I purchased the shuttle bus tickets 24 hours before my departure, and the bus departed on time according to the schedule to connect with the high-speed train. There were several pick-up points available.
My designated pick-up location was the Moon Bay parking lot. Passengers were required to cross the road because the bus stop was located opposite the parking lot. Overall, the instructions were clear and the shuttle arrived as scheduled★

The show was outstanding! It started epically and kept up with the tension and speed throughout the whole lunch. The food varied, we were offered seafood, appetizers, desserts, fruits, etc. I don’t eat pork, so I told them that before the banquet, thus, during the banquet, the chicken was offered. I especially liked the jiu (Chinese alcohol) they offered: it was sweet and tasty. While the presentation on the screen that introduced each performance had English subtitles, the host was speaking Chinese only, so, unfortunately, we did not get most of the jokes (we assume there were jokes cause everyone laughed). Moreover, we thought our package included makeup and hairstyle, but we realized that we had hangus only. But it was okay, we were allowed to borrow their makeup and put on some ourselves.★

What a wonderful experience! I attended the 12:30 lunch sitting and it was phenomenal. The booking letter was a little nerve wracking as I wasn’t sure of the location, but managed to find the right spot. From the moment you walked in the door, staff were welcoming, receptive and supportive. I did not dress up (though am secretly envious of those that did while mutually grateful for my decision not to as it feels a lot of effort for lunch and I’m afraid with my chopstick skills I would spoil the delicate fabrics 🫣). Be sure to go early - museum time. 2nd row recommend, unless you especially want dramatic service, as 2nd row service is exceptional, with only slightly less dramatic flair than front row. The show had English language translations and was visually spectacular. I cannot speak highly enough of the skill and grace of the performers and staff. Costuming, lighting etc spectacular. Volume perhaps a little high for lunch time, but such a minor complaint. Food A+★

We left earlier than scheduled. We were planning to get off at the station, have dinner, and catch the bus, but just in case, we looked for the bus first. They said it would leave 30 minutes early. It's a shame we had to leave without dinner, but it was nice that we were able to get to our accommodations sooner. If you're taking this bus, look for it as soon as you arrive at the station! Otherwise, you might miss it. The attached photo shows that there were a lot of buses there, so it wasn't hard to find. They were also very responsive to my questions, which was a huge help in preparing for my trip.
