Where to start...lets start with the good stuff... the staff were super friendly and helpful. But, we booked a two queen bedroom but it was given away so they gave us a 1 queen bed suite for my Mom and I. When we got to the room, the bed was clearly a double so we had them bring the roll out bed. That bed was horrible. It was all springs and no padding. we had to go to the store to buy two mattress pads to cushion it. The lamps were all broken... all three lamp shades, one light bulb was completely broken, one light bulb socket with the bulb was hanging out the side. the phone cored fell out of the phone, they tried to fix it but the phone still didn't work. There was no continental breakfast set up on any of the days we were there Thursday - Sunday when a sign said it would be set up 6am -10am. The hotel needs a ton of updating. I would not stay again.

I’ve been to this motel multiple times as a one or 2 night stay when in the area. The usual man wasn’t working today. But the experience was so rude, embarrassing and just won’t even let us go back. The air isn’t on in the room so expect a hot room until it cools down. You go to check out and wait for your deposit of $30. As I wait, the new older man working tells me I destroyed the towels and linens and shower curtain. So my fiancé furious goes to the room where we were, there was a chocolate spot on one washcloth and a little drool on my daughters pillow case. Those all are white and are most likely bleached every wash by the smell. They showed an old strange mark on the shower curtain way up top that looked like nail polish which we didn’t have. It was a late check in for my fiancé and 18 month old daughter who slept in her pack and play. I’ve never not got a deposit back in my life as I try to make sure things are in order. Even after explaining they wouldn’t refund. And they can see in my file I’ve rented jacuzzi rooms and stayed multiple times prior, never any issues. So they won’t get our business anymore… they have a competition up the road with a pool worth the drive.

I only spent 1 night here, and I was kinda prepping for a typical sort of crappy motel. Is it a luxury hotel? No, no one is gonna confuse it for that. But the room was comfortable, the wifi worked, the shower was fine, AC worked well and maybe most importantly for an airport hotel, the price was reasonable and there was a shuttle available. I really couldn't have asked for anything more in an airport hotel, frankly every major city should have this as an option and sadly that's just not the case, far too often you're in over $100 for the same room or worse. Of note, I clicked ”yes” an outdoor pool is available, but in reality their pool is totally out of commission. Didn't bother me, and in the upcoming months it won't matter, but if you wanted to take a dip, you can't.

The hotel was alright but when it comes to checking in and out is another thing it was a hassle paid for the hotel online with my CashApp card and when I had arrived and they asked for a security deposit fee and I had asked them if they accepted CashApp being how they took it the first time they told me no they didn’t accept it and that I would have to either have cash or a bank card that isn’t CashApp, Venmo, Chime, PayPal etc rude as can be and not only to mention they had kicked me out my room until I had paid a security deposit fee for my pet and later that night I had paid the pet fee and the staff was nothing but disrespectful but the day of check out I woke up late and apologized to the housekeepers and they were nothing but rude and told me that I had 5 minutes to get out or else there were going to be police there and I had a lot of stuff in my room being how I stayed a few days there but and 5 minutes wasn’t going to be good enough for me so I had asked if I can get a little bit more time and after I had got everything out they were nothing but nice as can be asking if help was needed and I told them that I didn’t need any help from them got everything into my car and walked back in so I can get my security deposit fee back and I was denied my security deposit fee and I want and I am going to be calling the head honcho and reporting that and everything else. This is not the first time either that this has happened to me

I have been staying at Extended stay in Novi Michigan for about two months on business. The extended stays staff and management at Novi Michigan has went above and beyond to make my experience at Extended stay most rememberable stay. They help me with all my needs including holding mail and packages for me until I arrived the following week. All things are not perfect in the world. But this is a perfect place for me. Recommend Novi Extended stay to anyone.

Rooms smelled of sewage the entire night. It was awful and terrible. Bathroom towel holder just fell off. The building is dilapidated.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in and when checking out. It was a convenient place to stay and not far from where we needed to go. The price was good. I couldn’t get the fan on the air conditioning to stay on so I ended up using an app on my phone for fan noise. Our room was right next to the gas station, so unfortunately right outside our window were truckers sleeping in there trucks for the night. So we had to deal with that noise. The window screen was ripped in the corner and you were able to open the window. It did have a little latch on the inside but I think I would have felt better if you weren’t able to open it. Someone could open the window if they really wanted to. Also for some reason the fridge was loud, but it worked fine. If you don’t want to deal with all that just request a room on the right side of the hotel. Problem fixed. They have a subway at the gas station next door so that’s cool. The breakfast was your basic continental breakfast. The room was clean and overall we had a good stay. If we’re ever in the area and need a place to stay I would stay there again. But I would request a room on the right side of the building lol.
