"Walking through the door felt like stepping into a movie. The room's facilities were brand new. Although not large, it featured multi-layered wooden cabinets, making it very convenient to store belongings. The bathroom was also perfectly suited to my habits. The host was incredibly thoughtful and spoke excellent English. Conversing with them allowed me to learn more about the local culture. The night shift attendant was also exceptionally kind, always ready to assist and even advised me on the best breakfast combinations. On my departure day, I had an early morning train, and the hotel packed a generous breakfast for me. Around 6 AM, the attendant even made me a coffee and waited with me for the taxi, carefully explaining my destination to the driver. Truly heartwarming service. I absolutely love the city of Bukhara."

"The environment is quite nice, close to the old town, and only 5 or 6 minutes from Jacques Castle, making it convenient for watching the sunset. Their eldest daughter is very capable, speaks fluent English, and handles all the reception duties. She can even help call a taxi. If you arrive early or leave late, there's nowhere to sit; luggage is stored in the courtyard, and you can only retrieve things by laying them out on the ground."

"Overall, it was decent. The hotel is quite new, but the main drawback is that the room is a bit small. I've stayed further from the city center before and gotten larger rooms. Here, besides the bed, there's not much space left. There's an ATM on the ground floor, and the breakfast is excellent, a mix of Western and Uzbek styles, with strawberries which was a nice touch. It's easy to get a taxi, and it's not far from the old city, about 10 kilometers. Across from the hotel, there's a place that sells baked samsa, and about a kilometer away there are restaurants where you can order takeout."

"My friends and I were absolutely delighted with this hotel and its staff. It's conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk to the historic city center, with shops and cafes nearby. The food at Cafe Minor was delicious; the lamb shashlik was both affordable and excellent. The hotel rooms are spacious and stylish, spotlessly clean, and smoke-free. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom has everything you need. We were even given plush bathrobes upon request. Breakfasts were perfectly adequate, with something for everyone. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."

"Очень понравился гостевой дом . Близко до старого города 3 минуты и до всех основных достопримечательностей в пешей доступности . Вкусные завтраки, приветливые хозяева . Чисто . Хороший душ с горячей водой . Хозяйка очень добрая проводила в 3 часа ночи и даже напекла с собой оладушки . Также посоветовала еще дополнительные места куда съездить и где пообедать , там было очень красиво. Спасибо огромное за гостеприииство . P. S. Мне достались очень жесткие матрасы в комнате , к таким прям привыкать надо ."

"I highly recommend this family-run guesthouse! It's operated by a mother and her two sons. The two boys have excellent language skills, speaking fluent English, as well as Uzbek, Russian, and other languages, so communication is never an issue. The entire family is genuinely kind; whenever we returned from an outing or woke up in the morning, they would proactively ask if we needed any assistance. Every morning, breakfast would be prepared and waiting for us on the table. The owner-mother is gentle and kind; she even helped us wash, dry, and fold our clothes. The two young men are very well-mannered, sensible, and generous, handling the guesthouse reception and online communications. We experienced such pure and unpretentious kindness here – it was a truly precious part of our trip."

"The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to all the main attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Because it's set back a bit from the main street, it's very quiet at night. Since it's still relatively new, the interior is clean and well-maintained. Bathrobes were provided. The staff were very kind and helpful; they offered me cold water at reception when I came back in from the heat and even set up my next destination on Yandex Go for me. The breakfast had more than enough food. On my last day, as I was getting into the taxi, a staff member came out from reception, waved, and saw me off."

"Easily my favourite stay throughout my trip in Uzbekistan. It's run by a beautiful family who was so welcoming and friendly. You really experience a comfortable but local and authentic stay in the heart of Bukhara, just a couple minutes' walk from the main sites. My room was cozy and very clean, and breakfast served daily was always delicious and filling. They offer free pick up and drop off service to both the train station and airport, and even did my laundry free of charge. Really hospitable place that came at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend!"

"I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse! I recommend it to all friends visiting the ancient city of Bukhara who are looking for a guesthouse experience! ❤️ The hosts are all incredibly patient and attentive. The owner always listened carefully to our requests, and communication in English was smooth. Pre-arrival email correspondence was also answered very promptly. Every night when we returned, there was a light left on for us, making it feel just like coming home. On our last day, when we left in the early morning, they even helped us call a taxi and saw us off. The hostess doesn't speak English but is very gentle and keeps the house spotlessly clean, inside and out. The owner enjoys reading, is gentle and devout; you can feel completely at ease staying here. 🏨 The location is superb! It's just a one-minute walk to the spot featured on the *Lonely Planet* cover, making it very convenient for watching sunrises and sunsets. The ancient city is also just a few minutes' walk away, making it very chill indeed. I hope the owner's guesthouse continues to thrive. Hardworking people deserve to be recognized by more people, and I hope future guests staying here in Bukhara can relax and enjoy their time. 😊😊"
