Beach Hotels in Penang, Malaysia

This is my second time staying in Parkroyal Penang, everything was fine, except the bathroom water trap, shower half way the water stucked there, I think the housekeeping should clean the trap for a regular basis to avoid it to happens. Breakfast session was quite crowded although it was not holiday season, foods was average, there are plenty more can be improved. I personally like the beach very much especially on sunset. I will definitely be back again in near future.

I came here alone for staycation. Just need a rest from hectic life. I book for 1 night and plan to move to another hotel for the next day. However coz the bed is super comfy and room also with modern looks, I decided to extend for another night. Really enjoyed my stay. The only things I dislike coz the tv channel does not have much option. For staycation I love if the tv has many channel coz I just wanna stay in bed and enjoy watching movies. Maybe the hotel also can consider to add device that allow screen mirroring so I can play my fav movie on the tv

Bayfront Beach Resort was a wonderful getaway! The beachfront location was perfect for relaxing, with stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. My mom was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff from the porter to the front desk to waiters at Makan Cafe. Our dinner was delicious. I personally commend a friendly and helpful staff stationed at Makan Cafe , En Syarifuddin, who patiently recommended to my mom and I the types of food in the menu. He went the extra mile to ensure food was served on time. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The place was beautiful and the weather was mild. We hope to visit again soon

I stay in hard rock over than 10 times , lagoon deluxe room , I very like it ,comfort , especially the food...mamamia ....very nice...for my kids swim and play it's such a good an relaxing place for my family

Loved my stay! We were soooo happy to be upgraded to a room with a view that was sooooo spacious! Stayed there for four nights over nye and had a great view of the fireworks!! My only complaint would be that there isn’t a Nespresso coffee machine in the room (which is a surprise given that most hotels now offer them) nor do they provide cotton wool (isn’t that also a basic provision?). Do note that the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary bottled water either, and only tap with filtered water… however I did appreciate them giving out mint water/ pandan bluepea water in the afternoon for guests (wished that it’s all day long!) at the lobby.

We recently stayed at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang in Penang for three nights, and it was an exceptional experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The food was fantastic. The ambiance of the resort is perfect for relaxation. We stayed in the Rasa Wing, which offered access to the adult-only pool—a serene and peaceful retreat. All the pools were beautifully maintained, and we truly enjoyed spending time there.

Owner nice & friendly, traditional wooden house, so you can hear people walking and talking, but the overall environment is OK. The good thing is that there is a beach outside and there are many restaurants nearby.

You have to pay an extra RM20 for one youngster to share a bed with the parents. My son is only four years old. No towel. The mattress is very spongy and not comfortable at all. It was noisy at night, and I heard something walk across the roof. Monkeys? Rats?? The owner was pleasant and attentive.

Its was my 5th time here but this time with my beloved husband for our prehoneymoon vacay hehe.. Great environment, good amenities and for breakfast buffet variety can upgrade more in future yeah 👌

My 3 years old daughter enjoyed the children pool with 🛝…Thr foods at Biru-Biru Cafe were delicious and reasonable prices.I love the calming atmosphere …Definitely Will come again 😉
