The hostess (Gina Lee) of The Base Central Pattaya was very responsive in text and voice communication. She was kind, very helpful and provided me with a lot of travel and check-in information. The check-in process was seamless and she made effort to let me check-in earlier than usual. The unit was clean and convenient for everything. There were enough amenities included in the unit. The roof-top swimming pool was very nice. We had a pleasant four-days stay. I will definitely book this place again and recommend to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tycoon Palace Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. Nestled in a peaceful area, the hotel offered a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The atmosphere was calm and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind.

What an amazing property. The views from the pool over all of Pattaya and the surrounding area are spectacular to say the least. The Edge is an instagram goldmine. The room I stayed in was on the 30th floor, very clean and well maintained. The air conditioners were very quiet and cooled the room down quickly. I especially enjoyed the sliding doors in the balcony/bath tub area, which made for some awesome unobstructed photos and a very cool ambiance when having a bath. The hotel is quite secure with a security detail at the front entrance as well as swipe card access throughout the building.

This kind of water-based apartment is absolutely amazing. It's a great experience to stay in their house when you come to Thailand. There is a swimming pool downstairs and the water is very clean. The view from our room is also good. There is a cleaning lady in the room to clean our room every day and bring us water. The service attitude is really good. The key is the private beach 🏖️. The sense of security is full. The butler has been waiting for us when we got off the plane. This airport pick-up service is really important for us to go abroad!

About a week before the trip, I called the hotel to ask about an extra bed and was told that I could request and pay for it at reception upon check-in. However, when I checked in, the staff informed me that no additional beds were available due to a wedding event at the hotel. All they said was that I should have called again a day before my stay. This made no sense, and they offered no solution—not even an apology. I didn’t even hear a simple ‘sorry’ from them.

Good morning just fresh out from the resort. We booked ocean view villa. The view was completely nice. We got our own private pool. Include breakfast- we can choose floating breakfast or going downstairs. The dine in food was AMAZING 🤩. The whole staying we order soooo many food at late night. Yum, Tom yum, Green curry, shrimp soup, truffle soup, crab omelet, pad kra pao seafood - these are all what we order and the bill was ~2200฿ which I think it’s reasonable

I had a perfect experience at Somerset! One of the highlights of my trip in Pattaya is definitely my stay in this hotel. Beautiful lobby, stunning view from the outdoor pool, excellent customer service from every staff. It's really great value for money! I can't even believe I hesitated staying here, because clearly, it's one of the top hotels in the area!

The good: located right above central festival and balcony affords a spectacular view of the sea. The bad: dated facilities. Bath tub with no hot water. Heavy toilet slide door which woman and children will have difficulty moving. Summary: I paid a premium for the view, will not stay here again just because I do not think it's worth the price. Service staff were all friendly and professional.

Very nice and new hotel. Staffs are friendly, but they don’t have the door tag ‘do not disturb’, housekeeping will knock your door at 9am, if you don’t open your door, they will come inside directly, so make sure you inform the front desk and ask them not to disturb you.
