Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing

I chose this hotel for an overnight stay because I had a late-night flight, so I just picked one close to the airport. I didn't expect it to be such a fantastic experience! First, a big shout-out to the front desk staff. It was almost 1 AM when I checked in, and as soon as I got out of the car, the gentleman at the front desk immediately came to help with my luggage. They even gave me a free room upgrade! They offered complimentary late-night snacks, but we arrived too late to enjoy them. The breakfast in the morning was also quite substantial. On check-out day, the gentleman even helped load my luggage into the car before I left. The lady at the front desk also gave us a small gift. From the room to the service, everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute drive from Daxing Airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service. There are also a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel's decor is stylish and elegant. The front desk staff even upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, especially the large bathroom which had a bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, and a very roomy shower. The bedroom also featured a walk-in closet. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a gym and a heated swimming pool on the basement level. The restaurant also provides late-night supper service. All departments offered warm and attentive service. For an airport hotel, it offers great value for money!

UrCove Hotel is extremely conveniently located right in the heart of the city, just next to the Forbidden City in Beijing. It’s a perfect base for sightseeing, with many major attractions within easy reach. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to note down their names, but they were incredibly supportive when I requested a room change, needed to extend my stay, and even during early morning checkouts. Their efficiency and warm attitude really made a difference. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

Even after checking out, I can't stop thinking about how wonderful my stay was at the Jingli Hotel Beijing Dajiaoting branch. The experience was simply impeccable. The location is superb, surrounded by subway lines and highways, making it convenient for trips to Universal Studios and Happy Valley. It's also right next to Hopson One, so all your dining, shopping, and entertainment needs are covered in one place. The bedding in the room was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were complete. The front desk service was gentle and thoughtful; they even gave me a discount on parking. Their attention to detail really shines through. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing!

My stay was absolutely perfect! Check-in at the front desk was super fast. The bedding in the room was soft, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with no unpleasant odors. For this price, it was an amazing value! The hotel also offers a free 24-hour shuttle service to and from Daxing Airport. For pickups, there's a shuttle every hour at 10 past and 40 past the hour, picking up at Gate 3 on the fourth floor of Daxing Airport – it's a huge, impressive bus. For drop-offs, there's a shuttle every half hour, on the hour and half past the hour. They are super punctual and leave right on time. If you're transferring at Daxing Airport, choosing this hotel is definitely the right move. I'll be back if I have the chance! 🌹🌹🌹🌹

The service was exceptional! A special thanks to Jenson Wang and David Wu from the concierge team. Seeing that I had my child with me, they helped me with all my luggage, from carrying it to my car. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. I also want to express my gratitude to the housekeeping staff on the 18th floor. When my room key wouldn't work and I was about to take my child swimming, they proactively offered to go to the front desk, get a new key made for me, and even delivered it to the pool reception. I'm so thankful for their help!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right at the entrance of Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, next to Wangfujing Church. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining, with a hot pot restaurant just across the street. While the hotel itself appears a bit older, the room facilities have been renovated and are very new and clean. The hotel can accommodate foreign guests and also hosts large-scale banquet events.

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. They handled unexpected situations brilliantly, and we even received a small gift when we checked out. I will definitely choose Beijing Futian again next time I'm in Beijing. Facilities: Excellent! All-in-one washer/dryer, fridge, TV, and shower. Cleanliness: Super clean. Environment: Every floor was meticulously cleaned, and the lobby was grand and spacious. Service: The staff were attentive and efficient.

The hotel's French palace style is indeed beautiful and great for photos, but the lunch was... questionable? There's no buffet for lunch now, only set meals. It was almost inedible, not even as good as breakfast. Facilities: A bit old. The showerhead was completely weak and sparse, and the hot water from the bathtub was only lukewarm. Service: Housekeeping was very thorough, and the restaurant service was excellent. However, other aspects of the service were completely inconsistent with a five-star hotel; I'd even say there was no service at all. The security guard at the entrance parking lot was incredibly loud. As soon as I arrived, I heard him yelling at and shooing away drivers, which I found perplexing. Executive Club Benefits: What executive club benefits? I didn't experience any, and the front desk didn't explain what the executive privileges entailed. It's hard to give this place another chance.

1: The hotel boasts a great location, surrounded by several unique parks in Beijing, making it incredibly convenient and quick to get anywhere. It's an excellent choice for out-of-town visitors, especially given its relatively good value for money. 2: Putting aside out-of-town tourists, as a local, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. First, there's hardly anything edible for breakfast. The bread is truly awful, and there aren't even any omelets. The restaurant staff offered zero service; when I asked for baby utensils, I was given a filthy set with a huge smudge, and I had to get my own coffee. 3: As someone with mild mysophobia, the general cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but the sliding bathroom door definitely hadn't been wiped down by the cleaning staff – the long-standing grime was evident. The side of the sink and the towel bar were also very dirty; I had to clean them myself with a cotton wipe and water. 4: The bathtub's placement was very awkward, making it difficult to lay out a disposable tub liner. The open-plan bathroom design meant a constant draft while bathing. 5: I woke up at 4 AM scratching uncontrollably. I don't know if it was the water or the sheets, but I was incredibly itchy. I'm not known for having sensitive skin, and in all the hotels I've stayed at, I've never experienced such intense itching. This is the first time in my life I've felt such an all-over prickling sensation. It's been 12 hours since I returned home, and I'm still incredibly itchy. I have no idea what at the hotel made my skin so sensitive. To sum up, this hotel's overall standards are mediocre. I can accept the 80 RMB parking fee cap, but in other aspects, it certainly doesn't live up to a five-star standard.

老登在线The room attendant cleaned promptly, and there was a dedicated person in the lobby to operate the elevators. The gym and pool staff were friendly and welcoming. The deluxe view room, facing due east and located on floors 25 and above, is part of the executive level, offering panoramic views of the East Third Ring Road. In the mornings, you can gaze at the 'fog city' (referring to Beijing's occasional haze), and at night, admire the iconic illuminated landmarks. The nearby multi-story PwC building, lit 24/7, evoked many similar memories for me. The pool facilities were also excellent – a truly worthwhile experience!

WWadisihubilie🌟 The room was very comfortable overall, especially the massage bed which was thoughtfully designed – I instantly relaxed the moment I lay on it 💆‍♂️. 🌙 The snowy night view outside the window was stunning, and the lighting created a fantastic ambiance ❄️✨. 🛋️ The facilities were complete, and the hygiene was excellent; the stay exceeded my expectations 👍. 📍 The location is convenient with great amenities nearby, making getting around hassle-free 🚗💨. 🛏️ My sleep quality improved significantly – definitely recommend it!👏

MM578593****This is my third stay at this hotel, and I'm consistently impressed. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a great variety and delicious food cooked fresh. They even provide dental floss, which is a thoughtful touch you don't always find even in five-star hotels. The inclusion of toilet seat covers among the hotel amenities is another detail that really makes a difference. The staff are all incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again.

EEZ78Beautiful view bedrooms, we got 2 rooms next to each other which is very convinien. Hotel location is very strategic. Thr hotel is in the New China World Trade Complex, direct access through the mall into the subway station, very comfortable especially in winter. Cons : the hotel listed they have guest laundry but they don' t have it. Other hotels that put guest laundry in their listing meaning they provided washing machine + dryer + detergent in a special laundry room free for guests to use. Other than that, the hotel is very great. Staffs were very helpful especially the concierge staffs. It' s a pleasant stay there.

SSiau YongThe hotel upgraded us to apartments in a condominium nearby. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped, secured, and clean. The location is a distance away to the city centre, but with private transport, there's no issue. Nearby the hotel there're some shops, and a row of eateries with local food and local prices. The reception desk staff especially Sunny, Tina and Rebecca are warm, helpful, and responsive. Compliments to their excellent service. The only negative point is the breakfast which is outsourced to an adjacent cafe - the variety should be improved. We took the breakfast only once, and make our own in the apartments for the rest of the stay.

111 percentExcellent location, convenient check-in, and fantastic service. The room facilities are well-maintained and don't feel outdated. They even have a robot delivery service that's super fast. The staff are patient, responsible, and respond very quickly. Check-out was also quick, and when a small issue came up, Managers Howard and Elf, along with front desk staff Daisy, helped resolve it promptly. Looking forward to staying again! 😊

YyukikkkkangThe hotel's location was super convenient, especially since my child was visiting the National Museum – it was an easy walk there. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and polite, making our stay really pleasant. After exploring the museum, we were starving, so we popped into the hotel's second-floor restaurant for a quick bite. The ambiance was surprisingly nice, and the waiter was so warm and welcoming. They even went out of their way to take a picture of a QR code downstairs for a discount, and they were very attentive to my child.

GGuest UserMy five-star rating is specifically for the hotel manager. My recent stay at your hotel left a truly deep impression. Checking in late at night, I encountered some really upsetting issues, which left me feeling quite frustrated. However, thankfully, the manager – an older lady wearing a Party emblem – efficiently resolved these problems. Her approach was incredibly warm and responsible. Seeing the bright red Party emblem on her chest instantly put my mind at ease. She remained patient throughout the entire process. Her efficiency and attitude in handling the problems truly impressed me. Not only did she quickly resolve my issues, but she also repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience, expressing her sincere regret for my negative experience. Through her, I witnessed the dedication and responsibility that I associate with a Party member, and felt your hotel's genuine commitment to customer service. I didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The hotel's location is even better than the Hilton I stayed at a few days ago; it's incredibly close to the East Gate (Donghuamen) of the Forbidden City. If you're visiting the Forbidden City, this is an excellent place to stay for a night. There were no calls rushing me to check out. I only returned to the hotel from the Forbidden City at 3 PM, and check-out was processed quickly and smoothly right after.

GGuoke880730The Beijing Moma Manor Hotel is located within the famous Moma园区 complex. Its design style blends Eastern and Western aesthetics, giving it a very artistic feel. The front desk is also quite unique and compact, allowing you to sit while checking in. The hotel even provides free snacks, and the drinks in the fridge are complimentary. The front desk staff offer excellent service, and I really love this hotel. The only downside is that it seems there aren't enough front desk staff; in the evening, there's just one person scurrying around. While checking in, the phone would ring, and they'd answer it while still processing the check-in, which might lead to longer check-in times. There was also a group of delivery drivers loudly asking for directions at the front desk. The staff member even escorted us to the elevator while simultaneously giving directions to the delivery drivers. I truly witnessed a 'hexagonal warrior' doing the work of three people!
