O hotel é bem localizado, o atendimento é ótimo, muito bem organizado, limpeza impecável. As instalações são novas, o banheiro é muito bom, o chuveiro é maravilhoso! Café da manhã com variedade e muito sabor! A piscina é bem linda! Toda a decoração do hotel é muito charmosa. Eu amei a estadia lá!

Always a comfortable stay at the holiday Inn Fortaleza. The rooms are fairly large and comfortable for any length of stay. The hotel provides a decent breakfast to get your day started. Also a restaurant on site with cocktails good food and great service. The staff here are friendly and happy to help guests. Augusto the manager is always available to lend a helping hand if need be with a smile on his face. I’ve been all over the world in all kinds of hotels and when I’m in Fortaleza for business or pleasure this is my number one pick.

When I arrived I checked in and went to the room, I left my things and went to walk around the neighborhood, and when I came back I called the air conditioning, because it was very hot and for my surprise it didn't work. We told the reception that he would send a maintenance person to find out, we waited about 20 minutes and called again and the receptionist warned he had already requested the visit. After ten minutes, one boy came and then another to check whether it was resolved, and the maintenance officer said he was cocking and heard not the call. He stayed over thirty minutes tightening air conditioning buttons (connecting, disconnecting, increasing and decreasing temperature) is even seeing that it didn't work asked us if we were feeling cold. After we denied, he agreed and reported that the air had caused problems in the previous week too, and after almost 1h of this disorder my husband suggested a room exchange since we were tired and very warm. After the official tightened the control buttons again, he decided to ask for the change of the room. When he arrived in the other room, we realized that the Box door was blocked and the breaking the bathroom compartment door was massaged. The bed is smaller than the bed and is swinging overnight. The finish of the room is bad. The next day we went to coffee. There was only one staffer to make the tapioca/omelette requests for all rooms and pass... are more than 60 rooms. It was a very stressful experience and I will not return and not recommend.

I had a great stay here while staying in Fortaleza, the room was very comfy with a sea view. Bar and restaurant serve great food and drinks. They do charge your bar and food orders to your room to pay at checkout, which I thought was very useful. The pool is also amazing, great temperature and chest deep. Perfect area to chill around the pool and very close to popular beaches.

We stayed at the Vila Galé in Fortaleza this summer. We were looking for a hotel close to the beaches and the city, and with a good affordable price. Already with food included and room service, and we couldn't miss the pool. And we couldn't be happier with our experience. It’s a four-star hotel,from the pictures we were expecting the building to be modern but in fact it has a very rustic style inside. One thing that surprised everyone was that the rooms were very large and comfortable and the bathrooms were also very large. Besides, the service is super good because there people are super friendly and funny. However one thing that should improve is parking because one of the parking is private and the other is shared with the hotel in front, and the convenience stores inside the hotel were not good because there were no things that should have (like slippers and swimsuits), not just souvenirs. This hotel is obviously not that cheap, but it is worth the price because it is a very quiet place, very well located, with a beautiful view to the sea, with some very good foods and activities for children.This hotel is ideal for going with children up to 7 years old because it has many activities, and to go with friends too as it is cheap and quality. My final grade is 4 stars. Very good hotel !!!

Cheguei no hotel as 23.30 do dia 09.01.24, no dia seguinte a minha colega de trabalho grávida veio de Fortaleza, chegando as 5h, e a chamei para tomar café, claro pagando, pois estávamos a trabalho e a empresa permite. A abordagem no café foi horrível, perguntaram o quarto, dei o meu número de quarto, ele deixou bem claro que só constava meu nome, de uma forma rude como se eu quisesse de graça o café. Avisei que seria pago o café a mais... Após isso, não o bastante, ao pedir a mala da minha colega apenas para colocar no quarto o mesmo do café flagrei descendo correndo e me seguindo para saber o que eu ia fazer, ao chegar no quarto recebi a ligação que ”acompanhante” teria que passar na recepção antes. Fiquei muito bravo, pois não estava hospedando ninguém, apenas guardando a mala e iríamos cumprir uma agenda de visitas na cidade. A mesma possuía reserva no mesmo hotel, só que após as 14h que ela podia dar entrada. Achei uma falta de respeito, preparo e insinuação que a minha colega grávida seria uma espécie de ”acompanhante” minha. Despreparo, despreparo e uma situação constrangedora. Uma rede forte, porém vendida com funcionários mal preparados.

Good night! We spent a 4-day period .....a location is excellent .....a very good breakfast in the variety, but the kitchen staff and services are a little stuck in the delay of repair of items and tools ....as a little old instants, our bed was with the right foot broken ....a internet in the rooms is sufferable ....but nothing that would overwhelm the stay ....in general is reasonable.

The perfect location for anyone going to a event at the Ceará Event Centre.It is 15 minutes from the road, and type 3 minutes from the Event Centre, along with the very persistent Iguatemi. The room was comfortable (i stayed in a executive room), with good cleaning and quality bed linen. cable TV, wifi, air conditioning ok.My reservation is in relation to the size of the bathroom box. I saw several comments from people who have already been home there, but I paid to see with my eyes, rs. The box is MINIMUM! I have no problem with small spaces, but that box gave me claustrophobia. And the water of the shower falls all widely, so it was impossible to take a bath with the open box. I took a bath at the hurry to get out there. I've got 1.57 and 60 kg, so if you're a big person, you'll have a worse experience. I asked for dinner to eat in the room and it took more than 1 h to arrive because the kitchen official was in rest time, even being 19h. But ok. Breakfast fat and varied, staff, modern building.

THE WRONG IBIS. Be careful as there are two IBIS Praia de Iracema. This time I booked the IBIS BUDGET by mistake. Didn't like it at all. Snack bar has very little to offer... breakfast is very limited... no frigo bar... shower is next to bed so you step out onto bedroom floor with no bath mat. It is good value I guess, but not recommended.

Not a very good hotel. The bed was terrible, the check-in took forever, the corridors do not have an elevator button to go up so if you want to go to the roof top, where the pool is located you must get inside the lift and hope that it is going up before it goes down. The towels were in bad conditions. One night we were tired and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, a mistake. We ordered hamburgers. The bread and the meat pads were disintegrating, falling apart, it had no taste and was also over cooked. One the good side the breakfast was nice. There was a senior gentleman, that seamed to be in charge who was very nice to everyone and looking after details. Also, the front desk agent during check-out was very nice too. She offered to look after our bags and called the restaurant to make sure they would let us in since it was a little before opening time and we were leaving very early.

Whilst I arrived late and left early I found the hotel ok, breakfast was ok seen more in other hotels but can’t knock it though. Overall if I’m to arrive late and leave early again I would stay here for the price otherwise I would prefer location on or closer to the beach

Cheguei num quarto muito pequeno e o chuveiro era horrível, a água não tinha pressão nenhuma e saía pouquíssima água. Passei 2 dias pedindo pra resolverem e só no terceiro dia me ofereceram um outro quarto que tinha um chuveiro funcional, mas também não era grande coisa, sem pressão mas tava melhor que o anterior. Acho que é um problema do hotel. Outro problema foi a falta de um estacionamento, entendo que eles não possuem espaço, pelo que eu soube havia uma estacionamento e transformaram em quartos, algo assim… Tem um Pão de Açúcar do lado com um estacionamento que podia ter um convênio com o hotel pra gente não estacionar em qualquer lugar… Tirando isso, todo o restante foi muito bom, o café tava impecável, as áreas de convivência são bem bonitas e aconchegantes, e o pessoal da recepção é muito gente boa, com o destaque do Matheus que foi o rapaz que não ficou jogando o problema pra “amanhã”, ele resolveu na hora.

We booked directly on their website, but upon our arrival, they changed for our kids who they didn’t have to pay on their age. After a long battle, they said they weren’t not paying us back. They’re such dishonest people. Our son almost felt on the shower drain. Pool service is bad, room furniture was all bit up, the pool needs maintenance, staff is so lost and not trained. Such a bad hotel management. We thought we came to relax, but we got so stressed and frustrated.

The large clean room with soft single beds excellent trawlers, large clean bathroom has a crochet head only missing a fixed hair dryer , but can pick one at the reception. All staff were very educated and demanding, the well served and capriched portions of beer of all brands and various drinks! at check in I was very well received by Mr. Antônio explained how the hotel was operating and standards. The breakfast coffee is very good!
