"Are staying was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. So when we got to the Ramada the only problem that we had was is that they didn't bother to tell us and it wasn't posted in the website that they charged a $75 deposit fee that is refundable that time that you leave. And then the other problem was more so a bigger deal so to say because me and my husband were only 10 minutes late cute breakfast they said and at that time it was 9:10 a.m. whenever their hours are posted breakfast hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30am . So the lady working told us that we were too late for breakfast and toast that we missed it and there's nothing that she could do about it to help us. Keep in mind that she was cleaning up all the leftover breakfasts like the sausage and bagels and everything she put it all on the plate and then she acted like she took it to the kitchen just to watch her take the whole plate of leftover breakfast food and she threw it in the damn trash can. Now I don't understand why we can have had at least a leftover food because their hours for the breakfast were marked wrong and we were not late for breakfast as posted yet they still did not give us any thing.. now I'm pretty sure that you know there was no reason for her to be rude like that to guess who paid $80.00 for 1 night and then not even get any breakfast at all. When I saw her put the foods in the trash can after telling us we couldn't have any breakfast made me feel like I never want to stay there again because I paid $80 for one night and I didn't even get the breakfast I paid for it in my hotel stay."

"We love this hotel and everything was perfect, except for two things... First, there was no soap, which I'm sure was just an oversight by the cleaning crew. It was easy to call the desk and get more. Second, and this was the much bigger problem: the shower was built incorrectly. It only had one temperature (as hot as possible!) and an on-off valve. It was impossible to take a shower without getting scalded by the water. We didn't have this problem in another room last time we stayed here, so I don't know why this room had this problem. The shower in room 121 needs to be looked at by a professional plumber to figure out how to put the right kind of control on it."

"A very nice place with good services. The security is good that key card is required to enter the accommodation building. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast is good."

"We stayed here for a week and we had very comfortable stay throughout the week. Room is spacious and comfortable with a small pantry provided in room, a small living room, modern bathroom and very comfortable bedding. We didn’t take the complimentary breakfast every morning after trying once. There were sausages, eggs, waffles, breads, fruits and juices. I really like the round the clock drink station for the guests convenience. Finally the toiletries provided smelled so good and of good quality. I would happily return to this hotel."

"San Francisco goes to Portland to take a nice break in the middle of Highway 5. Breakfast is average, the bed is large and comfortable, suitable for children. There are no elevators on the two floors, and it is more troublesome when there are many luggages."

"Was a welcome relief after our drive from Mt Rainier and a stop in Portland. My husband had a swim in the pool & we enjoyed sitting around the pool until closing time. There is a grocery store & other shops within walking distance."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times before. Since it has become a privately owned hotel it has changed quite a bit. The staff seems to be all new and where the front desk and management may not be as friendly and welcoming as the old staff. The housekeeping staff more than makes up for it. The entire place seemed cleaner and more kept up on. With the price it still can't be beat for a quick night or two."
