I had an absolutely incredible experience on my Kazbegi trip, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing tour guide, Zuka! From the very beginning, Zuka went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable, excited, and well taken care of. His knowledge about the region, history, and culture was truly impressive—every stop along the way became more meaningful because of the stories and insights he shared. Not only is Zuka extremely professional and organized, but he also has a warm, friendly personality that makes the whole journey even more enjoyable. He was always attentive to our needs, patient with questions, and made sure we had enough time to fully enjoy every breathtaking view Kazbegi has to offer. Driving through the mountains felt safe and smooth, and Zuka handled everything with confidence and care. Overall, we had a positive experience. The organization was a bit of a letdown, as we booked a tour with a Russian-speaking guide, but were put on a bus with an English-speaking guide. However, we were satisfied because the guide and driver were so caring and understanding, for which we are extremely grateful! The tour was interesting.

It is a long trip but is definitely worth it. Paata, our guide, and Dato our driver were amazing! Paata was very engaging and gave us plenty of information along the way, explaining all the sites and the history of Armenia. The stops offer amazing views and you have a bit of free time in Yerevan to explore. If you want to get souvenirs, you can get some at the monastery and Lake Sevan. I didn't find many souvenir shops in Yerevan (only walked past one) so might be worth to get some along the way, if you find something you like.

Everything was set up and worked without any issues in Georgia. Internet usage drains quickly; we used it mainly for navigation and shared it with friends. When using Wi-Fi, I recommend switching to it manually or configuring your phone.
