Stayed for two nights with my husband as part of my 50th birthday celebrations! Well restored and looked after building. Very clean, comfy and spacious with a great roof terrace. Staff were very helpful. Quiet building and street but very close to the esplanade / pier where we watched “the kids” jumping off into the sea and the amazing sunset. Cadiz is a lovely city with some lovely parks and a beautiful cathedral. It’s also small enough to walk around quite easily. We had lunch in the market, which I recommend, and cooked our own food in the evening for a change. I'd also recommend a visit to the camera obscura. Had a great stay!

A very complete hotel, with indoor and outdoor pools, free spa, entertainment (very simple), the apartments are up-to-date with all the details, they are spacious, new and clean and you have a butler service via WhatsApp that works very well. The staff very friendly. There is free parking in the area without problems. The location is close to the Santa Ana area and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel itself has a supermarket and restaurant that I did not visit. The only thing I would change is that the arrival has to be after 4:00 p.m. and the departure before 10:00 a.m., so you lose a lot of time during your stay.

Casco Antiguo
Unbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol. Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants. Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset. The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided. Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding. This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space. The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom. A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table. A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay. The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room. All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.
Los Amigos Beach Club

I had the most amazing first time stay with my 3-year-old son. I’ve travelled and stayed in hotels all over the world and I can’t speak highly enough of the los amigos beach club. Everything about it it’s just right. Especially if you are with children. My room is extremely clean very modern and well presented and looked after. Everything was working fine and even though I didn’t request to get my room cleaned I always left me fresh towels or water outside my room. The facilities are amazing and very clean and all the staff that work within the resort are extremely happy and helpful and have a great attitude which means a lot. Also is situated in a great place tucked away from all the noise and hustle and bustle but just near enough everything so it is very easy to get about and visit places... The restaurant is absolutely amazing as well and serves a beautiful breakfast as well as great lunch and dinner. Again extremely clean and well-kept and the staff are amazing and friendly and extremely helpful.. It’s one of those resorts where you just can’t wait to come back and stay another time and I know this will be somewhere that I bring my son back to every year without a doubt... it’s had so much of a massive positive impact on me! Thanks so much from for the stay

Malaga City Center
Everything was nice, there were just couple of disappointing things: 1. That’s not so simple to get into. We had to call to the support 2 times. Pin for the appointment didn’t work. You may need Wi-Fi to check in before enter, use the appointments one. 2. There was a problem with internet connection. Only once but for the whole evening. 3. Cleaning came after 9 days only. So we were out of toilet paper and clean towels.
Apartamentos Casa-Palacio Santa Pola

Old Town
The room is very new and can accommodate 4 people. We are a family of three generations with elderly children, so we set a suite. The room can see the Longda Cliff, the location is also very good, just next to the Longda New Bridge. The only bad experience was that I called the hotel and waited 30 minutes before someone picked it up. Later, people said that they sent the check-in message to the mailbox in advance, but the mailbox booked through Ctrip could not be received at all, so there was still a problem with this communication. It is recommended to contact the hotel in advance by phone. Because foreign countries use whatsapp.. This is not like a 24h hotel. We didn't see the owner at all. We all communicated with whatsapp by phone. English is not good may not be recommended.

Casco Antiguo
Satisfactory accommodation, the location is very good, in the center of the old city, just a short distance from the palace and cathedral, within walking distance, very convenient; and the apartment is quiet in the middle of the noise, there is no noise at all when the door is closed. The staff would like to give special praise and thanks. We needed to go to another place to check in, but the nice lady learned that we had arrived at the apartment with our luggage, so she ran over to deliver the keys in person and helped us check in. She was very enthusiastic Give us maps and highlight famous places. The apartment is good in all aspects, but some facilities are slightly outdated.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff did not hesitate to achieve all the necessary needs such as blankets, towels, etc. And went out of their way to accomplish me and my family’s wants. I was a little unhappy about the lack of parking near the apartments, none was provided and I had to park about 10 minutes away. The apartments are near many places I recommend you to walk to places instead of cars. Most places are about 5-20 minutes away. Me and my family had an excellent time here and did not want to leave. I have a family of 5 which is hard finding enough rooms but this place had 2 bedrooms and a foldable bed that turns into a couch which is excellent for 3 kids and 2 adults. I came during winter even though it is a “summer place” but I had a more excellent time, would I have wanted to swim yes I feel like it would be a nice experience but it’s a beautiful place. Overall I have no doubt saying this is one of the best apartments I have visited. I’m sure I will be visiting again. Again to the staff Amazing job.
Hotel Apartamentos Pyr Fuengirola

Stayed at this hotel as we thought the pictures of the pool looked nice on the photos compared to other hotels in Fuengirola. However, the pool area is one of the worst I’ve been too. Not the kind of pool you can relax at. The drinks are extremely over priced at the pool bar. There’s no drinks allowed at the side of the pool either. Usually I like to get a drink n sit with my feet in the pool. But got wrong off the life guard for having my drink too close to the pool. I travel a lot and it’s the first hotel where I’ve ever been told I can’t do this. Really bad atmosphere around the pool and dirty too so we didn’t spend much time around the pool which was a shame as we’re not really beach people. The pool was extremely disappointing, however, what made this hotel even worse was the staff. They were extremely arrogant at the pool bar and also at reception. Firstly at the pool bar we asked for a glass with some ice. OMG you would think we asked to lend some money from the till. Both the woman and especially the man are some of the most arrogant staff I have ever met. Especially after we paid €4.00 for the world’s smallest pint. Also one day I was in reception to enquire about a taxi. I but my glass of water on the counter top where the very rude and arrogant lady told me ‘this is not a bar so take your water off now’. It wouldn’t have bothered me if she asked me politely but the way she spoke to me was just so rude. I wish I had got her name. I don’t know how the hotel can get away with employing people like this. The hotel seemed to have a lot of Spanish staying in the hotel as we never heard any English staying there. I think maybe there is a bad feel towards British people as there’s no customer service what so ever. This is the first time I’ve ever been on holiday and wrote a bad review about the staff. But trust me, if you’re looking for basic customer service you would expect when on holiday, please don’t stay at this hotel.

Very good, 5 minutes walk from the central parking lot, the parking lot is also very good to find, very close to the palace, the church, and there are many restaurants around. One day, I ate in the apartment’s own restaurant. A tramp came over. The waiter in the restaurant immediately came to protect us and stood between us and the tramp. This touched me very much. You know, I have encountered a few tramps during dinner on this road. This is the only time the staff came to protect us.
