The rooms are clean and the housekeepers will greet guests when they meet them. The reception staff in the restaurant are very gentle and will ask if they are satisfied with the meal. The King size bed and pillows in our room were very comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. The sofa in the room was also very comfortable, and snacks and drinks were provided. It's a pity that the mirror is dirty and the sound insulation is slightly poor. It is better to have the bathtub and shower in the same place, because the two facilities in the room we stayed in were separated, so the floor became very wet. There was no step to isolate the bathroom, and the water on the floor easily overflowed outside the bathroom. What impressed me most was the free handicraft activities for tenants. The handicraft staff were very nice and they had a great time. The finished products were beautiful and a wonderful memory. The board game room and gym were both very good. If I had enough time, I would definitely do it. I want to give it a try. In addition, the breakfast is very delicious. It has a lot of variety, including Chinese and Western styles. Among them, the freshly cooked danzi noodles are delicious! Recommend one! Overall, the CP value of my stay is high and I am very satisfied.

This should be my third time staying at Zhiben Laoye. The high-quality hot springs, rich natural ecological environment, and high-level services here are the reasons why we chose to spend the New Year here this time. We even watched a flying squirrel fly from the mountain into the tree next to the venue during the New Year's Eve party and stay there for a long time. In the lottery of the New Year's Eve party, the prizes ranged from the most luxurious master suite to the general double room prizes, and the prizes appeared at least 3 or 4 times. This is a very sincere prize arrangement. But there were two regrettable things that happened during this trip. First of all, when we checked in, maybe because of the New Year holiday, the housekeeping staff were overburdened and made some mistakes in cleaning the rooms. When we checked in, there were obvious stains on the sheets in one room. In another bathroom, the bath towels in the drawer where large bath towels are placed are scattered, and there is obvious dust on the bottom of the drawer. Another drawer had remnants of long hair. Although after contacting the housekeeping staff, they immediately apologized and replaced the room, but it was always a bit surprising. The biggest problem occurred in the afternoon of the second day after we checked in. There were five of us except me, who did not go to the swimming pool because of a wound on my hand. The other four people went to the outdoor pool to swim, and all four people came into contact with the floating board. That night, small, itchy red spots began to appear on the area where the float was in contact. The number and severity became more severe the longer the float was used, and it even affected sleep. But I, who did not go to play in the water, was not affected. After checking out and returning home the next day, I was still extremely itchy. I plan to seek medical treatment after get off work today. This is the biggest regret of this trip.

The room is large, clean, and quiet. It faces the hotel swimming pool and has separate wet and dry toilets. However, the pillows are a little soft, but everything else is ideal. The hotel has many parking spaces and self-pay laundry and dryers. Breakfast is ideal but not very suitable for Hong Kong people's taste! The location of the hotel is quite remote and there are no shops nearby. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to 7-11.

It was a great experience. The popcorn was provided for free. The children enjoyed their meal very happily. We forgot that disposable supplies were no longer provided. The lady at the counter was still very enthusiastic and brought us the supplies without having to pay. Thank you very much. There were not many breakfast items. But it was no problem to eat. This time, the two children were not feeling well and did not have to eat inside. The front desk staff was very considerate and gave us lunch boxes to take back to the room for the children to eat. Thank you very much! The bed is moderately soft and hard, and it is very easy to sleep. The room There is a hot spring inside where you can take a dip without having to go to the public pool. It is also very comfortable to go with everyone. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The room is clean and has a square layout. The bathroom is appropriately spaced and has a shower curtain. The room is locked with a digital code for entry and exit, which is quite safe. It is very close to Tiehua Village and can be reached by walking.

Although it is an old 5-star, the environment is really good. Especially during the National Day holiday, we can book a room for 4 people for more than 3,000 yuan, which is probably unprecedented in Taiwan. There are also hot springs to wash in, and the bathtub in the room can only accommodate 2 people. But the hot spring pool upstairs is very large, perfect for 3.5 friends to take a bath together. There are also several types of welcome drinks, all of which are delicious.

Although the room is small, it is well-equipped~ The bed and pillows are very good for falling asleep. I really like the atrium square where I wake up in the morning. The green plants planted perfectly combine with the leisurely atmosphere of Taitung~
