The cartoon wall, filled with various comic characters, brought out a sense of childlike wonder. Upon entering the room, a refreshing artistic atmosphere enveloped us. The room wasn't just fresh and elegant; our family room for three was incredibly comfortable and clean. Highly recommended! "The location is fantastic, perfect for photos day and night, and super convenient for visiting The Parisian and The Venetian. The room has a unique British-inspired design, which is a nice touch. My only minor complaint is that the reading light directly above the bed is too bright and dazzling. There's complimentary coffee and tea in the room, and the teacups also have a lovely British feel. If you want housekeeping during your stay, it's quite slow; we had to ask twice before they came. There aren't many taxis outside the hotel during weekdays, but you might find more on weekends. Dining options at The Londoner aren't as extensive as at The Galaxy, and it's not overly crowded."

"I'd call Grand Lisboa Palace the best hotel in Macau. I've stayed at more expensive places like Wynn, Galaxy, and St. Regis, but none of them compare. They're genuinely dedicated to hospitality and service, not just relying on high rollers for room revenue. This hotel is perfect for those simply looking for a leisure trip. From the moment you arrive, all the staff are incredibly warm and eager to help with any issue immediately. The facilities are luxurious; the indoor pool is stunning, and while the outdoor pool is a bit small, it's great for kids to just splash around. The hotel is massive with over a thousand rooms, but the signage is clear and the layout is well-designed, so you won't get lost. I found the soundproofing excellent, and the air conditioning wasn't loud at all – many older hotels in Macau have noisy AC units. The rooms are very new and smart, even with electric curtains, though mine seemed to malfunction. The location is great for shopping. A taxi to the Venetian costs around 30 MOP, and Wynn Palace is just a 10-minute walk away. The only downside is the breakfast; it's quite ordinary with nothing special, not very varied, and the freshness could be improved."

The whole room was warm, romantic, and instantly gave us that celebratory feeling – a delightful surprise and so comforting. The service exceeded our expectations in its attentiveness. They proactively added an extra bed for our child free of charge and thoughtfully delivered a delicate mini-cake and a fresh fruit platter. Every little detail was incredibly heartwarming, and we were truly touched. The room itself was spacious and grand, not at all cramped. The bathroom featured an extra-large round bathtub, big enough for two people to soak in! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view of Macau's cityscape and ocean, making the experience incredibly comfortable. We could even watch the night view from the sofa. The mattress was soft and great for sleeping, and there was plenty of space for our family. Overall, the service was gentle and meticulous, and the facilities were luxurious and comfortable. It's our top choice for an anniversary family trip, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Macau!"
