The SureStay was a great hotel! I only stayed one night, but definitely would come back as the service was exceptional. From shuttle driver to front desk, all employees were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was also enough to start your day. The location of the hotel was why I picked it, as Minoru Park was directly behind it. I had a lovely and secure walk about. Open spaces, huge trees and wildlife (ducks and rabbits) made the visit interesting. The front desk recommended a very nice restaurant right across the street from the hotel for dinner. It had a nice atmosphere and Happy Hour prices gave an inexpensive meal for the evening.

The location is great, as it's just next to the Sky Train station and also close to the airport. The size of the suite is perfect for a family of 4 like us. It is a surprise that the hotel has a indoor swimming pool with slide, kids were happy!

Lovely hotel that is conveniently situated 5 mins away from Broadway-City Hall Skytrain station. Views overlooking the city. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality and design of the room. Everything is very convenient and well-prepared. The furniture is good and new. There is a closet, drawers and a small coffee shop area where you can sit, drink coffee and relax while looking at the view. There was a microwave, coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom was very elegant and convenient with LED mirrors which are so great if you want to apply makeup on your special day. There were many towels as well with some basic toiletries. The reception staff was always very friendly and helpful. The location is closed to many shops, supermarkets and public transportation. The hotel is very safe and clean.

The hotel facilities are a bit dated. Please pay attention to replacing the shampoo left by previous guests (it seemed to have been diluted with water for some reason). The room is decent with no unpleasant odors. It’s conveniently located near the Canada Line station and Vancouver Airport. The front desk staff were very helpful in resolving issues. If you’re looking for accommodation near the airport, this place is worth considering.

My stay at Accent Inns was great! Their service and facilities were excellent - they supplied me with an umbrella when it was pouring outside, the laundry facilities were great, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Shower, TV, fridge, AC were all really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel when taking a flight to anywhere out of Vancouver. They also have a shuttle bus every half-hour to the airport. It can't be beat!

Fairmont Vancouver Airport is a great place to stay if you have a fairly long layover. A decent 5 hours and more layover would warrant your stay in the hotel for obvious reason to fully utilise the 5 star amenities in the hotel. What I love about this hotel is the ideal location of being in the airport itself which saves plenty of time from commuting and gives you plenty of rest before your next flight. Not going to be afraid of long layover in Vancouver anymore.

Very good location at a great price! Highly recommend this place especially with amazing staff and daily housekeeping! The building itself is definitely slightly aged, but it's evident that the current management/owners are doing their best to improve the facilities. The good - affordable coin laundry, communal kitchen, very big rooms, amazing rooftop patio and sauna, impeccable location in Vancouver downtown The not so good - no breakfast options, communal kitchen's own pots and pans look iffy, slightly aged facilities (but the communal areas are definitely renovated in recent years) Will stay again if I'm ever in that area!

This hotel is best for cruise travel, because it is the nearest place for departure and arrival in Vancouver.Not only for cruise travel, but also the downtown and commerical area in Vancouver. The travel places which include Stanley Park ,conventional centre and gas town. The skytrain is just on the side of the hotel, you can use the sky train the other regions of Vancouver. I lived 4 nights there with my wife, they cannot provide free parking space for their guest. So that you cannot ask your friend come to visit you in the hotel. The view is the best from your hotel room. I can see the crusies in and out of the harbour and also see the seaplanes flying on the sky and landing on the sea bay. The charge for seaplane of the Vancouver city tour is 199 for each single person,but just half an hour. This hotel can provde you gym facilities and swimming pool. I recommend you to first time in Vancouver on this hotel.

Our stay was only for one night before taking an international flight. The hotel was an amazing place to get a good rest before travel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with an incredible bathroom. There are many restaurants nearby and the local night market and outlet mall are within walking distance. The airport is just a quick 5 minute drive from the front doors. We highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay before travel.

The hotel is located in a landmark building in Vancouver. The exterior is a bit like the Peace Hotel in Shanghai, and it is also a castle-style building. I booked a double bed but when I got to the hotel, the front desk told me that I booked a single bed. I contacted Ctrip customer service and they said there might be a problem with the middleman. I refunded some money, but I won't book overseas hotels on Ctrip anymore because it affects my schedule and mood. Although the front desk kindly gave me a small folding bed, it was too uncomfortable for a family of four to sleep on. Nice hotel with beautiful location and scenery

Overall great experience. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms have history and the lobby has a high class ambiance. The valet guys went above and beyond several times. The rooms, while cozy and comfortable, are a bit dated. Not to say things feel old and decrepit, rather you can tell the room hasn’t been updated in some time. Breakfast room service was excellent. Location is central and easy to get to from local hotspots. In-room toiletries were high quality. Bed very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very patient and helpful. The manager let us to check in early in the morning when our flight arrived, which was appreciated. The location is excellent and the room was spacious and cozy. It had a nice lake view. The included in-room breakfast had a variety of tasty options. The Lobby floor restaurant ‘Honey Salt’ had high quality food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed dining there. Overall, this was a great hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms and location were very comfortable. Both the in-room breakfast and restaurant options were excellent values. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is my first to stay here. Overall are excellant. Tje hotel provide shuttle bus to go and return the airport. If you are arrived at mid-night, please keep the taxi recipt (around CAD25), you can get a claim CAD20 from the hotel.

Location is very convenient, has a few malls close by. Washroom has a stinky smell everyday. They are not very clean. Some used glasses/ cups outside another room's door was still there for 2 days. Receptionists at night time don't even speak proper English so it's not very professional. But for convenience its fine.

The location is good, close to Richmond Centre, and it is very convenient to go to eat. The room is relatively large in Vancouver. But it is relatively old overall, the front desk service is average, the hotel breakfast is very poor, and others mentioned in the comments that a Chinese female waiter had a bad attitude, which we seemed to have encountered. The hotel room is spacious, the location is OK, not far from the station, the price is reasonable, the service attitude is good, but the hotel has several floors, and I couldn't find the corresponding elevator at first 😅

It's suitable for business trips. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything else is pretty good. It has a coffee machine and an electric kettle. It's a 10-minute drive from the airport. It's right next to the Richmond Center, shopping malls, skytrain stations, and parks. If you want to rent a car, park at the entrance of the garage first. Temporary parking (check in) is on the first floor. After checking in, you can park on the second, third and fifth floors. You can directly open the door from the garage floor with your room card to enter the second, third and fifth floors of the hotel, and then swipe your card as the check-in floor.

The room is very clean, the facilities are complete, and the service attitude is good. Because there was a bit of noise outside the window of the reserved room, we changed the room to a quieter one after communicating, and at the same time, we were charged 10 Canadian dollars less.
