The location is located in the forest but there's no light surrounding during night . There are 3 pet dogs who live nearby (one of them is friendly). During winters the place is almost empty. Best for solo or couple travels. Sauna in winter is a must try. Overall the room needs a little repairing but it's not that noticable. The rooms are pretty large and provide all amenities. Each room is calm a provides a retreat for a peaceful vacation. The Breakfast lady is nice and hospitable. Breakfast included milk, croissant , a pastry an egg and a bowl of wontons. All snacks and fruits provided in room are complimentary. Overall a nice place for short weekend trip. In morning one can have a morning walk around forest or bike ( during winters the bike become a bit rusty though). The place also provides Kayaking in the nearby lake for 100 RMB / 3 hrs . It's best to enjoy kayaking in summers. Will visit here again. Also the place doesn't provide dinner but there are 2 nearby places providing good food. Make sure to take a torch along the way to restaurants at night as it gets quite dark.

Going to the pool, the children are very happy! The sanitation is very clean, the twin room is wide enough, the room is large! Stayed directly for 2 nights, a bit far from Disney, but it doesn't matter, because there is a shuttle bus that is very convenient to pick up and drop off early! Families with children must rent a stroller, otherwise they will be too tired to visit Disney! The stroller I rented in the hotel is also cheap! Butler service is also very good! We contacted us in advance before we checked in the hotel, and built a special WeChat group to communicate, making people feel at home! A little problem is that the sound insulation is not very good, others are very satisfied!

It’s really good, the service is also very good, there is round-trip pick-up, and the breakfast is also suitable for the elderly at home, which is simple and light. The room is very clean and the room type is also very good. My mother is very satisfied. Compared with the express hotels in the city, the space is really much larger. The boss is also very nice. He helped with the luggage and told us some precautions about Disneyland. There is a small market around the homestay, which can be reached by walking straight. The boss also provides a kitchen for us to use, which is very friendly for the elderly and children who are not used to takeout and meals in restaurants outside. Because my mother eats very light food, she is really satisfied if she can cook it herself. The air and environment are very good, there are large tracts of farmland. My daughter likes the swings here very much. There is also a projection in the living room. There are two shy kittens in the room. We stayed for two nights and were really satisfied. Although it drizzled on the day we went to Disneyland, it was wet and cold, but we had fun. If I have the opportunity to come to Disneyland next time, I will stay at his house again. I strongly recommend it. The key price is really beautiful

Located in the heart of Shanghai's historic Juxingchang area, the former guesthouse of Air Force Unit 4 holds an unmissable and pivotal position in modern Chinese history. To be honest, I was initially hesitant; I had originally booked the Yan'an Hotel, but was persuaded by the travel agency to switch to this place. On the eve of the 24th anniversary of '913' (September 13th), I was in the attic room here, rushing to meet my school deadlines. On the evening of September 13th, Shanghai was hit by a heavy downpour. My family and I were having dinner at the adjacent Xi Family Garden. We borrowed two umbrellas from Manager Zhang at the front desk, one of his own and one from a colleague. I'm truly grateful for this trust, and also want to thank Manager Zhang for his thoughtful service over the past two days.

First, the transportation is convenient. It's very close to the Chuansha subway station, and there's a shuttle service to Disneyland, making it very convenient to get around. Secondly, breakfast is provided daily. My daughter, who doesn't like greasy food in the morning, surprisingly enjoyed the hotel's light porridge, side dishes, and eggs. I'm not a fan of steamed buns, so ordering takeout or eating out is also very convenient. Evening rides on the owner's electric scooter are also quite nice. The environment is very quiet, just a ten-minute drive from Disneyland. The surroundings are very peaceful, a nice contrast to the high-rise buildings in the city. Finally, the service is very nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful in planning itineraries. I originally booked for two days, but couldn't get a ticket home, so I booked three more days. However, I didn't stay for the last two days before returning home, so the owner graciously refunded the remaining two days' fee. Overall, it's a great value.

The B&B environment is great! It's clean and tidy!! The lady at the front desk is super nice!! She actively helped us with any issues we had 🥹 We felt very comfortable and at ease during our two-day stay here~ I really recommend staying here, it's also very close to Disneyland, and the B&B even offers a shuttle service~ Next time I come to Shanghai, I'll definitely choose this place again!

An experience that far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is in a great location, right near Wukang Mansion and just a few hundred meters from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Metro Station. The only minor inconvenience was the pebbled path leading to the entrance, which made it a bit tricky to roll luggage. However, the overall old house environment was charming, and there are coffee shops and restaurants conveniently located nearby. The best part was the exceptional service. The day I arrived, the weather had turned cold, and as soon as I entered, the front desk staff handed me a warm bottle of water to warm my hands. All the services were incredibly thoughtful. It felt like a hybrid between a B&B and a hotel – more personal than a hotel, but more standardized than a B&B. The hotel room itself was neither good nor bad. Being an old house, it naturally had a slightly aged feel, but I found it acceptable, and the value for money was excellent. The pillows were very comfortable, and the toiletries smelled wonderful, like a branded product – a pleasant surprise overall.

整體體驗都。。。。。。 還不錯。離迪士尼很近，老闆分享了很多攻略替我節省了不少時間。停車也很方便。 空間：兩室房在別墅二樓，走廊部分相當於是個開放的客廳，這個倒是和我之前預期不太一樣。不過當然沒其他客人，就還很自在。其中一間房超級大，暗門內還有個書房，哈利波特主題裝飾還有cos服裝，帶了小孩的應該超級開心。 設施：房間內設施齊全，還有洗衣機，很方便。洗漱用品也一應俱全。洗澡水也很舒服，帶浴缸的也配有浴缸袋。 衞生：畢竟是民宿，會有點蚊子小飛蟲，開了空調後倒沒有影響。但是感覺到請的保潔阿姨清理工作有些沒做到位，有些漏放牙刷杯子鞋子的情況，其中一間房還有前面客人喝完的礦泉水瓶沒扔。這點需要多叮囑下了。

The hotel's arranged Disney shuttle service was incredibly convenient, making our trip much smoother. However, if you need your room cleaned or towels replaced, you have to inform the staff daily. Environment: Unlike downtown Shanghai, this place is extremely peaceful and lush with greenery, making it a wonderful spot.
