A very nice apartment and lovely staff! Granted us early checkin the day before arrival and just overall accommodating. Staff were easy enough to contact about any problems, having travelled with prams it was easy enough to manoeuvre them up and down the stairs to the room on first floor. A lovely and clean apartment fitted with refreshments and smart tvs in each room. The sofa bed was very comfortable as were all the others. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone, very family friendly setting! With a park across the road, an arcade just 5 minutes and the tram stop just outside with a little cafe it was the perfect location especially with young children

Came here with my 3 children was greeted by colin at the door, very welcoming and friendly. The room was fabulous we stayed in room 1 family room, 2 bunk beds,” and a leather reclining sofa which included free WIFI and SKY and NETFLIX. Into the second room was the bathroom, kettle and supplys, microwave and fridge. Bed was incredibley comfy to say the least, very clean rooms didnt have one complaint would definitely refurn again.

I stayed here for two nights, one of which was for the late night fireworks event at the Pleasure Beach. Fantastic accommodation, family run, great value for money and especially at a time when the major hotel chains are continuing to increase their presence in Blackpool. They're here to serve those who can't afford to pay the high prices to stay for more than one night at a branded hotel here. Everything you want is in your room without needing to ask and there's plenty to choose from at breakfast. The Pleasure Beach is about a 10 minute walk from this hotel and the tram stop is right across the road. Highly recommended for those wanting a short break in Blackpool.

Having read many reviews on this hotel pleasantly surprised how nice it was Kyle was very nice upon arrival explained everything about the hotel, parking is round the back we had a small car so easy to manage £9 to park overnight just as cheap as local car parks, we stayed in room 8 on the top floor everything you need for a nights stay we did notice only 2 plug sockets but there is an extension lead in the draw bathroom small but for a quick shower ok, tea coffee ect Probably the best hotel we have stayed in Blackpool and would go again Local to all shops and beach front

Weather was cold but room was warm .Left alone to *** and go as i need not having to greet owner every morning and afternoon . Self service kitchenet was a great idea with coffee machine toasters and microweavy ,thanks Nigela.all in all enjoyed my stay and will stay again if a single room is available.🤠😎

Thank you to all the staff you made mine and my friends few days away the best. The staff are amazing so friendly. The food superb. Our room was a bit on the small side but had everything we needed and a sea view. I never normally go to the entertainment but so glad i did i laughed so much and it was singers that were on. I have had a horrible 7 months and this little break as helped me so much. Defo going to go back.All our love Sue and Carol room 400
