Kuya Lake is very close to the National Park, and there are many restaurants and facilities nearby. The price is not bad, unfortunately, there are no restrictions on the people in the room next to the party, but it is also good for the price.
This place amazes me! I told the front desk I needed a light bulb in the kitchen. Within 10 minutes MAX there was the maintenance man named Elvis. He was the sweetest man. The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful at all times. I have to travel at least twice a month. I have spent multiple days at this place. I want to give a shout out to Elvis & Lay the front dest hostess. Thank you for caring about your business. You give me faith again
Disappointed when we arrived at 6 pm and found out the pool was not available because they had not put the chemicals in. Breakfast was not as described. It was on a cart behind the check out counter - boxed honey bun and bags of oatmeal. The pool and breakfast were two reasons I booked the place. The room was clean but the temperature was awful. You either froze while the ac was running or in a puddle of sweat when it kicked off. We both had a horrible nights sleep.

Simple Western breakfast, bread and coffee butter, very simple. The hotel is located in the suburbs, with a reed in front and an idyllic setting. But I was a little scared at night, I didn’t dare to go out, the room facilities were a bit old.
Easy location to get to. Felt very secure in parking lot. Clean room and very nice front desk. Breakfast was satisfactory. Our only complaint was our shower curtain was too short and our bathroom floor got soaking wet and we stepped out to lots of water from the shower. Would definitely stay there again.

JJupiterThis hotel is big one side is super 8 and the other side is the Baymont it's all connected into one big building so it's like a big maze that you have to walk through to get to your rooms or take the elevator I like that there are several different entrants and exits in this building so if you're not parked directly on one side and have to park say in the back you're able to go right out the back check in and check out process was fairly simple very polite for the couple of front desk people that we had dealt with the beds we're big and fairly comfortable so no complaints really in that aspect I like the extra space in our rooms and I really like the cabinetry so you can definitely put your luggage away or if you want to put your clothes in the drawers or closet so that way you don't have your stuff on your way it definitely gives you that option to do so. Each time I've stayed here our rooms came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave and a coffee maker even though we didn't use the coffee maker so I can't really give you a good review on that aspect only as per the fact that there was one located and ours had its own little coffee station type nook in the wall which was cute bathroom was spacious I don't believe the hair dryer worked in one of our rooms or was maybe not even there I'm not sure I can't remember the hotel was fairly clean for the most part I didn't have any issues with any of my rooms didn't see any noticeable damage all in all I'd say this hotel is definitely an 8 out of 10 didn't have a pool and if it did it was definitely not in order I don't think the workout room or anything like that was working either if they did have one so I was just a basic stay sleep and do what you got to do you are in a cul-de-sac so to speak almost like an industrial cul-de-sac but it's a hotel called a sex so you're right off the highway which is a plus and convenient down that called a sac road there are a couple restaurants or eateries nearby so even in walking distance however if you wanted something other than the handful of options that were down in the hotel cul-de-sac you could drive and wouldn't take you more than maybe 7:00 to 12 minutes tops to get to the closest Royal area to be able to go to any gas stations convenience stores or any other eateries so location was definitely a plus for this Hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling maybe for business or just need a quick stay they don't have continental breakfast I believe what it's called as a complimentary breakfast where you just get two little choices of juice that tasted a little odd to me or watered down out of a machine I think they gave you like a banana and an orange or something in a fruit basket to choose from a bagel maybe some bread to toast or something or a pastry of some sort and there was two options of cereal I believe so nothing fancy nothing great breakfast really wasn't that fantastic I would recommend that the Baymont and the super 8 since they are joined together should really think about upgrading their breakfast to something a little bit better like the waffle maker you know maybe something hot I better selections and I could turn my review into at least a 9 out of 10 if not a 10 out of 10 because honestly having that breakfast makes the hotel sometimes and being a conjoined Hotel there should be no reason why they can't afford to throw in since they both share the same lobby slash diner area!
GGuest UserThe check-in was a disaster from the start. We arrived 45 mins after check-in time and our room wasn't ready. While the clerk was friendly it's unacceptable that our room wasn't ready AFTER check-in time. She was apologetic and seemed distressed about the situation but still doesn't help with the fact that our room wasn't ready. The clerk asked if we minded moving to another floor instead of the one assigned. Ok, stuff happens. BUT when we get to the room that she moved our stay to it smelled worse than any room I've ever been in. Smelled like pure sulfur and the carpets were questionable at best. The beds looked like they had just been remade. Went to desk to try and get another room. Stood there for almost 30 minutes and no clerk. Go back to the room and waited. Went back to desk and just as we are getting to the desk no one is at desk again as the clerk is disappearing around the corner. Stood and waited another 15-20 and no.clerk. We finally gave up and brought our own blankets in from the car and slept on top of the provided sheets and blankets. Pretty disappointing out of a Hampton to say the least. Never in my life have I had this experience with a Hampton and to be frank I probably won't return. I paid a substantial amount for this room and the experience has soured me on returning.
GGuest UserClose to the interstate, very dated and worn elevator carpet look to be original and could use replacement ceiling in my room had water damage that had not been repaired there was no shampoo in my room just body lotion and conditioner. Desk chair was threadbare. But the sheets were clean very firm mattress but was not all sagged like they get when they are old, plug in on the lamp by the bed didn't work (about overslept as phone didn't charge) breakfast was pretty good. It was adequate for what I needed but definitely not a upscale place. But the Hampton across the street was over $100 more a night.
