The rooms are a good standard, good size, very well maintained, and clean, but the customer service experience is a little random. We specifically booked a twin, as the booking App clearly offered double, or twin options, for myself and business partner, and were given a double as we checked in. They insisted this was all they had, until I clarified that we were leaving, and then they gave the twin that we had booked. When we extended to stay an extra 2 nights, they insisted they must move us to 2 connecting double rooms, costing double, as the twin was not available for the extra nights, but after sleeping one night I noticed my bed was actually 2 singles pushed together and made up as a double, so we did not need the second room at all, they had lied about the availability to make us pay for 2 rooms, instead of 1. They also chain a gate across the scooter park at midnight, so you have to climb over the side gate to wake the security guy to unlock it, but the island seems very safe, scooters are left everywhere else, so it's just inconvenient.
