La limpieza correcta. Se le olvidaron reponer los rollos de papel y para el último día no teníamos. Las habitaciones bastante bien, el minibar enfría bastante. Para mi lo negativo es el ruido, se oye bastante desde la gente al cerrar puertas como las voces de los vecinos y las limpiadoras. El check-in …. Un desastre.. se puede estar más de una hora esperando (hay que sacar un número como si de carnicería se tratara..). A destacar a Salvador, lo mejor de recepción, gracias por tu atención y profesionalidad. El desayuno normalito sin contar con que las tortitas que dan en días alternos dejan bastante que desear (una masa medio cruda que bien parece un crepe … ). Los churros crudos por dentro, el bacon medio achicharrado…. Como punto a favor la leche de almendras. Respecto a la comida … casi siempre presa ibérica .. y poco pescado para ser tierra marinera.. bacalao, boquerones, caballa, pez espada.. La ubicación muy buena, en frente de la playa. El parking 6€/día sin techar. Hay parking público en las calles de alrededor.

Once we had negotiated the narrow streets and found the entrance to the underground carpark, we were feeling ready for a rest. The hotel itself has retained a lot of its charm as a former monastery, with antique furniture dotted around and a magnificent main staircase. The room was mercifully not overlooking the street but towards the back, so it was much quieter. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom, although a little in need of some updating, was spacious and everything worked. Breakfast was copious, served in a huge dining room. On our first morning, we were up very early as we had to get to Jerez on time, and so we were together with a large party of elderly Spanish tourists. There was an unpleasant episode with the waiter in charge of breakfast, who started shouting at me in Spanish that I h ad come in the wrong door and didn't I realise this?? It was a complete overreaction and totally unnecessary. He never really apologised and it left a nasty taste in the mouth. Generally the staff were OK, but not particularly friendly or helpful. But as we were only staying 2 nights, and were out most of the day, it wasn't a big deal. The restaurant had been closed, presumably due to the pandemic, so we went out on the 2 evening we were there, which we probably would have done in any case. I wouldn't not recommend this hotel, but it's a pity that the staff were not more accommodating .

The 3 *** hotel hall makes you have a wrong idea about the state of the rooms, since it is beautiful and looks good in general. In our case the room is old in decoration and with a very worn general condition. the room door had one of the broken hinges and closing it was an odyssey. Double bed is requested and room with two beds. It has no nice views to the rear. The curtains of the bathroom give it an aspect of neglect and the extra mirror was almost hanging and had some molten bulb, smells in the bathroom. We found the buffet breakfast good and complete enough. The staff attends correctly. Much to improve for a price of more than € 100 per room per night.

Relación calidad precio desastrosa. Habitaciones ruidosas sin insonorizar. Pedimos una habitación con cama de matrimonio y nos dijeron que sería bajo disponibilidad. Las habitaciones están muy anticuadas, los muebles, la bañera llena de bollos, la habitación con olor a humedad, la cama y la almohada incomodisima, me levanté llena de dolores. Además si lo que buscas es un spa para relajarte, sólo hay un jacuzzi, sauna, una piscina grande, con todos los botones y tornilleria para revisar, poco mantenimiento o ninguno. Se te quitan las ganas cuando lo ves. El desayuno regular en general. Más bien pobre. En resumen, no volveremos, es una pena que un hotel este en estas condiciones y además a un precio que no es bajo. No deberían de renovarle con 3 estrellas. Muy disgustada con la experiencia.

Although I already live there in the port and knew the hotel, it is one of those that is worth returning for its large apartments and facilities where, even if it was just to sleep, they do not lack a detail if you wanted to eat, make use of the pools ,...it is a large complex and in this case I stayed next to my house but the Vista Hermosa urbanization is the best place to stay in the port because you have everything: shops, supermarkets, bars and venues nocturnal Always recommended! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a good TV, proper air conditioning, a good terrace overlooking the pool... Also, although I didn't use it, in summer they have their own bus that takes you to the beach .

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí. El precio bien, el poder llevar a nuestra mascota gratis también bien, cerca de la playa de Valdelagrana genial. Lo malo en esta segunda ocasión ha sido que estando el hotel bastante desalojado dada las fechas que eran, nos pusieran en una habitación junto al lado de chavales de 18-20 años que se dedicaron durante horas a hacer mucho ruido dentro de la habitación, molestando a las de al lado. Se comunicó en recepción un par de veces y tras la segunda vez, el chico de recepción tomó medidas y se calmó la cosa. Por fin pudimos descansar bien, pero he de decir que la organización del hotel tuvo falta de previsión.

A very recommendable hostel. The situation is quite good. A 5min walk from the beach, 20 min walk from the center. Taxi to Puerto Sherry over 6-7 euros. The great deal. They were super friendly with us. They gave us all kinds of facilities and details. We felt the truth that very comfortable and grateful. Although a little old already, I was super clean and the beds for me were very comfortable. Maybe the coats if I changed them now, as well as the air conditioning that makes quite noise. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel has a small swimming pool and bar service. The rich, abundant coffee and makes it with magdalena. The hotel is a small 2-star hostel, but it is Puerto, it was a fin de agosto and we have little option.
