This was my first time staying at an airport hotel for a layover. I searched and compared options on Ctrip and chose the Yuanhang International Hotel. It's only about 3 kilometers from T2. My flight landed after 11 PM, and I contacted the hotel for pickup. They responded quickly, and the service was excellent. The environment was really nice, and they even provided fruit and yogurt. In the morning, I saw alpacas! Arranging the shuttle back to the airport was also quick. Both the pickup and drop-off services are free and available 24 hours, definitely recommend.

The location was great, but our room had no direct light from sun, and no windows opening on outside at all, with an A/C that was not working at all. The room was hot and not air moving, a terrible feeling. On top of that, the room was located just below the roof top that was undergoing construction work, which means lot of noise from early morning. The room is very old, walls are stained, clearly not looking like the booking site pictures. The hotel needs a big refresh. Right now the entire exterior is under construction, I hope you plan to do the rooms soon. Overall, not acceptable not to be informed that there is big construction work done at the moment, and having a room with no external ventilation and AC working should not even be commercialized. A rip off for the price paid.

Outstanding Hospitality and Great Perks at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel! We had a remarkably comfortable and enjoyable stay at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel Wangfujing Beijing. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the center of Wangfujing, and the hotel itself has great shops inside. Don't judge the property by its exterior—the interior is beautiful and welcoming. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained, though we did notice the basin is leaking. We loved the thoughtful extra touches, including Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, umbrella, torch, and complimentary beverages. The complimentary daily tea break, dinner, and the wide variety of international breakfast items were also fantastic. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. The concierge team is highly approachable and helpful. A massive thank you to Dylan, Jack, and Clark for their exceptional assistance, and especially to Dylan for the lovely souvenirs! We also highly appreciate Lily and Laina from the executive lounge for being so understanding, accommodating, and kind with our arrangements. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience. We have zero regrets and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beijing!

True to the Radisson Hotel Group's reputation, this hotel consistently delivers excellent facilities and top-notch service. It's incredibly close to Daxing Airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service every half hour. The breakfast spread is extensive, and a staff member even brought supper to me after my late-night flight. I truly commend every hotel employee for their warm and enthusiastic service.

18m2 was a lot smaller than i thought, that’s on me. Opened up 2 large luggage and there won’t be much space to walk. Nonetheless, the hotel was really clean. Provided daily night snacks and refreshments. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel has a lot of foreign travelers, the staff can communicate in english well enough.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the hotel's recreational facilities! Especially the indoor pool with its tropical rainforest vibe – it's so avant-garde and dreamy, and the water is crystal clear. It truly makes you feel like you've been transported to a resort paradise. The gym and other wellness facilities are also professional and well-equipped. Here, you don't just get top-notch accommodation; you also achieve complete relaxation for your mind and body. And Chris's enthusiastic service made the entire vacation experience even more perfect.

Great Location & High Cost-Performance! I had a wonderful 2-night stay here. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, just a short walk to the subway station, making it super easy to explore Beijing. The Japanese-Style Tatami room was clean, cozy, and well-designed. The staff were helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. It offers great value for money. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay!

The location is super convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to get around for sightseeing or business. All the staff—from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant—are polite and enthusiastic. Vic Dahlia, in particular, provided exceptional service, responding to requests promptly and efficiently. The entire room was deep-cleaned; the bedding and bathroom were spotless, with no strange odors or dust, showing great attention to detail. All appliances worked perfectly, the WiFi was stable, there was plenty of hot water, and the mattress was comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent. The value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same category. My entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. I've already saved this place and will definitely rebook for my next trip. Highly recommend it to everyone!

This was my first time staying at the Blue Bay Hotel for a T2/T3 international flight transfer, and the service was excellent. You can really feel the team spirit and high management standards here. Communication for airport pickup was simple, check-in was quick, and the welcome snack plate was a nice touch. They even have robots deliver food to your room, and the bed was very comfortable. There were quite a few guests checking out late at night for their flights, creating a lively atmosphere, which I really enjoyed.

I stayed at the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport for a layover, and my experience was fantastic. It's right next to Terminal 3, and they offer a free 24-hour shuttle service to and from T2 and T3, with frequent departures, making early morning flights stress-free. The room was spacious, and the double-pane soundproof windows effectively blocked out airplane noise. The mattress was soft and comfortable, and I could watch planes take off and land from the floor-to-ceiling window. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local Beijing specialties. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool and a branded gym, which were great for relaxing and recharging. The front desk service was attentive and efficient, and they were very helpful with luggage. It's definitely my top choice for business travelers and layovers. I'll be staying here again next time I'm in Beijing.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing, and it exceeded my expectations by far. It wasn't overly crowded, so it felt very peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool is a major highlight, integrated seamlessly with the gym on a different floor, creating a spacious, high-ceilinged area with a Southeast Asian vibe. I encountered many Hong Kongers there, from business travelers in the elevator to an elderly couple in the executive lounge; they were all very humble and friendly. The surrounding area boasts a wide variety of restaurants, and the Fortune Plaza Mall is practically a canteen for Beijing's white-collar workers. The night view is also top-notch, with the CCTV Headquarters lit up beautifully. A pleasant surprise was bumping into a celebrity while working out – the 'rooster among roosters,' haha. The Grand Millennium is fantastic, giving me every reason to return. The male manager who handled my check-in was very gracious, and the service was just perfect.

MMudongdong_xChoosing Qiuguo for business trips is such a breeze! The lobby is a versatile 'seven-in-one' space, perfect for both work and relaxation. The rooms are well soundproofed and bright, and the high-speed WiFi is stable, making it stress-free to get work done. There's a 24-hour self-service laundry and dryer, so no need to pack dirty clothes when traveling for business. The front desk staff is professional and efficient, proactively helping with luggage storage and recommending routes; their service is thoughtful and attentive. The facilities are new, and hygiene is strictly maintained. The Lang Le Fu mattress provides a first-class sleeping experience. Highly recommend for business travelers!

SShidizizi!Folks!! This hotel is truly worth me writing a novel-length review for 😭✨ I just stayed at the Grand Lapa Macau and, as a hotel enthusiast, I was absolutely blown away! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt like I'd been transported into a European palace film 🎬 Crystal chandeliers + marble spiral staircase + vintage murals – every casual snap turns into an Instagram-worthy masterpiece 📸 My朋友圈 (friends circle) is already exploding with everyone asking, ”Which amazing hotel is this?!” The room is even more incredible!! The bed is so soft it feels like sleeping on clouds ☁️ The bathtub is huge, and you can enjoy Macau's night view while soaking 🌃 The mini-bar is completely FREE!! Drink and snack to your heart's content – my budget-conscious self is thrilled! 🥳 The service details are legendary! The front desk guy was super gentle, proactively helping with luggage and bringing welcome fruits 🍇 The room was sparkling clean every day, and they even neatly arranged my skincare products – a true delight for my OCD! The location is also a huge plus! It’s a 5-minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf and 10 minutes to Sands, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Strolling downstairs at the hotel in the evening, with the sea breeze and the lights, was so romantic it made me want to get married on the spot! 💍 Cons:

GGangtiexunmenglongI really loved this hotel. First off, the location is excellent, with lots of great food options right across the street. Due to the hotel's layout, it felt surprisingly quiet even though it's in a lively residential area. The blackout curtains were fantastic; I slept incredibly well both nights. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Front desks speaks english and are very helpful. The room is cleaned everyday we are there. And whenever we needed more water they will take less than 10mins for it to be delivered to our room. For my husband’s birthday we were gifted a cake and beverages to celebrate. Really love this hotel and highly recommended. This hotel made my 1st trip to Beijing such a memorable and well rested one. SSiau YongThe hotel upgraded us to apartments in a condominium nearby. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped, secured, and clean. The location is a distance away to the city centre, but with private transport, there's no issue. Nearby the hotel there're some shops, and a row of eateries with local food and local prices. The reception desk staff especially Sunny, Tina and Rebecca are warm, helpful, and responsive. Compliments to their excellent service. The only negative point is the breakfast which is outsourced to an adjacent cafe - the variety should be improved. We took the breakfast only once, and make our own in the apartments for the rest of the stay.

AAnonymous UserFor a trip to Beijing, especially to explore the Forbidden City with its red walls and yellow roofs, staying close by is paramount. Just a stone's throw from the Forbidden City's Donghuamen (East Prosperity Gate), on Nanheyuan Street, stands the Beijing Cuimingzhuang Hotel – a building steeped in history, adorned with green glazed tiles. It's not just a 4-star hotel; it's a piece of history you can actually stay in. **An Unbeatable 'Center Stage' Location: Neighboring the Forbidden City** If you're coming for the Forbidden City or Tiananmen Square, Cuimingzhuang's location is absolutely unbeatable. * **Walking Distance:** Turn left out of the hotel, and in about 3 minutes, you'll reach the Forbidden City's Donghuamen. A leisurely 15-minute stroll along the moat will take you to the Meridian Gate. * **Prime Shopping District:** Turn right, and a few minutes' walk brings you to the bustling Wangfujing Street, offering a full range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. * **Panoramic Views:** On a clear day, from higher floors, you can even catch a glimpse of the national flag fluttering in Tiananmen Square. Cuimingzhuang is far from a typical modern hotel. Built in the 1930s, its most distinguished role was serving as the headquarters for the CPC delegation to the Military Executive Headquarters in 1946. In 1995, it was designated a Municipal Cultural Relic Protection Unit by Beijing. * **Architectural Style:** Featuring a classical Chinese green glazed tile roof, its main gate is adorned with 49 door-nails, following imperial mansion regulations. Inside, the decor has a dignified 'government building' aesthetic, transporting you back decades in time. * **Mini Museum:** The hotel itself feels like an exhibition hall. Downstairs, old photographs and historical descriptions are displayed, allowing you to feel the weighty 'red memory' as you walk through. **👍 Most Praised Aspects: Security and Local Charm Coexist** * **Top-Notch Security:** Due to its unique location and historical background, there are 24-hour guards or armed police standing sentry at the entrance. This provides a 'great sense of security' for solo travelers and families with children. * **Quiet in the City:** Although located in a bustling area, the guest rooms are well soundproofed, and most rooms are very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. * **Surrounded by Delicious Food:** Step out of the hotel, and you're in the heart of Old Beijing's culinary scene. Jiumenxuan Roast Duck, Fangzhuanchang Zhajiangmian, Siji Minfu, and Menkuang Luzhu are all within walking distance. Some guests even highly recommend 'Bayuan Shuanyang' (hotpot) in the basement, claiming it's 'many times better than some famous competitors.' * **Attentive Service:** The front desk service is frequently mentioned for its friendly and efficient attitude. Many guests have received complimentary room upgrades, and the rooms are clean and odor-free. * **Decent Breakfast:** The breakfast is a Chinese buffet with a fair variety, but it lacks the sophistication of higher-end hotels, and Western options are limited. **✅ Ideal for:** * **Deep Cultural Enthusiasts:** Those who want to 'live in history' and wake up to a view of the Imperial City. * **'Special Forces' Tourists / Travelers with Elderly or Children:** The prime location saves a lot of travel time, allowing you to return to the hotel to rest whenever you're tired. * **Those Prioritizing Security:** Returning to the hotel late at night and seeing the duty officers at the entrance provides immense peace of mind. * **Drivers:** In the vicinity of Chang'an Avenue and the Forbidden City, this is one of the very few hotels offering free parking – a true blessing for those driving!

ZZhongtoubuzhongFor our Chinese New Year trip to Beijing, I spent a long time looking at hotels and finally chose Artyzen Habitat near Dongzhimen. Our main reason for picking Artyzen Habitat was that we're a family of four (two adults, two kids), and after a long search, most family rooms were either too expensive, unavailable, or too far from the city's attractions. The Habitat Twin Room at Artyzen is very spacious, with two 1.4-meter beds, a small living area, a kitchenette with a dining table, and even a microwave oven, induction hob, and cutlery. It's really convenient if you want to cook for yourself. This room type is perfectly adequate for two adults and two children. The hotel's location is also super convenient. It's very close to Sanlitun, Yonghe Temple, and Ditan Park, and it's only a 20-30 minute ride to other city attractions. The subway station isn't too far either, making getting around quite easy. Opening the room window, we could even see a frozen lake in the MOMA community – a first for our Southern kids! 😄 The hotel service was pretty standard, nothing particularly special, but all our basic needs were met. They also have delivery robots, so you don't need to go downstairs to pick up your takeout, which is quite handy. On the second basement level, there's a gym with a good variety of equipment. Next to the gym is a laundry room. The hotel's amenities are quite comprehensive, making it very suitable for family trips or extended business stays.

Llmlmlml118This stay was pretty average. The good aspects are obvious: the room was clean and the service was excellent! Now, let's talk about the complaints: 1. We were a family of four adults and one child, and we booked a family suite, which was actually two connected rooms: a one-bedroom suite plus a standard twin room. Since these two rooms aren't sold separately, I don't think there should be such a big difference in the amenities. The suite had all the good stuff: a Dyson hairdryer, branded toiletries, and various luxury fruits, while the twin room only had standard items and oranges. 2. The doorknob design in the suite's bedroom was very impractical; you could easily pinch your fingers when closing the door. 3. The toilet seat was too narrow. Once a cover was put on, it wouldn't stay in place, so you had to hold it while using the toilet. 4. From the 22nd to the 25th, there was a power outage scheduled for circuit maintenance. At 11:59 PM, all the lights in the room went out, and then the TV turned on by itself, which scared our sleeping child and made them cry. There was nothing we could do about this; it just happened to be during our stay. 5. There's ongoing gas pipeline renovation in the Wangfujing area until the end of April. As shown in the picture, the road below was noisy, and it woke up the whole family at 2 AM. We weren't notified about this beforehand. I definitely don't recommend staying here before the end of April, especially in rooms facing the road. 6. The bathtub caddy was too short. It only stayed stable if placed in the protruding middle section; elsewhere, it would easily fall. I even got hit in the chest by the falling caddy while bathing, leaving a red mark. I hope this can be improved. 7. The blackout curtains didn't block out light completely, even when fully drawn; there were big gaps. You couldn't tell at night, but during the day, it was incredibly glaring. The picture I took shows three windows in the room: only one could be fully drawn, while the others had gaps. Plus, the curtains were very dusty. I hope they are cleaned more often. 8. The biggest complaint!! The air conditioner didn't provide heat! It only blew cold air! Staff came to check it, but it was no use. After turning it off, the windows felt drafty and cold. When it was on, it blew a lot of air and made the room very dry. It was an awkward situation overall. 9. There was no call before check-in to ask about our needs. We had to request a crib upon arrival. It felt a bit like the casual 'Old Beijing' style. Aside from these, there were many good points, but I didn't sleep well and don't feel like thinking too much. I've just jotted down whatever came to mind. I hope this helps you, and I also hope the hotel can consider these suggestions, based on a real guest's experience, to improve and further enhance their service.

GGuest UserOur trip to Beijing started at another hotel, but we moved to this Orange Crystal as the previous one near Sanlitun was just awful. As a mid-range chain hotel, the bare minimum I expect is cleanliness, tidiness, and a quiet environment. This Orange Crystal, however, far exceeded my expectations. We checked in around midnight, and the front desk staff were all incredibly warm, enthusiastic about their work, and very friendly to our child. They even gave our little one snacks and a toy, which was such a thoughtful gesture given how late we were checking in – it really warmed our hearts. The hotel and rooms felt very clean and hygienic, with no strange odors, and it was generally quiet and comfortable. We slept wonderfully during our four-night stay. The restaurant also seemed very clean and well-organized, and the location is good. I've stayed in a few hotels in Beijing, and if you're looking for a chain, this one is definitely worth recommending.
