Öncelikle tesis yerlilerin yaşadığı bir mahallede ve işlek olmayan bir sokakta, bu nedenle araba sesinden, gürültüden uzaksınız. 4 adet ev mevcut ve resepsiyon da var. 4 numaralı ev hemen resepsiyonun yanında ve girişte. Etrafındaki çitler vesilesiyle dışarıdan görünmüyorsunuz ama, 1, 2 ve 3 numaralı evler arka sırada yer aldığından mahremiyeti daha yüksek. Bahçeden manzaranız karşıdaki yemyeşil dağlar. Havuz gerçekten sıcak ve tertemiz. Biz biraz tereddütlüydük ama 10 aylık bebeğimizi bile gönül rahatlığıyla soktuk. Kullanmadığınızda üstü kapanıyor ve böylelikle su temiz kalıyor. Evde sineklik yok ama ihtiyaç da görmedim; ki sinek böcek fobisi olan bir insanımdır. O kadar bahçe ve yeşilliğe gerçekten sinek bile oldukça azdı. Odada mutfakta 4 adet tabak, 1 meyve bıçağı, çatal kaşık, çaydanlık ve su bardağı vardı. Kadeh rica ettik getirdiler. Mutfakta 2 gözlü elektrikli bir ocak da mevcut. Banyodaki saç kurutma makinesi klasik mıymıy otel makinelerinden değil güçlü ve hızlı kurutuyor. Tek hoşlanmadığımız yatağa serdikleri su geçirmez alezdi, gece döndükçe hışırdadı. Ek olarak bebekli gidiyorsanız yatağın bulunduğu üst kısımda bebek yatağı (park yatak) koyabileceğiniz bir yer yok bu nedenle biz gece in çık yapmamak adına bebeği yanımıza aldık. Akşam mangalımızı yakıp getirdiler, dışarıdan aldığımız etleri pişirdik. Sofrayı kurarken ne eksiğimiz olduysa sağolsun ikiletmeden anında getirdiler. Hizmet gerçekten üst noktada. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü, kendinizi evinizde gibi hissettiriyorlar. Burada belirtmek istediğim nokta biz mangalı yakarken bahçe kedi doldu, kedi korkusu olanlar tedirgin olabilir çünkü bahçemizden tüm akşam kedi eksik olmadı. Hatta bir ara yediyi buldu sayıları. Sabahki kahvaltıya gelecek olursak tüm ürünler kaliteliydi. Sıcak olarak mıhlama, omlet, sucuk tava, pişi, patates kızartması (ev patatesi) vardı, daha ne olsun. Ayıca kışın gidiyorsanız evdeki sobayı yakın ve ekmeklerinizi sobada kızartın çok nostaljik. Haftasonu için pahalı sayılabilecek bir kaçamak olabilir ama aldığınız hizmete ve geçirdiğiniz güzel anlara kesinlikle değiyor.

Sakinlik ve huzurun yanında temiz ve modern bir ortam arıyorsanız kesinlikle Sapanca Alfa Suites’ e gidin. Geçtiğimiz hafta üç kız arkadaş deneyimledik ve döndüğümüzden beri tavsiye etmediğimiz kalmadı neredeyse. Otelden ayrılmak, Sapanca’ yı gezmek dahi istemedik o derece beğendik. Merkezde olup da otoparka girdiğiniz andan itibaren şehir görüntüsünden soyutlandığınız, büyük ve kalabalık tek bir binadaki bir otel odasında olmaktansa odadan verandaya çıkıp sessiz sakin çayınızı kahvenizi içtiğinizi düşünün.. Mini villalara ve otele ait fotoğraflar zaten mevcut, yazmaya gerek yok muhteşem, ama tüm bu güzelliklerin yanında personeli inanılmaz güler yüzlü, alakalı ve saygılı. Resepsiyonda daha gitmeden iletişime geçtiğimde yardımcı olan Talha Bey, vale Fatih Bey, Engin Bey, isimlerini bilmediğim renkli gözlü iki bey vardı onlar, oda temizlik servisine bakan bayanlar, çay saati ve kahvaltı servisindeki bay bayan arkadaşlar hepsini özellikle yazmak ve teşekkür etmek istedim. Çok fazla gezen biri olmama rağmen hiç bir yer için yorum yapmamıştım fakat Alfa Suites için yazmadan geçemedim. En yakın zamanda fırsat yaratıp eşim ve çocuklarımla ve ailemle ve diğer arkadaşlarımla tekrar tekrar gideceğim.. :)

The hotel was very good, the staff's gentleness was very good. Spa and massage were very good. There were massors who did their jobs well from the baleine. The rooms were cleaned every day. We stayed in winter and we didn't use the Aqua park but it looked beautiful. We were happy. We want to come back in summer ☺️

You understand that you come to a pleasant place from the moment you enter the reception. All the employees in the company are very concerned with the hygiene, order and services they have provided in the rooms for your satisfaction. Because of the very close path of Sapanca, the city's very short distance, you are close to the city's life and when you want it. The only problem is the dogs and cats that cannot be controlled in the plant. If you don't take care of the food you put on the table for dinner, then all the food you put on the table can be renewed by cats when you leave the table for 2 minutes. You can't enjoy the hot pool too warm for a long time.

DONT STAY HERE!!!! This is the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We booked for 2 nights staying the first one and could stay the second one even though they did not refund the second night but we decided to check out and moved into another hotel. Unfortunately we stayed here based on trip advisor traveler choice 2023 rating, but we were so disappointed, the below summaries our experience: 1) The hotel is very outdated and need renovations from A to Z. This includes the rooms, restaurants, reception 2) The hotel have a weird smill of uncleanness (dusty and smoky) 3) There is no liveliness in the hotel, no music in the lobby or restaurant, no staff to provide you with services on the lake or at the pool. You are totally on your own. Even if you find a staff they dont know anything about costumer services. 4) You can hear the squeaky sound of the revolving door, the noisy sound of the bread toaster. And the room AC is very noisy. With hotel price online and trip advisor rating you get deceived that this is going to be a wonderful hotel but its definitely NOT.
