"As a transit hotel, Beijing Yuanhang International Hotel (Capital Airport New China International Exhibition Center branch) far exceeded our expectations in every way, and we had a fantastic stay. We were transiting from Yining through Beijing Capital International Airport and heading back to Taipei, China. We arrived at 2:30 AM and called the hotel; shortly after, the free shuttle arrived at Exit 5 of Terminal 3. The driver was steady behind the wheel and very polite. The check-in experience was wonderful. Noticing that we had mobility issues, the front desk staff proactively upgraded our room and arranged one close to the elevator. The actual room looked just like the photos on Trip.com—no filters or exaggeration. Although the room was near the elevator, we barely heard any noise from other guests or the elevator itself. It was very quiet, and we slept soundly. Several other thoughtful details left a deep impression on us: during check-in, the front desk proactively helped us schedule our airport drop-off time. If not for her reminder, we almost would have forgotten. Afterwards, a staff member proactively helped carry our carry-on luggage and escorted us to the room. Honestly, you rarely encounter such attentive service even at hotels three times the price. Forty minutes before our departure, the hotel even called to remind us, just in case we overslept—another major plus. At check-out, we received a small gift of steam eye masks. The shuttle ride back to the airport was smooth from start to finish, and the staff helped load our luggage. As we were leaving, two staff members stood like airport ground crew, waving goodbye as our shuttle drove away. For an expensive city like Beijing, getting this level of top-notch service at such a price point is incredible value for money. If we transit through Capital Airport again next time, we won't hesitate to choose Beijing Yuanhang International Hotel (Capital Airport New China International Exhibition Center branch) once more."

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Beijing. It felt modern, comfortable and very well cared for, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. Our room looked new and was spotlessly clean, with lovely lighting and an incredibly comfortable bed with four pillows. We especially loved the soft bathrobes and fresh towels. The shower was great, and there was plenty of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. The staff were warm, attentive and always happy to help, whether we needed advice about the city or assistance with a problem. Their kindness made us feel very welcome. There’s also a free gym, perfect for a morning run or workout, and complimentary tea in the lobby. One particularly useful detail was the luggage scale, which came in very handy before our flight after we’d bought a few too many souvenirs! The location is convenient, with a large shopping mall and a metro station nearby, making it easy to get around and fit in some last-minute shopping. We would happily stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing. Thank you to the team for making our stay so comfortable!"

From the spacious, beautifully designed rooms to the thoughtful amenities and meticulous attention to detail, every aspect of the hotel reflects quality and sophistication. The breakfast deserves special mention. Unlike the usual hotel buffet, most dishes are freshly made to order, prepared with fresh ingredients and seasoned to perfection. It was truly a delightful culinary experience and a refreshing change from the typical hotel breakfast spread. Above all, the service was impeccable — attentive, thoughtful, and professional without being intrusive. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. It's strategically located near Sanlitun Taikoo li just 5 minutes walk away. A truly outstanding boutique hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Beijing. I would definitely love to return!"
