The rooms at The Venetian Macao are extremely spacious, and there’s a wide variety of shopping options available. We used the hotel shuttle bus to travel to other hotels around Macao, which was very convenient. During our stay, we enjoyed gaming, shopping, and dining, and also visited several attractions such as the Ruins of St. Paul’s, Senado Square, and Taipa.

Having a good time during the typhoon with ny friend, good staff when dealong with the typhoon request also having patience to make special arrangements due to the typhoon. Will continue to support and confirm this is the highest CP value 5 stars hotel in Macau.

Everything is just okay nothing special, if you only need a clean place for sleep Harbourview is a good choice We have stayed here before and it was great, but this time we could feel something wrong with our room (I think everyone know what I mean). The room was not big but didn't feel cramped, only the hotel didn't provide in room bottled water again (there is a water dispenser on every floor if you need water). Considering the price is quite competitive we will back to stay again but not this room

We had a wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao! The Eiffel Tower replica is stunning, especially at night when it lights up. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The hotel is directly connected to shops and restaurants, so everything is very convenient.

Just back from a fantastic short trip to Macau Studio City! We stayed for one night and had an amazing time at the water park.The attractions were thrilling, and the atmosphere was vibrant. It was the perfect getaway for our family, filled with laughter and unforgettable memories. Can’t wait to visit again!

Staff Very nice and helpful. They speak multiple languages. Swimming pool Wonderful, especially for children. The slide is amazing. The life guards are very nice and helpful. The pool is surrounded by trees. Rooms Clean, spacious, very comfortable. Breakfast Decent, something for everyone. Great desserts. Gym Good, don't forget to bring sneakers. Overall we are very satisfied and would definitely come back.

Room clean and nice breakfast also good , l like that turn down service :) hotel its easy to get around from here, and just short walk there are lots of delicious local restaurants

On the evening of *June 4, 2025*, we experienced an issue with the air-conditioning in room 2203, which was not cooling properly. After contacting the front desk, a maintenance staff member arrived within approximately 10 minutes to inspect the system and confirmed that there was indeed a problem with the air outlet. Following this, we called the front desk again to report the situation, and the duty manager responded swiftly and professionally by arranging for us to move to room 1603. As it was already close to midnight, we regret that we did not have the chance to note the names of the manager, front desk staff, and maintenance technician who assisted us. We would be truly grateful if the hotel could help convey our sincere appreciation to the team members involved. Their efficiency and courtesy made a strong impression and turned a potentially uncomfortable situation into a positive experience.

Since it has only opened for a few months, everything in the room is still in excellent condition. Outside the room, not so much. Some elevator doors are dodgy, when we got there it was pouring down and many area in the mall were flooded. We got there on a weekday at 3pm, which was the suggested checkin time, yet we are offered a room without a tub and if we want one we have to wait till 4pm. Not that it is a huge matter but if the hotel is positioned as a 5 star one perhaps they can do better. My thought is, they dont really care as loads of people who dont care will still go and will not complaint at all.
