The hotel location is very good, beachfront and flanked by two 5-stars properties. The room (we had one on the beach side) was alright. The air con was on when we checked in, which was nice in a hot afternoon. There were some mosquitoes, which could have sneaked in while we opened the door. The downside came at night when we discovered there was no hot water in the shower. We tried every way but no hot water through our stay. As it was only one night, we didn’t inform the hotel. Breakfast, there was not much on display, but the breakfast room is well located by the sea. The hotel has a big garden and the surrounding area is nice and quiet. This place does have the potential but room renovation is needed. Service and staff were alright.

A very satisfying experience, what we liked the most was the slide in the swimming pool and the poolside billiards. We all had a great time. The overall feeling was very clean, and the kitchen facilities were also well-equipped. The host was very thoughtful, as they had prepared some cakes in the refrigerator for us as a snack before we arrived, and the next day they also brought us fruits and distilled water. The most considerate thing was that the host helped arrange a massage therapist to come to the villa for a massage, and it was really good, and the price was cheap. Although the location is not in the city center, it only takes 15 to 20 minutes by car, and there is a beach within a 10-minute walk. If you don't drive, calling a car is also very convenient, so I don't think the location is a big problem. We unanimously recommend it to our friends around us!

The trip to Hua Hin opened a happy year for us in 2025, and it is the best destination to embrace the Thailand Sunshine Beach and seafood cuisine. The small villa has a large family to live in, satisfying the children's desire to return to the pool in winter, and the family's seafood BBQ in the evening is no more pleasant. Friends who like quiet can't miss this preferred accommodation for quiet in the middle of noisy. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. You can drive to Hua Hin Beach in more than 10 minutes. You will come back next time you come to Hua Hin.

I must say that the house is very beautiful. Complete equipment including bowls, spoons, ice buckets, towels, and inflatable rings. It is considered very well done. The Pool Villa Baan Hom is very clean. But when I found two cameras at the swimming pool, I thought it was a violation of personal rights. How do we know that it won't be recorded and put on the internet? This should be a personal area. There shouldn't be any cameras. If you didn't see that there was a sticker on it, you probably wouldn't see that there was a camera. It's good that I and my friends didn't go swimming. Otherwise there may be dissatisfaction.
