Hotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.

On 9-5-2023 I booked a apartment for 2 nights directly in July 2023. I also asked for early check-in, related to early arrival at the airport. After consultation with the manager, I received an agreement from the staff. On 17-6-2-23 I received a message from the hotel that my booking has been cancelled. Our apartment appears to need maintenance, and is not ready. The exact reason is not mentioned. It is offered to look for an alternative. I have responded positively to this, and if I get a response after three days, it does not seem to be an alternative because there is no pool, and my next question will not be answered. Then I see that at *********** it is possible to book two 2 rooms before our request date. When I tell you, I get the reaction that the apartment is still not booked. When I explain that it is about two 2 rooms I get heard that this is not possible for the same price. When I explain that this is normally spoken for the hotel's account, provided there is an alternative, I get an agreement. When I assume that the booking is around, I will hear that early check-in is not possible. Even after I referred to an agreement for early check-in, which I have black on white!! I've booked a lot of hotels in my life, but I'm glad that's not happened before.
