Accommodation next to Sai Kaew Beach, Koh Samet, very good location. The room is decorated cutely, minimal, mini-hearted. The front of the accommodation is next to the beach, very beautiful for taking pictures. There are many cute corners to take pictures. The white sand beach is clean, the water is clear, very pleasing.

Easy to travel, the room is okay, but there is no cleaning service. Stayed for two nights. Overall, it's not bad. The front desk closes for check-in a bit early. It says on the website at 20:00 but closes at 17:00. The system should be fixed so that you can prepare properly. There are cats around for those who like them, so I recommend it.

I got the double room deluxe , and it was pretty good .The bed was actually comfortable enough and the room is clean.Ac worked well .I looked around in other places and apparently the prices are in the same range in that beach for that kind of bungalow/room, but the good thing is this structure has a minimarket and a pretty good restaurant included (did not try the pizza though) .It s a really chill place , bathroom super basic but still ok for my standards at least. The staff is nice and helpful and you walk 20 meters from the room to the beach .It is literally there. So if you plan to stay in that beach it is definetely a good option and they have many room types to choose.

The hotel is conveniently located, but tuk-tuks do not bring you to it, you have to walk through the courtyards from the bus stop, the first time we thought we would not find it, then we got used to it when you know the way. The location is convenient, on the 1st line, but perpendicular to the sea, so the windows overlook the backyard and the restaurant toilet. Apparently, during the low season, the restaurant staff got used to sitting there, talking, playing with the children, it was difficult to relax during the day, there was constant noise outside the window. Even when we asked them to be quieter, after some time they gathered there again and talked endlessly loudly, watched videos, played games. Then they moved to the area in front of the reception, but they talked so loudly that the noise still interfered with rest. At the same time, you will not find employees in the restaurant when you need to order food or pay, they are all relaxing there for their own pleasure. The hotel has its own sun loungers on the beach, but the restaurant staff tried to kick us out from there on the first day and insisted that we should order something in the restaurant, this spoiled the impression, of course. It is strange that the hotel has a restaurant, but no breakfast, it would be more convenient with breakfast. At 9 am, large groups of Chinese tourists are brought to the restaurant, in principle, as in other neighboring restaurants on the first line. The room is not bad, but old, the bed is comfortable, the TV only has Thai channels. The toilet in the bathroom is leaking, the faucet, apparently the same is on the floor above, because water was dripping from the ceiling and there is mold on the ceiling, and in the toilet itself there is no ventilation and a terrible smell of mold. There is no toilet paper, in front of the entrance to the toilet there is a holder with thin napkins, which is very inconvenient. We lived on the 1st floor, since among us there were people with disabilities, in front of the room there is a table and two chairs, but sitting in front of the restaurant toilet is not at all pleasant. Also, the employees in this place eat their own food and sometimes the smells are very unpleasant. The hotel is for very unpretentious visitors, but the sea is wonderful and two steps from the beach. On the main street there are many restaurants, massages, two 7-11, currency exchange. It's a couple of minutes' drive from the ferry.

We went for breakfast for 150 baht right on the beach in cafes, buffet. At the reception there are dishes and a microwave, if you want to heat something up. On the beach there are a lot of different cafes where you can have lunch and dinner. There is a small shop where you can buy everything you need. The beach is 2 minutes away. I really liked the beach.

Friendly staff and clean room. However, their balcony is not really balcony. It is just for the condenser unit of air conditioner. Very small balcony and very hot hot hot from the condenser unit fan.

We rented a room for 1 night. The hotel grounds are well-kept, the rooms are clean. One towel per guest, there is a dental kit, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner. Beach towels can be taken at the reception. Check-in is exactly at 14:00, check-out at 12:00. Sun loungers near the hotel are paid 100 baht. There is a kettle, 3-in-1 coffee, but there is no outlet on the tabletop. Had to use the kettle on the floor.

Modest bungalow, amenities included a kettle, coffee and shampoos. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beach, cafe, bike rental and a shop. Bungalow inside with two sleeping places, a large bed and a small one, the bungalow is clean. Just without excess. The water pressure is poor and the hot water runs out quickly. The air conditioner works well.

The location is very close to the pier, you can walk there after getting off the boat, and it is also close to Diamond Beach. The room is clean and tidy, and the store also provides instant noodles, juice drinks and other snacks, which is very cost-effective

The room was not large, but it was clean and not worn down. All amenities were provided (shaver, body lotion not included). Breakfast was available at LIMA BAR facing the beach (not at the cafe downstairs). The menu was the same all 4 days and not tasty. I highly recommend paying to eat at the cafe downstairs, Jump at Sea. Guests were able to rent beach beds at LIMA BAR for free. The location is excellent, as it is just over 10 minutes walk from the pier and less than a minute from the beach. I looked around the surrounding hotels, and this was by far the cleanest hotel near Sai Kaew Beach.

I'm very confused about breakfast. Informed that the food is buffet style from 7 a.m. - 10 a.m. I went down to the dining room and was confused and found water, coffee, Ovaltine, and bread. There were no employees waiting to look after me. You have to go to the counter and get 2 fried eggs, 2 ham, 2 sausages.

Budget price, good location, food near the accommodation, but the side building is always playing the sound of birds chirping.

Absolutely recommend this place for people who like to ”hide away” for a while. Spacious modern & spic&span rooms. Pool & pool-area are superclean and well maintained. Pool allows real swimming and not just wet your feet ... . Friendly staff. Friendly owner. Quiet area.
