The bathroom was too small for multiple people to use, and the lockers were not convenient for storing luggage. It was also inconvenient that there were no curtains on each bed, and it was a bit noisy at night. The location was good, but there are many hostels that are better overall, so I don't think I will visit again.

This is not a quality hotel, but it is in a great location and if you understand something about the rooms you might find it ok. We booked a superior double room and firstly it is not a double bed. The hotel told me they do not have double beds in these rooms, they are all singles pushed together. Secondly there definition of ‘superior’ is that the rooms have been recently decorated and are superior to what they used to be. The reality is that they extremely small rooms, a hanging space either side of the bed with 3 hangers, no wardrobe and no drawer space whatsoever. I think for 1 night this is manageable. Beware some sites show this room with sofas and wardrobe’s- they do not exist as a double room. These are triple rooms and these rooms are more spacious and have a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Not all have sofas! I found all this out on a recent stay. I booked a superior double and the hotel moved me to a larger triple room. So good customer service. But in peak season I might have been stuck!

This hotel is great since the rooms are modern, clean, and the service was great. The location is close to a metro and is close to main attractions but it is still not the best or most central location. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all my needs. The price was also very reasonable for the location, service, and quality of the hotel. :)

The location is conveniently located, accessible through 3 lines of metro. As we visited in winter, we requested a room of 4 with a heating air conditioner. We were accommodated with the request immediately by the friendly personnel there, with a personal bathroom attached! The water pressure was amazing with immediate hot water. The place is clean as they will mop the floor daily in the morning, our room's rubbish is cleared daily, bedsheets and cots are clean. The kitchen is well-equipped which makes cooking convenient. Adequate and healthy breakfast provided too. A happy 7 days stay!

The accommodations were excellent overall. The bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The room had ample space, allowing for a comfortable stay. The curtains around the bed added a nice touch, creating a cozy environment. The overall environment was also quite pleasant. Based on the positive experience, I would confidently recommend this accommodation to any travelers. The combination of the comfortable room, suitable amenities, and welcoming atmosphere makes it an excellent choice.

It is cleaned and kept clean every day. The employees are very kind. There are several supermarkets nearby. You can make a simple meal using kitchen microwave, IH cooking heater and kettle. You can walk to the main attractions in Lisbon. There are a lot of homeless around, but there is no problem in particular. It is peaceful. Metro station, bus, tram, all in a convenient location. The room rate is cheap.

A great location in Lisbon with very friendly staff. The location is less than a 5 minute walk to the blue/yellow metro line. I did find my room not cleaned to a high standard when I arrived, and as I had a shared bathroom with others it was sometimes not very clean but that is not the staffs fault that is the other guests. Nearby you have great restaurants cafes and you are right by the city centre to see some tourism attractions.

In January, a woman traveled alone and used a single room. It is located right in front of Rossio Station, but the front of Rossio Station is very busy and bright, so I was not afraid at all even when I entered the accommodation at 11:00. Check-in was easy and there was an elevator, so it was easy to move even with heavy luggage. It was very clean, the bed was soft, the sectors were well divided for easy luggage storage, and Castello soap and body wash were provided as amenities for convenient use. During my 3-night stay, I went out with a 'Do not disturb' tag one day, but when I returned to the accommodation, I went to the front door at 'n', but the Do not disturb tag was attached and I didn't clean it. We can clean until 8:00 pm, so please tell me comfortably.” There was a note on the door. I think he is the one who takes very good care of me. If I were to pick a downside rather than a downside, it might be a little embarrassing because the washstand is in the bedroom, and it could be a little dark because there is no ceiling light, and the brightness of the backlight is not very bright, so I think I can point out a little discomfort when putting on makeup. I think it's the best accommodation for a woman to travel to Lisbon alone and stay!

It was a very happy 3 days and 2 nights. Since I arrived in Lisbon at 8 o'clock, there was no place to leave my luggage, so I asked if I could leave my luggage. I am grateful to the reception friends who responded kindly and understood the quick check-in. I don't think I will easily forget the memory of watching Euro 2024 with my European friends. Afonso at the reception speaks Korean and Nuno is very friendly. I'm sorry I don't remember the other one's name. I was really happy and grateful. Thank you everyone👍
