Exceptional customer service! Never fail to disappoint Millennium Hotel Group, The in house Chinese Restaurant was exquisite and authentic food. Loved the goose and the oysters egg. Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff! Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!

We enjoyed an incredible stay at the Swiss Grand in Xiamen. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views of Gulangyu from the bedroom. It is also within walking distance of Zhongshan Lu where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The 25 metre pool is fantastic. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious! The Chinese restaurant downstairs is absolutely delicious, offering a innovative interpretations of traditional dishes. While the staff are helpful and courteous, there is a lot of room for improvement. In particular, I asked for help to get the ferry schedule and ferry tickets to Gulangyu and was told to go to the ferry terminal.

Great location in terms of getting to the Wuyishan national park via the free public bus. Breakfast was good and there's a lot of snacks provided. We had a free tea/snack tasting session when we checked in, which was a nice touch (but they will also try to sell the tea/snacks to you). The lady who was in charge of the building was really attentive and helpful, and even arranged a good taxi for the transfer to the train station. Appreciated the free room upgrade they gave us as well. Lastly there was a mahjong room in our building which was fun (for those who play!) Overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Wuyishan.

The host was very polite. We three people were helped to arrange a loft room. We can add an extra bed in the living room on the first floor, and there is a two-meter bed on the second floor. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The design is great! There is a parking lot and breakfast. Extra breakfast is 28 per person. The location is good. It is very close to the big banyan tree and the waterwheel. It is very quiet. The steam eye mask is not available in B&Bs of the same price. It is very considerate. I had a pleasant trip. Thank you~ I wish the store a prosperous business!

During the Chinese New Year, my family came to Quanzhou for a trip. We chose the Quanzhou West Lake Hotel by the West Lake. The facilities are very new. I like the decoration style. The popular light-seeing style can intelligently adjust the light in various scenes. The bedding is soft and very comfortable. The dry and wet separation is provided. The bathtub is equipped with a disposable bath bag. The hotel has a rich breakfast in Chinese and Western styles. The beef noodles are super delicious. There is a coffee machine and 55-degree health tea at the front desk. The front desk lady is professional and handles things quickly. Everyone has a beautiful smile. It is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. I sincerely recommend it

Staying at Fuzhou Junlan Hot Spring Hotel, the room is big and new, clean and tidy, with complete facilities and beautiful surroundings. Linda's thoughtful service made us feel very cordial. There is a gym and a starry sky swimming pool on the 4th floor of the hotel, which can be used by guests for free! This price is really worth it! The coffee in the city living room on the first floor tastes good, good value for money. I will stay in this hotel again next time I come to Fuzhou!

The environment of the homestay is very comfortable. The reception auntie was very good (we didn't bring a power bank, so the auntie directly brought one to our room and replaced it at any time if it ran out of power). The breakfast was also very rich and you could take it to the yard to eat. It was very comfortable. The auntie was also very enthusiastic and would accompany us to buy local specialties. I had an exceptional stay at Mercure Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering personalized recommendations and prompt assistance whenever needed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly relaxing. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff also kindly gave me breakfast coupons. The breakfast was delicious and vairous. They change the menu everyday and provide the specialties of Xiamen. Overall, my experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Xiamen. When I write a review, I always put in perspective the price I can paying for and it's competitiness in the country. 1. Cleanliness is good. Housekeeper is friendly and accommodating. 2. Hail a car from airport to hotel cost about Sgd5 and less than Sgd5 from hotel to airport for me. Actual will depend on your App and cars you pick. 3. Hotel location is impeccable with the starting point of Zhongshan Road right below the Hotel. 4. Staff is helpful and friendly. 5. Breakfast is decent for the price. The range is not extensive, but one has to look at the price you are paying for. Coffee maker at Libby makes freshly brewed coffee. 6. There is a little gym for simple workout. Overall, it is a satisfactory experience and I have no complaints. (I would like to upload for photos, but my family's faces would appear... :))
