentleman at the front desk was very warm and thoughtful. He said that the hotel itself did not have such service products, but he could recommend them to me. With his help, the hotel recommended the ”Guirenzhilv Free Travel Customization Platform” to me. The other party quoted two prices: 79 yuan for a bus to Gui'an Pingba cherry blossom viewing with lunch; individual charter, the itinerary can be negotiated and customized. Later, I chartered a five-seater car and selected four attractions: Pingba cherry blossom viewing, Tianhetan, Huaxi Yelang Valley, and Qingyan Ancient Town. 460 yuan, starting from the hotel entrance at 10:00 in the morning and returning to the hotel at 8:10 in the evening. It is really worth the price and full of gains. I have been to Guizhou twice, and there are still some attractions left blank. Next time I come to Guiyang, we will meet at Nanming Jiaxiu Hilton Hotel! Everything has flaws. In order to be responsible to the recommended person, I usually point out the shortcomings and give the highest score of 4.8 points. This time I made an exception.

After that, the hotel's technician came to fix the luggage. Contacting for travel information was also responded enthusiastically. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in a location surrounded by restaurants. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel. The room is good. On the day I checked out, it was raining. The front desk staff helped call a taxi and helped drag my luggage to the car. I took a photo of my name because he was the one who helped me since the day I checked in.

The hotel is in the process to change the lift system which causes construction noises but it's bearable. Overall this a great hotel and I'm looking forward to stay there again for my next business trip

The room was very nice! The location is also very good, right at the subway entrance. The underground passages in Guiyang are quite complicated, and there are many entrances and it is difficult to find. As long as you find exit K, you will immediately be at the hotel. The environment is good. In this place where housing prices are soaring, overall the price/performance ratio is quite high. There are two rooms at the fountain, one at Liyi and the other at Liyi. This room is cleaner and the environment is better. Living on the side of the street will inevitably make a little noise, which I think is acceptable. For travel, as long as the location is convenient and the environment is clean, I will fall asleep after a day of playing. I couldn't hear anything. Highly recommended if you live in a fountain! We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly. Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

The toiletries in the room are Diptyque, and the fragrance and feel of use are very good. The room is soundproof and lightproof, and the stay experience is very good. The only thing to note may be that the room does not have smart control. The Mini Bar in the room is free and replenished daily, and fruits are delivered daily. The Hyatt Regency sets the standard for hospitality in Guiyang—perhaps in all of China. Definitely one of my best hotel stays ever in a decade of traveling China. Brand new facilities, top notch staff, and right next door to a stunning park. If you like running, I highly recommend the running park in the urban park behind the hotel—absolutely stunning urban running (see the photos below) 🏃🏽‍♂️Can’t go wrong staying here if you are in Guiyang 💯

I booked the hotel by accident. The service was excellent. After booking, I communicated with the housekeeper by phone. When I opened the door, the welcome snacks tasted good and there were cute snacks. The mineral water was also placed by the bed. The slippers were also opened and placed by the bed. I was so pleasantly surprised when I checked into the hotel. I wasn't expecting much in a small city like Qingzhen, but this hotel fares well even when compared with new hotels in big cities. Clean, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Probably the best hotel in centre Qingzhen.

Although dated .. still rather comfortable .  We were given high tea upon arriving . Great breakfast catering for both oriental  and western . Mr Ting  丁, serves and speaks  English at breakfast room … saving my husband ( 老外) from adding sour cream into his cereal !  One disappointment with the Cantonese restaurant . The roast platter was full of fatty meat . But the manager was very kind , upon complain and us not eating it , he took the price off the bill .  Will still recommend .

Finally brought the kids to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village! When we arrived at the B&B and opened the door, the scenery of the Miao Village came into view. We stayed in the Wangchuan Panoramic Hot Spring Suite, and we could also enjoy the night view of the Miao Village while taking a bath! The supplies in the room are also very considerate. I like this holiday homestay very much. It is satisfactory in every aspect. The location is near the observation deck, which is convenient for watching the morning mist and night view. In terms of facilities, there is a swimming pool and a bar in the north building, which is very good for taking photos and drinking a glass of wine at night. The heating and hot water equipment are the most sufficient in the hotels I have stayed in during the New Year trip. It is very warm as soon as I enter the room. During my trip to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village in Kaili City, Guizhou Province, I stayed at Wuweishanshe and had an unforgettable experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the observation deck and within walking distance. Before the kids start school, I brought the elderly and children to Qianhu Miao Village and stayed at Sanchunli Zhong Hotel. The environment is elegant and the location is excellent. You can see the lights of the Miao Village from the room. The hotel lobby is warm and charming. The children especially like the barbecue stove and roasted sweet potatoes in the lobby. The little brother and sister at the front desk are very nice and responsive. The batik experience is super popular with children. This is the most recommended and recommended accommodation on this trip, better than Yangshuo's Molan Mountain House (although Molan is also fresh, elegant and quiet 😆) It was a rainy day this time, a little cold, but the room was very warm. This is the most satisfying and favorite place to stay since this trip for 10 days. This is not one of the best homestays in Zhenyuan Ancient City. The decoration seems simple and the things used are very good. The quality is very good, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the location is particularly good. The breakfast was rich and we ate a lot. The hotel was quiet and nice. The service was good. It was close to the scenic area. We went to Huangguoshu Waterfall at night and drove directly to the entrance of the scenic area. If we went during the day, it seemed that the car could not drive to the scenic area. The car could be parked at the hotel. There was a shuttle bus next to the hotel to the scenic area, which was quite convenient.

It's not too far from the center of Anshun. The check-in procedure was very fast. We had some requirements for the room type, and the manager also helped us upgrade the room type for free, which was very impressive! The room is very cost-effective, and the price during the May Day holiday is also quite suitable. I forgot something in the room after checking out, and they contacted me not long after checking out. Finally, I troubled the hotel to send it back to my home address.

The staff’s service is impeccable. As it is low season, they upgraded our room to the courtyard rooms and its lovely. They collected our dirty laundry, washed and sent it to our room for free. You can also request for complimentary feet soak. I tried to find wine late at night and while they dont have it, the staff sent me a glass of complimentary beer. Lots of smart features in the room and the breakfast is great. Location is right by Huangguoshu waterfalls entrance. Guests can also consider hoping over to nearby Bo Lian Hotspring for hotspring in the evening if theres nothing to do.

Excellent hotel . Love that robot making delivery . We have had all 3 nts meals at the Cantonese restaurant . Excellent services and their fresh steamed 石班魚 , if you order with them early in the day before 1pm , was soooo fresh and steamed to perfection . Their pool is excellent , one of the biggest pool .. needless to mention several hot spring pool with different heat to suit individuals .. both indoor and outdoor . Pity l didn’t get to visit the 2 floors shopping . My husband is glad 😃

The room was great. Although there were few guests in the off-season of March, we were upgraded to a suite for free.
