"Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member."

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"Five-star review! I stayed at the Sofitel Beijing Central for four consecutive days, and my overall experience was extremely satisfying. The location is excellent, close to Jianguomen subway station, making it very convenient to get to Wangfujing, Tiananmen Square, and the National Museum. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I rested very well. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and their service was prompt and responsive; communication was smooth whenever I had a request. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the facilities are well-maintained. Traveling with children, staying here made getting around and sightseeing worry-free and convenient. It's a great choice for exploring urban Beijing, especially since the young lady at the Chance hotel front desk upgraded our room for free and gave us a breakfast voucher for one adult and two children for one day, considering our late arrival. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beijing – it truly exceeded my expectations!"

"Everything was great from the first second! The staff is polite and friendly: we had a lot of questions and they helped us all the time, what is really good for foreigners. The room was not so big, but it's nice: clean bright, comfortable and really calm. So, if you have some problems with sleeping, don't worry: you will sleep like a baby. By the way: the hotel has a good location, which is important if you don't have enough time (one day or some hours). So, if you are looking a good place to stay, you have found it. Hotel near Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area,Beijing
A stay that inspires you to uncover the city's origins and local influence in a contemporary space.Nestled in the very heart of China's capital, Wangfujing area, where defined vibrant heartland of Beijing and just steps away from the National Art Museum of China, The Forbidden City and more attractions. Empark Prime Hotel Beijing means home for every traveller. The history of the building can be traced back to the 1950s. It was proposed by the famous patriotic overseas Chinese Mr. Tan Kah Kee and was one of the "top ten buildings in Beijing". In the early 1990s, the original Prime Hotel building was rebuilt and stands up to now, becoming the landmark of Wangfujing Street and engraved in the memory of the times. The brand new Empark Prime Hotel Beijing represents the ultimate lifestyle integrating Chinese aesthetics with modern style and elegance. Staying true to the brand's legacy and traditions, we present the brand's hallmark hospitality with bespoke experiences crafted by our team of hospitality experts, set to bring luxurious flair to the fashionable and dynamic imperial city.

"The only difference between the room types is the floor level. My colleague's 1088 room was on the 7th floor, and my 1588 room was on the 10th floor. The room layouts were identical; just the floors were different. Also, the front desk service had an attitude problem. There was a tissue box on the round table in the room. When I tried to move it to the bedside table during my stay, I only picked up the top part of the box; the base and tissues fell onto the table, and that's when I realized the tissue box was broken. When checking out, the male receptionist asked about the tissue box. I told him what happened honestly. He then gave a sarcastic snort, like 'Heh, are you saying you didn't break it? Our staff said it was fine before.' I was speechless. If you're going to treat every guest with the mindset that 'customers are liars, customers always make excuses, customers will never admit fault,' then where's the sincerity? Did you thoroughly inspect it? Do I need to call someone over immediately to verify when I find a broken amenity? Is that really necessary? And finally, please enjoy the nearly 200-RMB breakfast; the stir-fried dishes were beyond words."

Hotel near Yongdingmen and South Railway Station Area,Beijing
Amidst the interweaving of latitude and longitude in the capital city, Mercure Beijing South Station has quietly settled like a love letter sent from Paris. Adjacent to the Jingfengmen subway corridor and just a stone's throw away from the South Station, this is a French art gallery selected by Mercure brand, delicately depicting the romantic style of France with a modern Eastern touch. Stepping into it feels like stepping into a flowing art exhibition. The whole house is intelligent and gentle, responding to every heartbeat, and you can overlook the clouds of Jinghua with just a glance. When the morning light is dim, the Food Light Corridor offers a sumptuous morning feast, awakening dormant taste buds with Chinese and Western flavors, and opening an elegant prelude to a good day. Here, every stop is an immersive rehearsal about elegant living.

"My stay at Mercure Beijing South Station was absolutely fantastic! I was incredibly satisfied with the overall service, environment, and dining experience. It's definitely a hidden gem near Beijing South Station, offering both great value for money and excellent service quality. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's so close to Beijing South Station that you can walk there, which is incredibly convenient for travelers catching high-speed trains or transferring – it saves so much time and hassle. The front desk staff were gentle yet professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, with no delays. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, providing attentive service that made the entire experience comfortable. The guest rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing. The bedding was soft, clean, and fluffy, and the mattress was just right – so relaxing to lie on. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and no unpleasant odors. The toiletries were comprehensive and effective, and the facilities were well-maintained, contributing to a high-quality living experience. I have to specifically praise the hotel's breakfast buffet! The variety was truly extensive and complete, with a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and a good balance of meat and vegetables – so many choices! There were Chinese hot dishes, various congees, steamed buns, noodles, cold appetizers, and a full array of Western bread, cakes, toast, salads, and drinks. The biggest bonus was the live noodle station, where fresh noodles and wontons were made on the spot. The broth was savory and delicious, with rich toppings and an authentic taste. Ingredients were replenished fresh daily, and restocking was quick, so there were never any empty platters. The fruits were fresh and juicy, and the desserts had a delicate texture. The overall taste was light and palatable, not greasy. The restaurant environment was clean and bright, and tables were cleared promptly, making for a very comfortable dining experience. Overall, I could clearly feel the standardized service and meticulous attention to detail from both the HUAZHU and Mercure brands. With its attentive service, clean environment, and consistent dining quality, this hotel is undoubtedly the top choice in the South Station area, whether for business trips, leisure travel, or high-speed rail transfers. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Beijing!"

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Beijing. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm, professional, and attentive service that made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and stunning views of the city. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, especially the breakfast selection, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore Beijing’s major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious environment. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by every member of the team. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing for business or leisure. It truly delivers a five-star experience in every aspect, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The most beautiful European-style hotel in Beijing! The lobby, restaurant, and rooms are all very spacious. The service is exceptional; all staff members are respectful, friendly, and attentive to guests. The breakfast is abundant with main courses rotating daily. Although it's an 18-year-old building, it's very well-maintained, and the facilities are comprehensive with a strong vintage feel. I stayed in room 507, which was very quiet. The housekeeping staff are well-presented, professional, and do an excellent job cleaning! Highly commendable.

This Zen-inspired hotel tucked away in Dongcheng District was such a pleasant surprise! It's a tranquil oasis built right next to Xizhao Temple, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, with a charming, ancient courtyard. The room was spacious, clean, and even had a bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. It's within walking distance to the subway, making it super convenient to get to the Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven. The service was attentive, and it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Beijing!

The room is a compact, drive-in style with a well-thought-out layout. The dry area of the bathroom is a bit cramped, barely okay for a single person. The lounge chair is a bit awkward as you can only sit upright in it. The desk, however, is large enough, making it suitable for business trips. The location is excellent, with views of CCTV and close proximity to China World Mall, which is great for shopping and dining. Line 1 isn't too far either, making it convenient for exploring Chang'an Avenue. The breakfast offers a decent variety, though nothing particularly memorable. The juicer is a nice touch, allowing you to choose fruits for your own custom juice blend.

The main draw of this hotel is its unbeatable location and rich historical background. However, for a four-star establishment, the facilities are outdated, soundproofing is poor, and there's a musty smell. The service attitude is good, making it feel like you're paying for the location and getting the stay thrown in. It's suitable for travelers who prioritize proximity to the Forbidden City and are willing to compromise on accommodation quality. It's definitely not for those seeking modern comfort or who are sensitive to noise and odors.

We had a fantastic stay at Artyzen Dongzhimen Beijing. The location is excellent – just one subway stop from Sanlitun, Beijing’s premier shopping district with luxury boutiques, great restaurants, and cafés. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and offered beautiful park views. The restaurant was excellent, and the fitness centre and swimming pool were exceptional – easily the best hotel gym and pool we have ever experienced. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Grand Hotel Beijing was absolutely fantastic! The guest rooms are classically elegant, with exquisite and refined Chinese-style decor and high-quality furniture. The layout is spacious and comfortable, and every detail showcases the historic charm and craftsmanship of a seasoned hotel. The environment is clean and peaceful. All the staff were highly professional, especially attendant #1015. During the summer, they even went out of their way to help us with our luggage to the entrance. They were kind and courteous, meticulous and thoughtful in their work, and always responded promptly and attentively to our needs, providing exceptionally detailed service. The location is also excellent, making travel very convenient – whether for sightseeing or shopping, it's hassle-free. Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. This hotel is located within the contemporary MOMC complex, surrounded by many interesting cafes and restaurants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet, making for an excellent stay. A short walk downstairs leads to Liangma River and Blue Harbor, which are lovely to explore this time of year. The hotel room was very spacious and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Usually, when I travel for business, I have trouble sleeping in a new bed, but the bed and pillows here were so soft and comfortable. The hotel also has a free gym on the 20th floor with a fantastic view and a great selection of equipment, and it wasn't crowded, so the workout experience was excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
