"I was really happy with how clean the room was. The view from the large window was fantastic; it would be even more amazing on a sunny day. Just a heads-up, only toothbrushes are provided as amenities, so you'll need to bring your own skincare products. The hot spring bath was spacious, and the sauna was also large with an open-air bath, which I think sauna lovers would really appreciate. One downside is that the TV doesn't support streaming services like YouTube. There are USB ports next to the bed, but no USB-C. The bed was neither too soft nor too firm, and I slept really well."

"I arrived in Sapporo late at night and took a taxi from Sapporo JR Station to the hotel, which cost about 1800 yen. The next morning, as I pulled open the curtains, I was absolutely stunned: before me was a beautiful world of pristine white snow, with Nakajima Park spread out in full view. I was so grateful for the clear blue sky, allowing the distant mountains to be clearly visible. It truly lived up to its name as a 'room with a view.' Although the facilities are a bit dated, the room layout is very practical, and the bathroom is spacious enough. The bedding and linens are all of high quality. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and excellent. Eating breakfast in the ground floor restaurant, with its large floor-to-ceiling windows, and watching the snow silently fall from the trees was an indescribable pleasure. Even better was the hotel's location for transportation. Nakajima Koen Station's Exit 3 and Exit 1 are only a two-minute walk from the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient! The front desk service was also impeccable. We stayed for a total of three nights, but had to switch rooms for the third night. When we returned in the evening, the staff had already moved all our luggage to the new room. It was a very thoughtful gesture."

"This hotel isn't in a bustling commercial area, but rather tucked away in a corner of a park. It's easily accessible – just a short walk from Exit 3 of the subway. There's a kids' playground, making it perfect for families with children looking to relax. Nearby, you'll also find supermarkets, convenience stores, and some excellent restaurants. The room we chose was compact but well-equipped. The window facing the park offered a lovely view, which I imagine would be even more beautiful when the flowers are in bloom. There's complimentary afternoon hospitality on the first floor, and we also received a beer voucher upon check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to the Chinese-speaking staff at the hotel. They were incredibly helpful with our luggage and very friendly towards our child. Thank you!"

"A very comfortable stay and one I would happily return to on a future trip to Sapporo. The room was spacious by Japanese hotel standards, well maintained, and had a grand feel without being overly luxurious. After long days of sightseeing, it was a pleasant place to return to and rest. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Sapporo Station while still being quiet and convenient. What really stood out was the practicality of the hotel. The airport limousine bus stops here, making arrivals and departures very easy. There are also luggage lockers available, and Yamato luggage delivery services can be arranged from the hotel. A small tip: if you're planning to use Yamato luggage delivery, do take note of the cut-off times and delivery schedules, as they may affect your travel plans. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and reliable base for exploring Sapporo and the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again by next week."

"The location is great, right next to Tanukikoji, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Don Quijote. Facilities: There's a hot spring, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There's also a self-service laundry, but it only accepts coins, no electronic payments. Cleanliness: It was very clean and tidy; I had a comfortable stay. Service: We arrived at the hotel at 2 PM and were told we could store our luggage first, but check-in wasn't until after 3 PM. We dropped off our bags and went out to explore. We came back after dinner to pick up our room key."

The lobby features Japanese snacks and board games, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere; the relaxation area on the second floor is even more serene and comfortable – once you sit down, you won't want to leave. The dining experience here is simply sublime. Various alcoholic beverages are kept in ice buckets, freely awaiting wine enthusiasts! Dinner is exquisite and innovative; each dish is a stunning work of art, so delicious that it makes you want to return just for the food. Breakfast is delicate and abundant, awakening your taste buds and setting a wonderful tone for the day. The shiso soda thoughtfully provided in the in-room mini-fridge is incredibly refreshing after a hot spring soak, leaving a lasting, pleasant aftertaste. The toiletries have a delicate fragrance, leaving the skin soft and comfortable after use – even these small details are not overlooked. The overall service is friendly and sincere, without being overly familiar, yet maintaining just the right amount of professionalism. It truly feels like a 'just right' luxury experience! The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pristine, and transportation to and from the lakeside is convenient.
