The hotel location is truely strategic. The price offered at very affordable and the hotel is well maintained from the grand hall, restaurant and especially the hotel room, very spacious and the bed very comfy. Overall very great hotel with great experience of staying there. Thank you very much. 😁🤩

This hotel is great! It's by the sea and not far from the shopping center. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The staff are very friendly. Besides the slightly older facilities, everything else is perfectly fine, and the price is excellent.

Gurney Bay Hotel was an absolute delight from check-in to check-out. Its central location in George Town made exploring the city effortless; whether on foot, by bus, or catching the ferry over to Butterworth and shopping with two big malls within a short walk. The service was exceptional all-around, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even with the neighboring Marriott, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Gurney Bay Hotel again. I highly recommend it and would book here in a heartbeat for my next visit.

Good as usual. Strategic location, nice environment, and a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the view. Gurney Bay is definitely worth visiting, especially in the evening.

The reception is friendly, the lobby is grand
The breakfast buffet is definitely worth.. much away better than other hotel..
Cleanliness just rated 4stars as there is a stain of girl’s period on the blanket.. which my partner couldn’t accept it..
Overall is very good.. will come again 😗

The hotel is near to Gurney paragon and Gurney Plaza, also near to Armenian street and Blue mansion, Northam beach cafe.
The bay view is beautiful and the park just opposite the street.
Hotel is abit old but generally well maintained.

good location, can see sea view from the room. 24 hours reception. Can walk around the hotel. This is my husband sleeping, he is not dead.
