"The property was ok. But I just want to add that the bed and pillows was horrible to sleep on .. Had an important exam the next day and couldn’t sleep at all all night ..
I do not know how someone can sleep like that it was just too soft and caves in when you sleep creating an Ackward arched back that it feels so sore to sleep .. the pillows again the same too big to sleep on and all the same size .. they are good size if you want to put them behind back and watch tv but not to sleep .. Had to put towels under my head to sleep as I simply couldn’t use those pillows .. whoever’s idea is that I wonder if they tested them before using it for customers ..I wonder if they could sleep on the bed and those pillows . Good luck .. rest no complaints at all ."

"I booked this hotel again on the last day of my return trip. The room facilities, hygiene and environment were still very good, but the floor I was assigned this time was lower, the orientation was not as good as last time, and the window in the room was not as big as last time, facing a big white wall. I contacted the front desk and they changed me to another room. Another thing I didn't understand was that all the bottles of shower gel, shampoo and lotion in this room were empty. After calling the front desk, they sent someone to restock them, which was quite timely. As a high-end hotel, this kind of mistake should not be made."

"The Hotel was conveniently located near the metro to allow for quick access to the downtown area. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. My only negative remark concerns items left right around the elevators on our floor. A half finished soda can remained on the table at the elevators for most of our stay: certainly it was trash, but I don't know why housekeeping didn't clean it. In addition a luggage cart sat in the hallway near the elevator for for a night or two. Certainly these are not major issues, I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it."

Canada does not provide disposable items by default. It is best to bring your own toiletries, especially slippers. There are no disposable slippers here. If you go to the front desk to ask for it, provide recycled foot cover (avoid the floor cold in winter)
This is generally only available at 3 pm. It is best to have an ihg member. Otherwise, you can't check in before 3 o'clock and you need to pay 25 CAD separately. When the hotel is busy, the member's late check-out cannot be used. This should be noted.
It is recommended to book a room facing the west side, and the sunset is very beautiful in the evening. If you are traveling by car, it is recommended to go to the park by the river, 5 minutes drive, there is a large green area, you can see swarms of wild Canadian geese."

"We had a great experience at the Manoir Richelieu Hotel. A historical site where old meets new! The site is well kept while maintaining a historical vibe to it. Clean hotel, staff very friendly and wants to help to allow you to live a memorable experience. They go out of their way! Food at the hotel was very good , the restaurant was a 5* experience! Pool, spa, sauna , gym, game room, cinema, sports equipment offered, forest trails, skating rings outdoor, singer on weekend nights were all great experiences and we would go back anytime! :) it was definitely a beautiful discovery! The only problem was a miscommunication between trip.com and the hotel as trip.com states the breakfast is 15$ on site . It is not the case but they ended up honouring it when I showed them my detailed reservation information."

"Hotel is quite roomy. Location is convenient, but the area is currently undergoing some significant roadwork which made it less enjoyable. Style is a bit dated and could use some refurbishing (bathrooms). "Very happy with my stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend and will come back to stay.
Excellent location- conveniently located central downtown and walking distance to a lot of places. Within 10min walk to Crew Cafe, Complexe Desjardins, Underground City, Eatons, Notre Dame Basilica and many great restaurants such as Monarque.
Amenities- great! The gym had decent equipment, there is an outdoor heated pool and a sauna. Lobby has a cafe and there is a restaurant and bar in building as well.
Valet parking (in and out privilege) $48/night or self parking $35/night in same building. And a grocery store “Avril” just outside the hotel.
Room- very clean and spacious! Modern design, includes slippers, very comfortable mattress with foam pillows. There is a mini bar fridge, electric kettle and a coffee machine. There is also a water dispenser in the hallway to refill your water bottles."

MMatias HConveniently located for exploring the city, close to the metro and bus station. It's a capsule hotel where you have an electronic card for a large luggage locker, a locker for shoes (on a lower level, in the basement), and you can enter the capsule area with sandals using the same card. The bathrooms are cleaned several times a day, and the shower water was excellent. They provide towels as a deposit for 5 Canadian dollars, which is refunded upon checkout. The internet works very well.

ZZhangdadageGreat location, comfortable beds, and the common areas are cozy, quiet, and spacious. The kitchen has plenty of seating and tables, and a wide array of cooking utensils. There are backpackers from all over the world, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. Sitting there, whether eating or just browsing on my phone, was incredibly comfortable and relaxing – a feeling I haven't experienced in years. If you're traveling solo to Quebec, this is the best choice.

GGuest UserExcellent location where you can walk nearly everywhere - and there's a metro right down the block. Cean rooms (though some old stains on a couple things were found). Reception and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is cute, the koi pond reception area is such a nice little touch to a trip. Beds were comfortable and room cleaning was fast and detail oriented. Only issue I found was the water fluctuated in temperature from very hot to very cold constantly, so showers were a bit uncomfortable. I would consider staying here again.

GGuest UserWe loved this Moxy! The only slight downside was the location - it was just outside of both the Old Town and the main part of the city, a little bit stuck in the middle of no where. This wouldn't be a deal breaker for us, but was a little bit inconvenient a couple of times when we just wanted to pop out to a shop and the nearest was 20 minutes away. However, the rooms were great, clean, spacious, with everything you could need provided in the stash room. We ate and drank at the bar one night, which was fantastic service and good value. However, the pool/gym facilities were incredible! I loved finishing my day with a swim and a dip in the hot tub or sauna, and my husband regularly used the gym. All in all, great hotel!

GGuest UserVery very good room, the decoration style is mainly industrial waste and rebel art style, there are also small ideas in the icon design, very French art romantic style. Basically, the room installations have been slow rebounded, very careful. The boss is also very enthusiastic, you can also store your luggage for free before check-in time, and there are recommendations and route planning nearby shops at the door. The front desk is very fluent in English and there will be no language barrier. A black brother from Hong Kong speaks fluent Cantonese. The room was also very pleasant, with a large area of dry and wet separation. It is also very close to the old city. It takes about ten minutes to walk. It is a surprise to live in such a good place in Quebec.

The bathroom was functional, good shower pressure, plus toiletries and towels provided. Daily cleaning is available on request; just let reception know.
Location couldn't be better: just meters from the metro, with supermarkets, shops, and a pedestrian street full of food options right nearby.
Breakfast is basic but sufficient: bagels, waffles, bread, muffins, cereals, plus juice and coffee. It won't wow you, but it gets the morning started. Overall, very cost effective.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located not far from St. Joseph's Church, visible from the entrance, within a 10-minute walk. The street in front of the hotel is the main street of the area, lined with restaurants, supermarkets, and markets, making it very convenient. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the subway station; a subway ride to the Old Town takes about half an hour, and a taxi costs around 20 Canadian dollars. I booked a superior suite, which was basically a one-bedroom apartment. The room's renovation was probably only two years old; although the materials were simple, it was relatively new and clean, and fully equipped, even with pots and pans. We were assigned a room on the back street, and the bedroom was inside, so it was completely quiet. Most importantly, the price was excellent, offering exceptional value. Oh, and if you like desserts, don't miss the tiramisu at the bakery across from the hotel.
