The sea is incredible! The beach is also incredible! The breakfast is good. They were allowed to leave in the evening instead of 12:00. Airport transfer is free. We flew in at night. They met us. The beds are good, the linen is clean. Sun beds, mattresses, umbrellas, kayaks are free. there are small disadvantages, but they are so insignificant that I do not even want to talk about them. Far from the city, from markets, from shops and cafes, from the port. The hotel can take a bike. And to solve all problems with remoteness with its help. Near the hotel there is a place with a beautiful underwater world. We really liked everything. Let's come back again. We recommend those people for whom it is important to have a good sea, a good beach.

I booked this hotel due to its affordable price and went there to stay for 5 days, stay was amazing and clean bed was comfortable and air conditioning was on point on top of that there was an extra ceiling fan above the bed, tv was huge and had smart tv spent amazing nights watching some of my favorite tv shows, the location of the hotel was great but far away from most activities, there was alot of noise from the street in the late night due to people putting music in the street, also due to its location there was alot of noise from wonderlands it self, recommend this place alot

The staff and the services are of good quality. The main issue is the location. The Free beach is on the far southern corner of the Long Beach Phu Quoc. The beach right o in front of the restaurant is bit rocky and all the busslibg is 500-600m away at the centre of the beach. The hotel could be ideal for young or single people but may not be the ideal location for a family with young kids. Nevertheless this is not hotel’s mistake. Just the location issue.

Nicely renovated or built, uniques building interior on tropical island. Family Room was big and spacious. We bought breakfast, omelet and pho were good and pancakes too small. Towels, soap, shampoo provided, hot water worked. Place is comfortable to connect to whole island and evening go for dinner. Many pubs and restaurants around. We rented motorcycles just in few hundred meters far for very good off season price. Not so many people in hostel in same time this part of the year but we felt good. You have table soccer, ping pong table. Public beech few minutes walk round the corner. Happy to stay

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just above the night market, you can also go to the night market every night, the room is spacious, but there is a little smell, but it is also worth recommending.

Stayed at Philip Cosy Bungalows 9 nights, March 2020. Everything perfect. Located about 50m from the main road, but very quiet. Near to shops and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff, Excellent Housekeeping, Gardens and outside areas very well kept, Comfortable bed, Lovely fresh bedding and towels, Big pool with lounges and pads, Nice terrace in front of bungalow, Good shower with plenty of hot water (electric switch for hot water in room). This is forth bungalows we have stayed in whilst in Phu Quoc and without question the best. Highly recommended.

This hotel had a very spacious room with a couch and desk, colorful murals on the wall, and a balcony with a view of the water. The bathroom was a little small. The bed was so nice and comfy after some very hard beds in Vietnam. That was a nice surprise. The beach was just down the hill, but there were better beaches further away. There was a very nice foot massage next door and a coffee shop, but otherwise not much around. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, but needed a car or taxi to get to places. You could walk to the market, but it was a pretty long walk - not for us older folk. The staff was very friendly and helpful and recommended places to eat and set up tours for us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The reason for choosing this hotel is that you can see the world outside from the terrace! The room is not big but has all the facilities. When we got off the plane at night, we checked into an ice cream shop, which was a little strange 😂 and there was no one sitting in the reception room.

This hotel was ideal for my 2 week stay while travelling alone. It was spotless throughout, my room was huge with great amenities and a comfy bed. Ricky and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything was satisfactory and were always willing to help with advice about where to go and what to do. I don't understand why anyone would pay so much more money to stay in a large impersonal resort. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away with many shops, restaurants and cafes available along the way. All beaches are accessible to everyone, as are the restaurants and bars within the resorts. It's in a lovely quiet area with a swimming pool available just 2 minutes walk away. It would be lovely to see Fortuna be a successful hotel.
