I have stayed 3 nights in Villa Seville. I like design and atmosphere of the place, you feel your self inside, like you are really in Spain. Staff was very helpful and friendly, I rent motorbike from reception for few days to explore are. Location is good, close to everything, and walkable distance from train station. And extra 5* for jacuzzi in bathroom, I have spent almost every evening in a bath with glass of vine 🍷🥂🍸

The location is just perfect for people who want to stay in a very peaceful and safe environment , it's 3km away from the beach area. You can always book a ride if you wanted to visit the beach though. The owner is one phone call away. She speaks English so it was easy to communicate with her. She was also very accommodating and was generous to give in to our requests. The place is nice , a bit of repainting will make it even nicer but overall, it was something we wanted.

The place looks better than in the photos. Spacious living room and the beds are comfortable but pillows are very soft and if you sleep on high and firm pillow like we do, then bring your own. It’s far from hua hin town so you will definitely need a car to get anywhere. The house is of modern design and is still new and clean. The only one flaw we truly don’t like about this villa is that the tiny bathrooms have no shower curtain that the whole room gets wet when you shower.

Wonderful Stay at Saai Resort! Our big family loved our stay at Saai Resort in the Family Luxury Villa. The villa was spacious, clean, and perfect for us. The resort itself is beautiful, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Very good and comfortable apartment! I come with my family with 8 members live together in Memee house, we feel very happy everyday, house very big and clean, everyday has cleaner to clean the house. Memee is a very nice and kind host. Always assist us for stay.  We will book Memee house again:)

The villa is clean and new, location a bit far away from Huahin night market but it is fine. Unfortunately there is no hot water in one building (ie. 4 rooms) and it is really not good especially with kids and the elderly. They should check carefully and fix it before our stay.

Overall good, but the location is not very convenient ,  the nearest 7– 11 have to drive , if there is almost no car, it is not recommended to stay in this hotel, almost isolated from the world
