Premises is very clean and location is good. View from the room and the lobby is also very good. The only downside is that any request is rejected. Its always no, no and no. Not really suitable for families. Breakfast is pathetic with no spread at all.

一宿兩泊 餐飲還可以，對小朋友很友好
我們五人家庭出行，提前和酒店發了郵件 ，非常感謝酒店安排的聯通房，住的很舒服，照顧孩子也很方便！有無航班延誤，酒店為我們延遲了到8點用餐，原本定的7點！早知道日本很多酒店都不管這些的 約了幾點就幾點 ，這家確實很非常體貼！
房間裏面自帶温泉♨️對着山景 絕美！定山溪的温泉資源也很棒 ，公共温泉有室內外 ，衞生設備相當滿意！

酒店新裝修過，驚喜地發現每個房間都有私湯，然後就每天一早一晚必泡，入睡甜美。酒店中規中矩，除了私湯其他也沒什麼特別地方。按摩環境超棒但是手法一般。温泉酒店基本包早晚兩餐，他們雖然每天努力換但是五天裏晚餐也就吃了兩餐，不吃不能退，還是得再外面找好吃的。定山溪位置到札幌，小樽，登別等地方都是四五十分鐘路程，包個車，然後安定地住在這裏，玩得很愜意。
照片裏的房子不是酒店，是酒店窗子看出去對面的房子。

房間寬敞適合小朋友活動
浴室泡湯隔音非常好 完全不會吵到小朋友睡覺
臥室可以關門 客廳可以繼續玩耍
步行可以到河童手湯拍照
老婆非常喜歡他們的備品 雪什麼的 我記不起來
晚餐屬於套餐 份量非常足夠
還有兒童遊戲區
