Friendly staff, nicely updated rooms with comfy beds - no bed bugs surprisingly, bathroom was okay; the sink faucet was a little too splashy, the tub was a bit stained, but overall I enjoyed my stay.
Clean hotel staff was so friendly !! Both at check in and check out ! I really appreciated the friendly faces and the positive attitudes I look forward to seeing them again in August for Jeep invasion❤️❤️
There are many interesting shops around, and there are plenty of entertainment and life. Hotel breakfast, environment, room hygiene size, all good. The style is the feeling of a music bar. Unique feeling. A good choice.
Baymont Hotel provided an exceptional stay during my recent visit. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The room was immaculate, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of travel. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, from the complimentary breakfast to the well-equipped fitness center. The convenient location made exploring the area hassle-free. I highly recommend Baymont Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Quality Inn Nashville - Opryland Area. The hotel provides great value, but the real highlights were the in-room amenities and the staff. The room was equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer right in the room—that was a huge convenience and a standout feature for a mid-range hotel!
The staff members were exceptionally helpful with all our requests. Their friendly and attentive service truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Opryland area and appreciate having full amenities and helpful service!
I once saw a picture of their sign that said it wasn't the newest but it is the cleanest. No business gimmick, it was very clean and very enjoyable to stay in.

GGuest UserThe workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.
GGuest UserScott was the attendant when we arrived. He was amazing. He was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. He deserves a raise and a promotion. I was in the 4th floor and the hallways hah ac extremely strong chemical smell, like industrial glue or paint thinner. It was enough to take your breath away. It didn't get into the rooms thankfully, but you certainly didn't want to leave them because it was so strong. We were advised by Scott that the hotel was undergoing renovations and he was extremely apologetic. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the shower. The water was lukewarm at best and not warm enough for my granddaughter or daughter to take a shower. We were unable to try the breakfast as we woke up to an area wide power outage due to extreme weather. Overall, the best thing about staying here was the outstanding customer service we received and that would probably be the only reason I would come back again.
GGuest UserClean room. No dresser or other type of wardrobe to unpack clothes; hangers available, along with ironing board/iron. Hair dryer. No microwave even though one pictured in the room pic I saw. Coffeemaker adequate but could be nicer. Tolietries provided (single use). Staff friendly & helpful. Couldn't connect to Wifi; must use hotel admin password which they provided. Ice machine on my floor didn't work, easy access to another unit on other floor via elevator. Walking distance to free City Shuttle and several very good restaurants and cafes. Decor is quasi mid-century modern. Small desk and swivel office chair but no other additional seating, other than on your bed. Small vinyl ”ottoman” (to be used how?). Heating/AC unit efficient & quiet? Had fan only mode for air circulation which was nice. Room view blocked by structural pillar; I didn't want to hassle changing rooms; on hindsight, I should have moved to ”pool view” room instead of ”city view.”
GGuest UserThe room was clean for the most part (the price we paid, you can't expect it to be spotless). The stay was okay, our air-conditioner didnt work and we were so tired the first nignt, we didnt say anything. We got up and left, spending most of the day out. When we got back, we still didnt say anything about the air not working. However, on the 3rd day we did mention it to the guy up front. He offered to change rooms but we declined since we only had one more night left. The guy returned to our room with a box fan for us! Very sweet gesture and we gladly accepted. I always clean up after myself before leaving so they don't have as much of a mess to clean. It was a $50 deposit at check-in with the statement it could be 4-6 weeks before its issued back. We recieved the deposit back the same day, a few hours after leaving. Again, it isnt a luxury high-end place but it was worth the price paid and a very friendly front desk worker!
GGuest UserService was excellent. Mandy, general manager, was a less than desirable experience. As a patient at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center we were chastised for stripping down our bedding. There was no housekeeper available & Mandy made us feel like children for choosing to strip our own bedding.
At the time, getting rest in-between treatments &testing, getting rest was important. It was easier & quicker to make our own bed asap vs waiting for a housekeeper. Despite this experience, we will consider staying here again as it was just over a mile from this hotel.
Kudos to Alex, the weekend Manager, and the main maintenance person, together, they made us feel valued as a customer. They provided excellent customer service, support & were able to compensate us for some of the costs with our final bill.

GGuest UserOverall very low quality for a Hampton Inn. Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and racist slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎.
The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty.
GGuest UserThe room was very clean. The building is just a few months old, but it already is showing wear in public spaces. The parking lot, foyer, and hallways are dirty, dusty, and stained. The road leading to the hotel does not yet have the final coat of asphalt, so the manhole covers stick up dangerously so you may need to dodge them to avoid damage to your car’s undercarriage. The water pressure on the 4th floor is the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel in 50 years, but it stays hot for the 30 minutes it will take for a 5-minute shower. The walls are not sound-proof, so you can hear conversations next door. The staff were nice. There is a 24-hour vending machine and exercise room on the ground floor, and a 7-Eleven within an easy 250-yard walk.
HHGreat location and breakfast. You have to call for housekeeping service, otherwise they won’t come to clean the room by themselves. They definitely need more trollies in a busy hotel like this one. Good experience overall.
VVince CattanoEasy check in, room was comfortable and clean. The issue we had was that our room was on the highway side of the hotel. Just outside of our room was 6-8 lanes of highway traffic, including Rt 40. The noise was quite loud all night long. Free breakfast was your typical continental breakfast that you find in these chains. Did have sausage but it tasted and looked like it just came out of a microwave - it was soggy and rubbery.
