"Traveling from mainland China to Hong Kong and then Macau, we stayed at the Art House Macau. The lobby immediately impressed us with its vibrant, artistic vibe. The cartoon wall, filled with various comic characters, brought out a sense of childlike wonder. Upon entering the room, a refreshing artistic atmosphere enveloped us. The room wasn't just fresh and elegant; our family room for three was incredibly comfortable and clean. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Zika, Mia, Delia, Leslie, Yoyo, Erica, and Wilson for their excellent service."

Guests can also enjoy 150 global retailers and world-class entertainment venues. The possibilities are endless at Londoner Grand.

"The location is fantastic, perfect for photos day and night, and super convenient for visiting The Parisian and The Venetian. The room has a unique British-inspired design, which is a nice touch. My only minor complaint is that the reading light directly above the bed is too bright and dazzling. There's complimentary coffee and tea in the room, and the teacups also have a lovely British feel. If you want housekeeping during your stay, it's quite slow; we had to ask twice before they came. There aren't many taxis outside the hotel during weekdays, but you might find more on weekends. Dining options at The Londoner aren't as extensive as at The Galaxy, and it's not overly crowded."

Awarded two MICHELIN Keys, Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers a stunning tribute to Macau's rich cultural heritage and vibrant traditions, paired with Forbes Travel Guide elegance and sumptuous comfort. From its modern, Chinoiserie-inspired interiors to bespoke art pieces created by famous local artists, the hotel tower showcases the exotic grandeur of East-meets-West, presented in elegant and exquisite detail. The hotel tower's 1350 guestrooms offer opulent relaxation with a breath-taking view of Cotai or the resort's Jardim Secreto. The spacious rooms and suites range from 60 to 300 square metres, with luxurious in-room amenities and attentive service that elevate the Lisboa standard to a new level of excellence.

"I'd call Grand Lisboa Palace the best hotel in Macau. I've stayed at more expensive places like Wynn, Galaxy, and St. Regis, but none of them compare. They're genuinely dedicated to hospitality and service, not just relying on high rollers for room revenue. This hotel is perfect for those simply looking for a leisure trip. From the moment you arrive, all the staff are incredibly warm and eager to help with any issue immediately. The facilities are luxurious; the indoor pool is stunning, and while the outdoor pool is a bit small, it's great for kids to just splash around. The hotel is massive with over a thousand rooms, but the signage is clear and the layout is well-designed, so you won't get lost. I found the soundproofing excellent, and the air conditioning wasn't loud at all – many older hotels in Macau have noisy AC units. The rooms are very new and smart, even with electric curtains, though mine seemed to malfunction. The location is great for shopping. A taxi to the Venetian costs around 30 MOP, and Wynn Palace is just a 10-minute walk away. The only downside is the breakfast; it's quite ordinary with nothing special, not very varied, and the freshness could be improved."

The complex also features a contemporary Forbes Five Star rating hotel with spacious guestrooms, including luxurious suites and elegant villas, signature restaurants including Ying, Aurora and Tenmasa, the stylish 38 Lounge and the award-winning Altira Spa.

"Perfect score for Altira Macau! It was our wedding anniversary, and after we made a note, the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room with balloons. The whole room was warm, romantic, and instantly gave us that celebratory feeling – a delightful surprise and so comforting. The service exceeded our expectations in its attentiveness. They proactively added an extra bed for our child free of charge and thoughtfully delivered a delicate mini-cake and a fresh fruit platter. Every little detail was incredibly heartwarming, and we were truly touched. The room itself was spacious and grand, not at all cramped. The bathroom featured an extra-large round bathtub, big enough for two people to soak in! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view of Macau's cityscape and ocean, making the experience incredibly comfortable. We could even watch the night view from the sofa. The mattress was soft and great for sleeping, and there was plenty of space for our family. Overall, the service was gentle and meticulous, and the facilities were luxurious and comfortable. It's our top choice for an anniversary family trip, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Macau!"

"I have stayed at the Macau Legend Palace Hotel many times, and each visit has left me with a deeply positive impression of both the overall living environment and the hotel's comprehensive service standards. GGuest UserVery good hotel, but the staff attitude at the breakfast restaurant was disappointing. The girl who prepares the juice had a really bad attitude. I simply asked for a drink, and she seemed very unwilling to serve me. She even glared at me. The hotel itself is of a very high standard, but this staff do not meet that standard! Her attitude was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this quality.

AAbbyFirst off, let's talk about the front desk. From the moment I checked in, the service was excellent. I mentioned it was my first time staying here, and the front desk staff immediately escorted me to my room to explain all the amenities. First impressions, full marks! The room itself was lovely, with a thoughtful tent setup. The mat inside the tent was very comfortable, and the bedding and pillows were great. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the complimentary mini-snacks and drinks were plentiful. All the toiletries, including those for children, were excellent. Now, for the service. On our first night, there was some noise around midnight. Staff were sent to investigate immediately. It seemed to be external noise, possibly from road construction, but the hotel's proactive response was truly commendable. They arranged a room change for us the next day. Although it did slightly disrupt our plans, their willingness to resolve the issue was top-notch, and we'll definitely stay here again. Overall, if you're traveling with kids, this hotel is a great choice for its environment, facilities, and service. Any request made to the front desk is promptly handled by staff. One minor point is the location. If you visit during a period with a lot of rain, it's not as convenient as the Venetian or Londoner areas since it's not interconnected. On rainy days, you're limited to indoor hotel facilities like the pool, as outdoor ones are closed. There are also fewer shops downstairs, making it hard to pass the time. We happened to be there during a typhoon, which made spending a few days in the hotel a bit dull. However, on good weather days, it's very convenient to walk to places or take a taxi. Be sure to allow extra time for the hotel's shuttle to the airport, as it makes several stops and isn't direct. Having a Don Quijote on the first floor is super convenient for grabbing snacks and other small items.

MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018. The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb. I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

GGuest UserThe room was bright, tidy, and clean, with ample space. The toilet and shower were separate, which was well-organized. There was plenty of complimentary drinking water and enough towels in the shower. The view from the room was beautiful, with a stunning lake and city skyline complementing each other. You could also see the light rail trains passing by, creating a dynamic scene! The only downside is the lack of dining and shopping options near the hotel. However, you can walk 10 minutes to the nearby Jockey Club station, or take the hotel's free shuttle bus to Taipa Village or downtown Macau Peninsula for food, drinks, and entertainment.

XXiaowanshanshanI accidentally booked the wrong room type. When checking in, I asked if I could switch to a twin room, but after a thorough search, they said none were available. However, they offered a promotional upgrade to a 100-square-meter suite for less than an additional 300 RMB, which is double the size and includes an extra bed – a fantastic deal! Plus, we were able to check in around 10 AM, which was great. There's a Disney pop-up right downstairs, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied, with the only minor inconvenience being the lack of a full-length mirror in the room. Everything else was excellent!

MMarielou BaldemorWe are a family of four and stayed in this resort for 1 night. Even though the weather was a bit challenging because of the rainstorms, the resort and the service did not disappoint us. I highly recommend this place for families especially with small kids because of the great scenery and facilities. They also provided us kids amenities, and baby bath tub, a baby crib, and even bottle steriliser which is a big plus points. Although it was raining continuously during our stay, we were still able to enjoy swimming because of the indoor pool. A big thumbs to the front desk staff named Jenny who made sure that everything went smoothly From check in until check out. However, some of the staff in Cafe Panorama were a bit disappointing. during dinner and breakfast, we observed no smiling faces and slow service even though there were only a few guests which gave us the impression of unfriendliness. The food is good though, they also serve Indian cuisine which is a good diversity on their Menu. All in all, a great experience indeed.

FfishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.
