The Windsor Hotel Toya Resort & Spa Hokkaido

The most intuitive feeling is that the outdoor environment is very good. If it is a clear day, you can directly see Lake Toya and the scenery below the mountain. It is very comfortable. The interior decoration feels quite good, especially when there is no fog. The scenery outside the hotel is amazing, but the hotel The bus timetable (pictured above) is really too few and there are no buses after 19 o'clock. If you take JR to Toya Station, first check the JR timetable, and then check which hotel bus you want to take. The picture shows the hotel bus timetable. If you miss the last hotel bus, contact the hotel and ask the hotel to contact you. Taxi🚕, but you have to pay for the taxi yourself, which is about 7000-8000 yen. I personally think it is quite expensive. It takes 30 minutes to go to the hotel by taxi. It’s difficult to hail a taxi at Toya Station in the wild mountains! I was in such a hurry that I didn’t have time to take pictures of the indoor environment! If you are not in a hurry, it is quite comfortable to stay in the hotel for two nights!
Toyako Manseikaku Hotel Lakeside Terrace

Felt that the hotel was overrated and over-priced, though dinner and breakfast were provided. Room amenities are limited. Furniture was rather old. You need to book a time slot for dinner. We checked-in at about 4pm ++, and we were left with the last slot, and got to eat fast to be in time to watch the fireworks. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Be early for breakfast as there is no reservation. The amenities in the Onsen were good. You just need to bring your towel. Body wash, shampoo, lotion, body milk etc are available for use. Combs are sterilized before use.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the hotel team was met with genuine kindness and a willingness to assist. The attention to detail that the staff exhibited was truly remarkable. Our room was always impeccably cleaned and beautifully presented, making us feel like we were stepping into a sanctuary each time we returned. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their diligence and dedication in maintaining such high standards. We were also thoroughly impressed with the outstanding dining experiences at the hotel. The chefs' culinary skills and the waitstaff's attentiveness created an exquisite dining atmosphere. Each meal was a delight to our taste buds, and we appreciate the effort that went into crafting such memorable gastronomic moments. Beyond the physical aspects, what truly sets your hotel apart is the genuine care and personal touch that your staff provided. It was my first time in Niseko, but thanks to the information about the ski resorts, I was able to enjoy it without any major mistakes. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. The water area was shared, but it was clean. The food tasted good and it seemed to be prepared with great care.
Niseko White Villas I

This place is really beautiful. The single-family villa is really comfortable compared to other hotels in Niseko. The kitchen utensils are very complete. I bought seafood and meat and cooked my own food in the evening. The pick-up and drop-off appointments we made with the housekeeper were all on time and very polite. The heater in the room is really warm. I want to know what brand it is 🤣 When I woke up in the morning, it was covered with powdery snow. It was really beautiful. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Annupuri. The Annupuri ski resort is also good, suitable for novices, and also has advanced trails.
