The location is superb, offering stunning views of the harbor and easy access to major attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful array of both local and international dishes. The hotel’s amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were also impressive. Overall, I highly recommend the Macau Harbour View Hotel for anyone visiting the area!

I stayed for 6 consecutive days. The breakfast was excellent, offering 3 types of eggs and 5 kinds of noodles, with orders placed conveniently by scanning a QR code. Downstairs, I enjoyed the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai style crab porridge and some lively street food BBQ, both really tasty. San Miu Supermarket offered great value for money. There's also a Feng Supermarket downstairs where their Oden included freshly cooked boiled cabbage for 5 AUD – absolutely delicious! At the nearest fruit and vegetable store downstairs, durian was 19.9 MOP per jin; I bought a delicious one for 98 MOP. You really should trust the staff there; he's excellent at picking them. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Grand Lisboa, Wynn Macau, and MGM Macau.

I spent a considerable amount of time searching on Ctrip, only to find too many hotels with tiny beds, cramped rooms, and questionable hygiene. So, the Leo Family Room I eventually found was an absolute delight! The room was surprisingly spacious (a real rarity in Hong Kong and Macau), featuring two 1.5-meter wide beds. The bathroom was also excellent, with a proper wet/dry separation and both a separate shower and a bathtub. As a non-smoking family room, it was completely odor-free, which was a huge relief for someone like me with an extremely sensitive nose. Check-out was incredibly smooth; I just handed in the room card (likely because I booked online and settled the deposit during check-in). In summary: It's clean, hygienic, spacious, quiet, and completely free of any unpleasant smells. Right in the alley across from the hotel's main entrance, you'll find a 'cha chaan teng' (local tea restaurant). Xin Kang Kee there is a real gem, offering 'ping leung jing'—great food, good quality, and affordable prices. Wynn and Grand Emperor casinos are also just a 12-15 minute walk away.

This hotel was full of wonderful surprises! Its location is perfect—right in the heart of the old town—and the facilities have a lovely vintage vibe while being impeccably clean. The room was beautifully decorated and offered a stunning view of Macau through the window. An extra treat was the in-room minibar, which was completely free, including red wine and beer! What’s more, as a hotel guest, I received a complimentary drink voucher to use at the rooftop bar. All in all, this easily ranks among the top three best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If I ever return to Macau, I’ll definitely be booking here again!

The room was quite satisfactory – clean, quiet, and well-soundproofed. The front desk staff were easy to communicate with and could switch to Mandarin. It's been a while since I've encountered a room deposit, but it wasn't an issue as it's fully refunded after check-out, provided no damages are incurred. The location is excellent: Rua do Cunha is just a short walk away, and from there, it's easy to reach The Venetian and other attractions. For the Ruins of St. Paul's, you'll need to take a bus, and digital payments like Alipay and WeChat are widely accepted in that area. For navigation, Gaode Maps might be more reliable than Baidu Maps, so it's a good idea to download offline maps using the hotel's Wi-Fi in advance. Generally, both Alipay and WeChat are widely accepted for payments, and I didn't come across any shops that were cash-only.

The front desk staff kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a twin room, which even boasted beautiful night views of Big Ben. The location is truly excellent. Housekeeping was also exceptional; they meticulously tidied up our personal items and neatly arranged them. We were even gifted a teddy bear and a rubber ducky. I had specifically requested a customized teddy bear with my name when booking, and I was absolutely delighted that they fulfilled this special request. Breakfast was delivered directly to our room, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. The hotel itself is incredibly convenient, offering a wide range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit. Its superb location means you can capture beautiful photos wherever you go! In short, it was an absolutely brilliant stay!

The highlight of my Macau trip was definitely this hotel. Its location is excellent, right opposite Fisherman's Wharf and next to the Sands Hotel, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel boasts excellent facilities; the rooms are particularly spacious and spotlessly clean. What I loved most was the resort aspect. The outdoor pool is generously sized, beautifully landscaped, and lined with plenty of lounge chairs, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Given how hot Macau is this season – even the evenings are muggy – being able to take a dip in the pool was incredibly refreshing and comfortable. The service was also outstanding. While some staff members might not have spoken Chinese, their attitude was consistently wonderful. Every single staff member offered a genuine smile and showed no sign of impatience whatsoever.

Cons: The room had a foul odor that only dissipated when the air conditioning was turned down to a very cold setting. There was no seating available at the front desk. Moreover, the chairs in the lobby were apparently reserved for actively consuming customers, and I was actually asked to leave when I tried to sit down for a moment. The staff's attitude was awful! Check-in time was unacceptably late at 3 PM. To make matters worse, there was nowhere to sit while waiting at the front desk, and the entire check-in waiting area only had seating for four people, which is completely impractical. Luggage storage was a mess. They initially handed me the wrong bag, and I had to go back twice to retrieve my correct one. Overall, the service quality was very poor. Even after dealing with the smell, the air conditioning in the room was excessively cold, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Strangely, the two beds in our room had different bedding; one set felt rough and low-quality, while the other was noticeably better, made of high-thread-count cotton – very peculiar. Pros: The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the Galaxy complex, which made dining out very convenient. The surrounding environment was also quite pleasant.

It really a fantastic day for me, I ordered the room for celebrating the 5th Wedding anniversary. I contact the hotel for special decoration the room for given a surprise to my wife. All the arrangements and connections via the email response are very efficient and supportive. When I check in Hotel the front desk staff already notice the staff 小魚to welcome me and ask the details when can inside the room to decorate. I really appreciate 小魚、Mia and Ceci created an amazing experience for me and my family. Their creativity and passion really great . Next time when I travel to Macau , I still will memories today. Appreciate again what 小魚arrangement.

This is my third time staying in Hotel S Excellent service n amenities I stayed in Suite this time Check in service staff Kayee is great The suite is nicely designed Clean n new Even though the room shower a bit not hot enough for the water I talked to front desk n morning shift staff very helpful and allow a later check out after fixing a bit on the shower They do the most out of the situation, grateful for the helpful attitude ❤️ The sunset bar is another highlight Truly recommend 🫶🏼 Will come back again
