The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Unfortunately, the structure is very negligible, I booked 2 double rooms and the following applies to both rooms: wind airing bathroom not working, strong smell of wet throughout the room, Bathroom door box with wooden wood because of the closeness to the shower. I gave the living to a couple of friends who traveled with me, we still sleeped well, but the figure is not the same as it made this structure a couple of years ago.

Hotel a tre stelle, le merita tutte se non di più! Quello che mi ha colpito è stata innanzitutto la pulizia della stanza al nostro arrivo, ma anche le pulizie fatte, ritornavamo in stanza con tutto ciò che avevamo lasciato in disordine ordinato, cappotti appesi nell’attaccapanni, ecc.... colazione buona, personale super gentile, il ragazzo al nostro rientro dalla giornata in montagna ci ha portato la tisana in stanza! Unica pecca: avevamo la colazione inclusa ma l ultimo giorno non l abbiamo fatta, beh al check out volevamo prendere 2 caffè e ce li hanno fatti pagare, avrebbero potuto abbuonarli dato che nemmeno avevamo fatto colazione, ma vabbè non ci avrà pensato la signora! Comunque nel complesso lo consiglio per chi vuole fare una sciata ai piani di Bobbio e alloggiare in zona

I went to Italy with my family in July and our second stop was Lake Como. We stayed at Hotel Lago di como and my first impressions were just ok. First, it was hard to find it wouldn't register in our GPS and when called the hotel for more clarification on where it was we couldn't understand the person on the line because there was slight language barrier, but we eventually firgured it out we just picked a spot close to the hotel and eventually we found it. At first I didnt really like the area where it was it didn't seem i guess friendly, but I quickly changed my mind once I saw the lake which was close by the hotel. The hotel itself is on a bit of a hill, and there isn't much in the way of parking (you have to search for a spot) which can be out of the way. With all that said I have to say this hotel is one of my favourites. The staff is nice and really helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, and great view. The bathroom is nice I enjoyed the high pressure shower and hot water. Good service. Overall lots of room and comfortable.The bed was comfortable no complaints. And once you wonder around the area you quickly see that its nice, friendly, and a clean place. There is also a restuarant attached we dined there once and they actually had really good food. I loved the breakfast, good selection. So, overall this was definitley a good hotel and spot to visit in Lake Como,and I would stay there again.

It's a bit inconvenient to access without a car. For foreigners, it seems a little difficult to access by public transportation. Other than that, it's great in every way. The scenery was so good and the front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and the staff served breakfast was friendly. I would like to stay here and heal if I have another chance next time.

Modern hotel on hillside overlooking lake with amazing views from rooms and restaurant areas. Rooms are quite large and baths are adequate if uninspired. Housekeeping and maintenance in general could be improved. Housekeeping would only provide one small roll of toilet paper per day although helpful front desk would provide more if you ask. Stained carpets in hallways, missed dust throughout the hotel and bugs in the rooms. AC failed the second day but was fixed quickly. Dinner in hotel was excellent. Nice breakfast buffet although eggs were ice cold the first day and juices seem to be watered down. Stay for the view if you are willing to overlook a few things.
