I loved this hotel. It is well designed and the staff were very friendly and willing to help. They have a dedicated wechat that you can contact for help during anytime if the day. It was easy to find, not far from the ferry pier and they sent be directions a day before arriving. The hotel was also near to a beach. The breakfast was fully vegetarian and it was absolutely delicious and well presented . The room itself was a little small, and the only issue was the shower was in the middle between the basin and the toilet. However there was an issue with my first room and they upgraded me to a better room. This room was bigger and the shower was bigger and also not in the middle. The room was clean and they provide free drinks . Due to the covid outbreak in Xiamen I was due to stay here six days but only ended up staying 2 nights as I needed to leave Xiamen . The hotel was kind enough to fully refund me the 4 nights I had booked and this was a major plus on their side. On check out they gave me some water while I was waiting and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this hotel .

Qian Mansion is a unique hotel in a beautiful colonial mansion. It's rare to stay in such a special building in an authentic neighbourhood among narrow alleyways. I hope I get a chance to stay there again. The location is also convenient, close to the waterfront, metro and pedestrian streets where there are many food choices. A truly wonderful choice for your stay in Xiamen. The room was basic and comfortable. The staff get 10 stars. They are so kind and helpful. I really appreciate how they helped me considering my Mandarin is poor and I can't read Chinese. I saw how nice they were to other guests as well. My only problem was that there was 2 days of a film crew filming a television commercial. Guests could have been warned that they wouldn't be able to use the full hotel and perhaps received a discount for inconvenience. They took up most of the common spaces in the building and guests couldn't enjoy all the beautiful spaces. Men from the crew were constantly spitting. Spitting on the ground shouldn't happen within a hotel.

It is a Western-style building from the Republic of China period, and it is said to have been a filming location for movies in the past. One of the things to see in Gulangyu is the architecture, but if you want to experience staying there, I highly recommend this place. As you can see from the photos, all the facilities are good, and they also provide fruit and drinks. This is a place I would like to stay again next time.

My parents are 70 years old. They came to Wuyi Mountain for a trip. After a long time of searching online, they booked this homestay. My parents were very satisfied and said that if homestays could be rated as stars, this one would definitely be five-star. When we came out of Wuyi Mountain North Station, the business car of the homestay picked us up at the station. After arriving at the homestay, the boss warmly received us and took very good care of the two elderly people. Thank you boss. In addition, the hardware facilities of this homestay are also great. It is very comfortable to sit in the courtyard and drink tea. The food is also delicious. I wish the boss a prosperous business!

Very nice place to stay if you look for holidays at the beach which is very long, nice and clean. Just 5 min by walk. The hotel itself is very modern and clean, rooms are tidy and very clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast Chinese style is simple but delicious. The stuff is kind and helpful. No problems with foreigner’s check-in. Would like to come here once again. Will definitely recommend it to my friends

The hotel is near Neicuoao Pier, 1 minute away, very convenient. There is a beach about 5 minutes away, and the Academy of Fine Arts is behind the hotel. The environment is very quiet and suitable for a slow life. The beautiful sister in the store received us patiently and thoughtfully. The room arranged has a projector. It feels great to watch a movie with the family and enjoy the sea breeze at night.

The first time I came to Gulangyu, I found a very good homestay. The facilities are very complete, the room is very clean, and it is very comfortable to stay. It is a courtyard-style villa with a lot of green plants. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. I said I wanted to change the room, and she took me to see several rooms. In the end, I chose a room with a balcony. She was very patient. I will come to this homestay again next time!

The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The location is very good, just next to the Sangu Scenic Area, about 1.2 kilometers away from the sightseeing bus Wuyi Palace transfer station, very close. Next to it is the Chongyang Creek Trail, and opposite is the Dawang Peak Scenic Area. There are food streets and supermarkets around 300 meters from the B&B, which is very convenient. The delicious food around is basically within two or three kilometers. The hotel facilities are very good and the hygiene is very timely.
