I am giving a rating of 1 only because there is no zero rating. I had to stay there for a night on an official visit and really regretted the decision. It felt like a lodge with nice bathroom fittings. Other that the new taps, nothing was nice about the place. The towels looked as if they had been snatched out of a donkey's mouth. The sheets looked brown as if washed in gutter water. I was scared of getting some disease just by staying the night. The room was so tiny that I felt suffocated and kept the door open all night! There were no windows. Since the room was on the 27th floor, I expected great views and breeze, but instead got four damp walls! Breakfast was included, and it was a unique experience all by itself! the 25th floor is the refuge area, and in that they have placed a few tables and chairs as a ”restaurant”. The servers had no clue when the breakfast will start and what the menu was. There were no fans since it was the refuge area and they opened the sliding doors for air! All kinds of building and fire violations were happening. The lift on that floor could not be called from outside, so I walked down to 25th floor and then brought the lift up. Had to do the same with my luggage while checking out. No one around to ask or guide. Intercom was not working. The staircase had ”servants toilets” which were unimaginably dirty and piled with garbage. Thankfully I only had to spend 8 hours in the place and checked out as soon as I could. To think that my company paid 4000 for this!

The hotel is good, it is a very young hotel. It is much better than other hotels in Navi-Mumbai. The problem was that the breakfast was booked but the hotel did not check it and received the breakfast fee. Ctrip later solved it.

Hotel atmosphere, complete facilities, good room type! It's too humid, you can check the dehumidification system!

It takes about 50 minutes from the airport, so it's far, but the room service is good and the quantity is good. There aren't many things outside, so I have to go to Yu-Babul.

Very well kept rooms. Spacious and clean bathrooms. Pure veg food and it is excellent. Worth every penny spent here. Special mention of the staff, they’re courteous and very polite. The staff deserves an applause for keeping this hotel one of the best in thane.

Room cleaning is the best in these hotel, My room number is 501, I stays here for a week, every day is the best for me, Mayur from housekeeping plays a good role, he truly an important asset to the company. Mr. Rohit Nirmal, who is the laundry head provide the best service, truly hard working person. Special thanks to Mayur... Surely visit again here...

this is the 4th time i’m staying at this hoteland it was wonderful experience as always. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants downside. within walking distance. All staffs are friendly and helpful in nature specially Ritika who has helped us out with smooth checkin and checkout. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was very pleasant. We just moved here from the States and the hotel staff was very helpful with our adjustment to life here in India. The facilities were always very clean as well. We would definitely stay here again!!
