The rooms are clean and tidy, with soft, comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently. The cleanliness details are impressive, and it's fantastic value for money. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip."

"The B&B boasts an excellent location right within the Changping Valley scenic area. The rooms and the restaurant directly face all four peaks of Siguniang Mountain, with the 'Little Sister Peak' (Yaomei Peak) being particularly prominent. We were incredibly lucky to witness snow-capped mountains, a starry sky, and even a glimpse of the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' (Rizhao Jinshan). The B&B rooms are well-equipped, featuring underfloor heating, oxygen generators, and humidifiers. The underfloor heating was constantly on, ensuring the room was warm the moment we stepped in. The decor was cozy, and each room had a private courtyard, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Although I didn't dare use the bathtub at this altitude, it seemed to be of high quality and very clean. A comprehensive set of good quality disposable toiletries was provided, along with complimentary snacks, beverages, and fruits. The B&B offers three meals a day. Breakfast was rich and varied; both the rice noodles and regular noodles were delicious. The Sichuan fermented tofu with plain congee was particularly excellent. On our second day, when we visited Haizigou where there are no dining options, they even packed us a simple lunch for free. The freshly ground coffee at breakfast was also a nice touch. The ******* hot pot for dinner was quite good and warmed us up. They also offered simple Chinese dishes and pizza. What truly stood out was the service – incredibly thoughtful and responsive. All our requests were met. They provided car pick-up and drop-off to designated locations, saving us the worry of driving on mountain roads ourselves, which was a huge plus for female drivers. They actively helped with luggage, bringing it directly to our room. On the day we checked in, we had first traveled from Jiaju to Shuangqiao Valley, arriving at the B&B quite late. We had pre-ordered dinner, and upon arrival, feeling ravenous, the kind lady at the front desk thoughtfully suggested we eat first and even offered us glucose water to prevent altitude sickness. They were always ready to answer any questions about sightseeing and transportation, offering helpful tips. Upon departure, they gave us small gifts and proactively asked for suggestions for improvement, humbly accepting feedback on the tastes of friends from different regions. Overall, the experience was fantastic."

"Facilities: Pretty standard, but the room was in a corner and quite small, making it a struggle to even open a suitcase. Hygiene: So-so. Environment: The location isn't far from Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, easily walkable, which is great for shopping. Service: The breakfast was ample, and they gave us a small panda plushie when we checked out. Chengdu street snack specialty - Egg Pancake making and tasting: No one reminded us, no one offered it, so we didn't get to experience it."

"Facilities: Overall, it's quite new. The only downside is that the uniquely designed bathroom and shower are physically separated, but the toilet area lacks ventilation. It gets really stuffy if you close the door while using it. Cleanliness: Generally very clean. Environment: The hotel is right at the exit of Tianfu Airport terminal, making check-in extremely convenient. There's a convenience store downstairs, and you can also shop at the convenience store near the terminal's entrance at 9 o'clock. Service: Overall, it's decent and satisfactory."

"Room: The room was spacious with a private outdoor hot spring, which was very comfortable for soaking in at night. The bedding and amenities were excellent, making for a truly relaxing vacation. Dining: The breakfast selection was extensive, with several food stations offering freshly prepared dishes. They also had innovative dishes every morning; the ice cream pineapple bun was delicious. Public Areas: The public areas boasted beautiful and spacious views. The swimming pool and gym were clean and well-equipped. Service: The service was the most satisfying aspect of our stay. The hotel's management team added us on WeChat more than a week in advance, sending information about the hotel's various activities and even a questionnaire. It was clear they genuinely wanted to provide attentive service. Furthermore, to enhance our experience, they proactively upgraded us from a mountain-view room to a mountain courtyard room, offering greater privacy. During check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive, explaining the hotel's facilities and activities and thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent and bracelets. Additionally, when we accidentally broke a bottle of hand sanitizer during our stay, the management team was primarily concerned with our well-being and promptly addressed any issues we might have. Furthermore, during the daily turndown service, they would set up corresponding essential oil aromatherapy based on the questionnaire we had filled out, making us feel that the questionnaire was truly being implemented and not just a formality. The various service details we experienced during our stay truly made us feel at home."

"This hotel was lush! We loved our family room, with 2 beds it was so spacious. It also had an area to sit and relax. Absolutely loved the shower. Breakfast was great, we all ate well, the staff made us eggs just the way we like them.. there was a great selection. And best of all the hotel staff were super helpful. Especially Nana, she helped me to buy nappies for my baby on *******. Thank you Nana. I also did my laundry here and ayi in the laundry room helped to dry and fold it 💛 Thank you Ayi. I would definitely stay here again. Also the location was perfect, very close to Tianfu square and many restaurants."

"The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredibly close proximity to the scenic spots – just a few minutes' walk away. The room size was a bit cramped, but I did like the simple and refreshing wooden decor. However, the soundproofing was really subpar. I could hear the front desk staff chatting all the way up in my third-floor room. While I'm sure the staff didn't intend for their conversations to be so loud, it was definitely disruptive to guests. The most unacceptable thing, though, was a staff member opening my room door and walking in without knocking. I never received a reasonable explanation from the hotel even when I checked out. Plus, the windows in the room were dusty, and there was hair left on the shower walls. For a price that's nearly four figures, I really felt it wasn't worth it."
