Really enjoyed staying at the city bay hotel. The staff were so lovely and really helpful. The room is simple and clean, everything you need for a few nights stay. I would recommend if you want to explore the whole area to hire a motorbike because getting around/finding taxis is quite difficult without. Would recommend this hotel!

Best Hotel ♥ Low prices, very friendly staff and great location! The rooms are in good condition and fully equipped. The hotel is located directly opposite Sunworld, with easy access to restaurants and amusement parks. It is especially nice to have a balcony. The breakfast is varied and the food is delicious. This hotel sells beer, which is the cheapest (15,000 buildings) compared to the surrounding restaurant market! The staff is so friendly and helpful. However, I am sorry for not cleaning the room.

Customer service awful! Staff not friendly or helpful. Couldn’t even book transport from the hotel. Big hotel but was empty as they said they had a big conference coming. This was all they cared about. Would not recommend and left 3 days early (which they still charged for!)

호텔 위치도 좋고 깨끗하고 특히 사장님과 직원분의 친절함에 너무 편하고 불편함없이 감사드립니다. 특히 사장님의 버스터미널까지 직접 함께 와주셔서 사파까지 가는 버스예약과 불편함없이 제가 이동할수 있게 해주신데에 너무너무 감사드립니다. 다음해에 가죽과 함께 올때도 다시 볼수 있기를 바랍니다. 행복하시기를~~.
